Love Zappos! My D&B is great & much cheaper than ordering from QVC (no S&H). I was missing a dust bag and customer service gave me a nice "bonus" because of that. Will order again. This is a great size D&B. Room for glasses, wallet, make-up, cigs (I know, I know). Love the brown color also.

Just got this bag and it is even better in person than it appeared online. Gorgeous saddle tan color, appears very sturdy. Definitely a smaller bag, but is perfect for me because I have back problems and this is a self-limiting way to control how much I carry with me. Be warned, though - the empty bag is very heavy and filling it up could make it too cumbersome for some people.

This bag equaled and surpassed my expectations. It was purchased as a gift for my daughter, who absolutely prizes it above all others she has ever had.

Nice bag! Very stylish and professional. I really like the zip closure and pockets in the front and back. It is a little heavy but the detachable shoulder strap makes it easy to carry long distances. I would highly recommend this bag for professional women.

Gorgeous bag! I ordered it in the Ivy color -- unusual, but looks good with everything. The size is perfect for me (I'm 5'4"). The opening of the bag is a little bit tight, does not seem to open very wide if you carry a large wallet. However, there is a deal breaker here for me and that is the weight of the bag. I couldn't believe how heavy an empty bag could be, so I took out my postal scale and weighed it -- just short of 3 POUNDS! Adding much to it and you have a considerable weight on your arm or shoulder, especially if you are toting it around for a long time. So sad, because I love the look and feel, but it's going back.

Without a doubt this bag is extremely beautiful, and the style is just timeless! I love the design and look of it, and I think it's very well-made. However, there are 2 things I wish I didn't have to deal with. It's been 2 years since I purchased the bag and I haven't been able to completely rid of the strong leather smell. Also, this bag is VERY heavy. I wish I could give 5 stars because it is just beautiful!

Shipped in good time. My problem is that I have been airing this bag out for some time now and it still smells, a lot. My friends could smell it when we were in a packed restaurant, it's embarrassing.
