The turbulence color is much different in person than the picture. Not as dark. Also size 9 felt a little long in the toe.

Oh, sweet sweet Puma Suedes. Joys to the world of feet that stroll and bop in an urban landscape. Classic like Greek Theater, Modern like Long Form Improv. They are an integral part of helping you act. Even if your acting is all about the lounge chair. Kick it with these kicks!

Classic comfortable shoe. I often buy this style, so I always get the same size. This time, it seemed a little longer than previous pairs, but not so much I felt like I was wearing clown shoes. Still, this is my go-to daily footwear and I love the variety of colors.

Order half size down. My husband is almost always a 13 and we ended up returning for a 12 but he said 12.5 would have been perfect. Other than that, they are nice shoes. Zappos literally has the best shipping / return out there! Thanks Zappos.

Great pair of sneakers, I enjoyed them very much. Solid fit and decent support (depending on your gait and body type). Unfortunately, because of the way my foot is structured and/or the way I walk, I wore down into the ball of the foot which ultimately caused water to be able to get in. This happens to many of my shoes and took about 9 months of extensive wear, so unless you have a similar problem, this will likely last longer. At ~$50 though, this is an overall good buy and I'll be buying again.

As long as Puma keeps making Suede Classics, I'll be wearing them... love these shoes. Super comfortable with classic old school styling. This pair will eventually replace my 2006 Made in China Suede Classic's. Not wild about how bright the Olympian Blue is; I would have preferred Puma kept the older Ensign Blue color from the Original Eco Classics but hoping the Olympian Blue will weather over time.

I've had the same pair for nearly 2 years now. I had to replace the insole a couple times but the shoe itself has held up well. I wear them on a daily basis to work or going out. The sole around the heel has finally started to go, but what more can you ask from a shoe, 2 years of daily use before needing to be replaced. Not too bad. This can be said for any shoe Puma makes. I've had a few pairs over the last several years and they have all held up for a year plus.

I've had these Pumas in the red & blue for a few weeks now and they get noticed. I love the fit, the style, and the colors. They look like something Superman would were when he's on a date with Wonder Woman (yes, they're dating now). The only flaw is that the color of the blue darkens a little along the edge of the sole when moistened, like say if you have sweaty feet. They quit doing that after a week or so.

Great looking black-on-black. Comfortable. Well made. Good traction. Somewhat heavy (but I'm used to going barefoot). Size runs small. Support could be better, but not a deal-breaker.

My particular style of shoe is one without all the padding in the tongue and elsewhere, a little understated in styling without all the neon colors and so forth. Retro-ish. The PUMA Suede Classic fits the bill. I also like the dark rubber sole. I am hoping these stay newer looking far longer than the traditional white soled and trimmed style that get dirty and yellowish. Still breaking them in but they are A-OK!

Cool looking shoe, comfortable, and durable. I haven't had them for that long, but I have been skating in them and they're holding up like new. The only downside I see is they are really hot because they don't breathe well.

I got these after buying a 10 and a half in the black version. I normally wear a 10 and a half. These seemed to run a half size bigger than usual. I got the 10's and all was great. If this kind of shoe is what you like, then stop procrastinating! Bad ass suede flats! The "puma swoosh" is cream colored, and not white. I like em. Rad!

[SITUATION:] I'm a struggling size 8 (flat footed, medium/avg width). I feel like 7.5 can be small and times and 8 can be a little too big. In this case this was a little to big so half size down would have been perfect. I tried these shoes at my local shoe retail and it was a size 7.5 and I thought it would harm me if I got a size down so I went ahead with the size 8 purchase order. [SHOE:] pros: These shoes are able to flex right off the bat. They are comfortable at the same time really stylish. These are the perfect casual-all around shoe by far that I have ever owned. They just simply go with anything for any occasion. You can't go wrong with these as far as style goes. cons: These shoes aren't snug fit if that's what your looking for. I feel like there is just way to much space overall (top/mid side). For this shoe to really stand out you have to wear them loose and if you get a size that is big your not able to accomplish that. [SOLUTION:] Try these shoes at a local shoe retail before purchase as it's hard to tell if it will be too big or too small for a size 8 flat footed medium width type person. [ALTERNATIVE:] You can easily go with the Nike Blazer Low/High as they just FIT! I'm a size 8 and it's the most perfect size 8 feeling I have ever owned.

