I've worn these shirts from Columbia for about 6 years. They are very comfortable, require little maintenance other than washing and drying. I'm really fond of the fish prints, I wish there was a larger selection of colors and patterns.

Overall, I really like this shirt. Looks great and feels good on. The only limitation I feel is the mobility. The size that fits when my arms are at my side feels a bit tight when I reach forward or up. Using a more flexibly fabric like in the global traveler pants might make this 5 stars.

Husband likes Columbia and decided on the Tortuga Plaid. As usual with this brand, it is well made and attractive. However, unlike Columbia's normal relaxed styling, it runs small in width and length. He wears an XL or XXL, got the XXL based on other reviewers, and it is a "trim" fit and a little short. Compared to another Columbia shirt recently purchased, it is about 2 inches smaller across the chest and over 2 inches shorter in length. He liked it so kept it, but if it shrinks when washed, it goes back.

Need a size 3X category. They do shrink when you wash and dry them. The 2X becomes a 1X.

Comfortable casual nicely tailored shirt, but the back of the shirt is a little strange in appearance due to venting. All in all, a good shirt, but expensive for what you get.

I have a few of these in XL with plenty of room, cut large. I buy another on and it is very snug. I finsd this too much with Columbia in general.

I like the trollers over most of the PFG fabric styles, but I wish there were some more tame designs. I also have the red/white/blue fish design, but most of the patterns are a little loud for my taste. If you sweat a fair amount, stay away from light colors. I wear a large in most tshirts, but a medium in this shirt works just fine

I love the shirt design but it has a terrible chemical order that will not wash out. The first time I wore the shirt in public the comments were "what is that smell?" I do not recommend buying this shirt.

Second button from top is far too low on the shirt. Great for showing off your chest hair - if you are into that. I am not.

When I receive the shirt, the back ground color is dark gray instead of light as the photo. bad photo for real color.

Very nice shirt, but it's a tight fit. Should have ordered an XL.

Great shirts they do however run pretty small I would reccomend going up a size if you are used to the standard PFG shirts

putting a white PFG tag on back of shirt(dark blue herring bone) is too tacky. the inside mesh &PFG tag should be black in color. PFG patch should be optional. white PFG patch ruins good style concept, matching colors,etc. can patch be removed w/o damaging shirt?

Sized smaller than other PFG shirts and no even exchange is allowed so I had to take a loss on the return and order it in next size larger.

I'm sorry to say the shirts do not meet the quality ie; materials or workmanship as I was expecting. I also purchased more shirts at a factory outlet of yours and was further disappointed. The materials are cheap and do not hang smooth. I also think the back venting distracts from the looks of what a nice shirt should look like. The only two other shirts I had of yours going back a couple of years I was so pleased with I wished I had extras. Those two I could wash and dry and hang up and they looked like they had been ironed. I got many complements. I still wear one of them. These new ones look like they need a good ironing and hang like I slept in them. I had for years bought a similar style, all cotton shirt from another well known store and they also have changed manufacturers not materials and I have taken their shirts all back. Those shirts I purchased for over 20 yrs. Not any more. I did find 2 similar style shirts in Carmel for a third higher price than yours each and they should last years. I wash them and they hang real nice. Good solid stitching and heavy material. It can be done, but they can't be found in normal retail stores. What has gone wrong? Outsourcing over seas isn't working to my liking. Sorry, Gary
