Good looking shoe, nice and comfy too. I like them! Zappos is great company to deal with.

Brought theses shoes for my son he really like them, but the color is not what the picture shows it's more of a pinkish color then a red was very disappointed.

The black patent leather and the suede are not even close to the same color. The suede is closer to green than black.

These look great and stylish. They felt great at first too, however over time my arch started hurting a lot and as soon as I stopped wearing these the pain went away. Maybe it is just me but it is really a shame for such nice sneakers.

Love these. Ordered in January. Fit and color are just what I wanted. I wanted to leave a a review to address some of the questions I had from others' reviews. Fit: I'm a Women's 8.5 normally, although sometimes I need a 9 in running shoes. I'm on the wide side of medium width. I ordered a Men's 7 and it was perfect. Since my foot is almost a wide, but not quite, the men's 7 was just wide enough. I did loosen the laces from the "factory tightened" laces, but once I did that the shoe fit my foot perfectly. Arch support: This isn't a running shoe, but I'm satisfied with the support for the purpose of this shoe (social, not athletic use). Color: High Risk Red. Love it. Not pink or mauve or burgundy. If I had to use an adjective, perhaps fire engine red, rather than candied apple. FWIW, I'm a Crimson Tide fan. These shoes aren't exactly crimson, but I can easily say Roll Tide when I wear them.

These shoes fit me perfectly! On top of that the look amazing in black/black. The Puma Suede Classics are an outstanding casual shoe. This shoe is great for school and going to nice places. The only thing that I would advise everyone who buys this shoe is to definitely spray them so if they get wet, it won't be a big deal

Excited to have this old school sneaker. Comfortable and versatile.

Classic Puma Silhouette. These were my 3rd pair of Puma Suedes and they did not disappoint as usual. These shoes are popular among bboys for a reason! They offer the perfect combination of grip, cushion and style for breakdancing. Grip: The classic Suede sole consists of an even pattern of "X's" to provide consistent grip. I initially only wore this pair indoors when dancing to maintain the grip. They are intially too grippy for dancing but break in quickly in 1-2 sessions. Once broken in they maintain that balance of grip and slide for breakdancing. When the soles became too slippery for my preferences, I retired these shoes to streetwear where they still look fresh. I have even tried skateboarding in suedes before and found that they had a wonderful "boardfeel". Cushion: Suedes have a comfy and simple grip. No air cushions to pop or wear out. The midsole slowly wears and begins to fit the shape of your foot. The cushion is just enough so you are protected from hard landings while being thin enough that you can still feel the floor. Style: My pair had the blue stripe over a gray body. Since I primarily wore them indoors, the suede always stayed in good condition. Be Careful! Like all suede, avoid getting wet. Sometimes the toebox develops "lumps" when the suede gets wet and doesn't properly dry. If they get wet, stuff it with newspaper or a cedar shoe tree to absorb excess moisture.

These were a great shoe! Super comfortable and sleek. I have wide feet and found these to be extremely accommodating which is fantastic. The one downside with these was that the suede marked super easily and as a result the shoe wasn't durable at all (even with protectant spray on!)

I’m normally a size 11 EEE and I was skeptical about the width but I went one size up and they fit great! Very happy. Old school sneakers like these are usually too narrow but I gambled on these and it paid off. I bought 4 more colors. Highly recommend one size up if you have wide feet like me.

i used to wear these shoes back before i was a teenager, when they were called the Clyde after Walt Frazier's nickname. they always looked pretty awesome so i figured i'd get another pair. are sneakers only designed to last about a year now? not that i wore them every day but i did wear them a fair bit, and i was surprised to feel the heel of my left foot contacting the rubber top of the sole. kind of a drag but i guess they weren't too expensive to start with, so maybe it's a case of you get what you pay for. They did feel a bit narrow in the toe box as compared to other non-running sneakers but did break in a bit. I might get another pair.

Not suitable for walking. I thought these would similar to the Clyde in terms of fit and comfort. They are not even close. Avoid if you can.

Cute shoe and I wanted them to work, but the outer seam rubbed my little toe. I also was surprised that they ran true to size- street shoe sizing. I bought a half size up as if I were buying running shoes, but they were way too big, so I'd say just buy your usual size.

Beautiful color, flattering and so comfortable! Received compliments 2 strangers first day I wore them. Use a waterproof good-quality suede protector, and 'magic eraser' for the rubber (works better than anything on any shoes...you'll be amazed!) Thanks Zappos!

I bought these as part of a Halloween costume & I love them! I will have a hard time waiting until Halloween to actually wear them. I was surprised at the generous amount of arch support & since I have insanely high arches, its very welcomed.

Great looking classic sneakers. Very comfortable. Wish the suede was higher quality. But for the price - these offer a good value.

I often buy this shoe in multiple colors, because I like them so much. They are comfortable out of the box with little breaking in. My biggest issue is how long my last pairs have lasted. The shoe itself still looks good, but the soles wear out much faster than they used to. This most recent pair lasted less than a year before the sole split on the ball of my foot. The way the rubber wears out is different, so I'm sure that probably part of it. I wear a pair 2-3x a week, so it's not like I'm walking them into the ground. Still a rad shoe, just not a lasting as it used to be.

I wanted to keep these soooo bad, but they were just too narrow. I am usually an 8w, ordered these in a 7 mens (8.5 womens) as suggested in some of the reviews, but they just weren't comfortable. So back they go.
