I love these shoes! The fit and comfort are perfect and the colors make me happy! I have problems with plantar fasciitis. This is the second pair of these shoes that I have purchased in the last year. When I got my first pair they felt so good that I started wearing only those shoes about 90 percent of the time. I am happy to say that my plantar fasciitis symptoms are minimal now. They are well worth the money you pay.

I had ordered these shoes around 11 am one morning with Free 5 day shipping. Later that day, I was at my local Sports Authority and found the exact shoes. I called Zappos immediately to see if I could cancel my order. The rep told me it was too late to cancel but she would send them 2 day shipping. I was going out of town in 2 days so I said just ship them in 5 days. They arrived on my front step in 1 day! That was a wonderful surprise and I could bring them on my trip. :) Best service ever!

Excellent running shoe. I run a minimum of 35 miles per week on a treadmill. These shoes fit like a glove from day 1. These seem to work best for those that are heel strikers, almost appear to be built for that.

First pair of Asics and comfortable from the start. Good cushion for the heel and great arch support for my high arch.

I purchased these sneakers despite the hefty price tag, since I walk frequently for exercise. I am very happy so far. I had a serious ankle injury about 10 months ago and felt occasional pain on the walk. Not even a slight twinge since converting to these sneakers. I am considering buying a second pair.

This is my 3rd pair of GEL-Kayanos; my last pair was the 13 (that's 5 years ago) if that's any indication of their durability. I am funny about my workout shoes - inside shoes for the gym/outside shoes for outside walking/running. Most of my exercise is inside, so these really were worn a lot and held up well. After a couple years, I replaced the insole with an Aerotek insole from The Walking Company, to maintain their comfort. I love the color choices in the 18 - the purple and lime look great.

Great running shoe! I am very satisfied with the feel of it since I started running in it.

These are the most comfortable sneakers I've ever worn! I have flat feet and need to put a full orthotic inside all my sneakers, regardless of the arch support of the sneaker. So, I put the orthotic in and then put the Asics insole over it, and it feels like I'm walking on air. Very comfortable and stylish. Great sneaker. I wear them for walking (exercising) and just everyday wear.

I love these shoes. Very comfortable and very true to size. I am not any type of serious exercise person so I can't speak to that - but for the "running around" that I do these are great and very comfortable!

These shoes are very padded and feel like your walking on clouds. I did not enjoy running in them I thought they were too bulky and heavy.

These shoes are perfect! I think they are the best running shoes I've ever owned. I don't run, but I have arthritis in a toe joint and I walk a lot. Because of the arthritis, I need stability in the sole. These have it. They make walking a pleasure, and they look great too.

I walk Half Marathons and these are my "go to" shoes. They are very cushioned and lightweight and protect my weak ankles! I order my exact regular size and they fit perfectly.

Bought these for step aerobics based on the recommendation of several others in my class. They are great. Ordered my regular size they fit fine and have felt comfortable from the start. My knees had been hurting with my old sneakers and are no longer sore. Would highly recommend these sneakers.

In the past, I have gone to a running store to be fitted for shoes, but I knew what size and what sort of specifications I needed this time so I turned to my good friends at Zappos. This was a great strategy because they carry my hard-to-find running shoe size (11.5) and I was able to try two styles of shoes that weren't available in my size locally. The Asics Gel Kayano running shoes were a pretty penny but definitely worth it. I've never worn a more comfortable pair of running shoes, and even with my significant pronation, chondromalacia patella, and subsequent knee brace, these shoes leave me feeling pretty good after runs. My running has become more limited because of my knee, I don't really go too far over 3 miles any more, and my speed is down-down-down, too, but these shoes leave me feeling much better post abbreviated runs than I was in Brooks and New Balance.

I love ASICS. I have found that the newer models of ASICS seem to be a narrower fit. I purchased this shoe in a wide and the fit is perfect. A very comfortable shoe.

I have been wearing Asics Gel Kayanos for years and the 18s don't disappoint. Yes, they are pricey, but that is really the only equipment a runner needs. Super-light weight while giving amazing support. These are fantastic running shoes delivered in a day. I couldn't be happier.

I went by the other reviewers' recommendations and ordered 1/2 size up. Didn't work for me and had to return for my usual size. I like a shoe that has a snug fit and purchased these to use for cardio workouts like Zumba. I would have been tripping all over myself in the size 10.5. Size 10 came in the mail and it is even a little roomy, but afraid sizing down would be too small. I also have a foot that can border on wide sometimes, but these have plenty of room in the medium width. The gel is so comfortable. I normally wear Brooks for support when running, but they tend to be too heavy/bulky for my cardio classes. These are light as air.

Very comfortable...well worth the slightly hefty price. Also love the color and they fit true to Asics size.

I have narrow, long feet and these Asics are the best. Typical of the brand, great support and cushiony comfort. Only athletic shoes I'll purchase.

I love my new shoes! They were delivered much faster than I expected! I hope more Asics styles are stocked in my size, 12.5N.

Love them! I have a bad back and I really like any ASICS shoes, but these have been my favorite fit so far.

These Asics are absolutely wonderful. No break-in period. Not too narrow and not too wide, just right! The color matches with everything. Get your normal size. Asics, what do you expect, but perfection. Thanks Zappos, the best service, as always.

Favorite running shoe ever! I loved this shoe from the moment I started running. Very supportive & well cushioned. I've already recommended it to friends/family! I would recommend sizing up 1/2 size from your usual running shoe size. I had to exchange for 1/2 size bigger.

Very supportive shoe. Good for people with pronation issues. Great for high intensity workouts as well as running. This is my second pair of the Kayano 18. Need I say more?