My husband wears it 13 1/2 shoe. Since there is no such thing as a 13 1/2, he either buys a 13 or a 14 depending on the brand. We tried the 13 first but it was pretty snug. Thank you Zappos for free returns and instant store credit! The 14 arrived today and they fit perfectly. Great looking retro style shoe and, with a light arch support insert, they will be perfect.

I normally wear a size 8 women's but needed a 8.5 (6.5 men's) in this shoe. Since it's a men's shoe, the standard width is wide enough for my wide feet. The back of the heel is a bit tall and rubs my Achilles tendon a little, but it's well-cushioned, so I can still wear them (that's why I only gave 3 stars for comfort). I ordered the shoes in gray: they come with the gray laces shown as well as white laces. I use the white laces because I think they look sportier. Cute shoes!

Really slick look, but the sole is narrow towards the center on the inside of the foot (i.e. tight fit near the white stripe on the inner face of the shoe).

These are nice retro shoes and they look good with a pair of jeans. However, they run narrow and are not very wide. I normally wear a New Balance 13 4E and I had to return the first pair of Pumas and get a 14. The 14 feels much better, but the shoes have a narrower toe box than what I am accustomed to. Also, the padding is just ok. As a result, these will not be my primary pair of sneakers, but they are not unbearable either, so I will wear them out on occasion; they are good looking shoes!

I started off with an 11 (I've been wearing Adidas Gazelles for a while in 11, which are usually pretty snug when new) and had to return them for a 10.5 (Zappos' return/exchange is easy and fast, so don't feel stuck with shoes when you order them, by the way). Now I've got my 10.5's and I'm in love, I just want to go out and show 'em off. Color is slightly lighter than in photo.

I have mixed feelings about these shoes. They are the perfect travel shoes, they slip on and off with ease and for lounging around. They have lasted 2 years of hard abuse, though they're about shot at this point. There is, however, no arch support. Walk more than a quarter mile or so and my dogs are barking.

I have flat feet and there is a weird arch support inside the shoe that hurts the arch of my foot. Besides that the shoe is great.

Let me first start off by staying I am a huge Puma Suede fan. I got lots of colors. I have the navy blue two tone with baby blue near the heel. That is an awesome color. These shoes stay fresh, I always order just the size I need because these shoes always stretch out over time (most suede shoes stretch a lot). So if they are tight for the first few days they will eventually stretch. I definitely will order again from Zappos.

Definitely not the Puma suedes from 1984 but at least they come with the fat laces. I got a pair of these from some other place online (will not mention the other place) back in 2008 and wish I had gotten them from Zappos first.

These shoes were a great buy! They are extremely comfortable. The upper on my shoe wasn't as red as the photo, but more pinkish. If you want a bold pair of shoes, get these.

Comfortable shoe, but needs an insole if you will be standing or walking a lot. Blue is more faded than in pic. Came a half size large. I dig the large laces.

Got my new suedes today. I have been wearing these shoes for many years and love them, but the pair I received today are even more narrow than my past pairs, and they seem to be made just a little bit cheaper. I compared them to the pair they are replacing and clearly the materials and construction are not of the same quality. I have a fairly narrow foot, and they have always fit me nice and snug the way I like, but this new pair is on the edge of being uncomfortable, we will see after they have a few miles on them. One big complaint is that these did not come with the extra set of white laces that every other pair of Suedes I have ever owned came with. I walk a minimum of 2 miles a day and usually much more, in the past the Suedes have lasted me 2 to 3 years before blow out, I hope these new ones hold up the same, because that's a deal for a good looking, comfortable shoe for the price.
