My transactions with Zappos have always been pleasant. From ordering to receiving and even returning has always been to my satisfaction. I wish more companies would learn how to deal with customers the way Zappos does. I have dealt with them for years and I will continue to do so.

Love these shoes...now have them in 5 colors. The most comfortable shoes I have ever owned.

Traveltime is a good name for this shoe. The slip-on style makes it convenient for traveling by plane or car. I also wear these shoes around the house and while doing errands. I have black ones and tan ones -- they are so comfortable and have good arch support.

Even though I ordered Black and received Navy, once I slipped my feet into them...I wouldn't send these back, they are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned! Nice looking shoe, love them!

I love them love them. I am buying more. As a nurse on my feet 12 hrs I need good support. I felt great at end of shift.

This is my fourth pair of Traveltimes because I just live in them and wear them out. I have some pretty ugly bunions and finding shoes that do not put painful pressure on the bone yet support the foot are very difficult to find. Easy on, easy off, and very cute.

I usually wear nothing but really solid walking shoes all day as my legs ache if I wear anything else. I also have a very narrow foot and so it is almost impossible to find a narrow shoe in most stores, especially a clog type. These shoes are absolutely the most comfortable and supportive clog I have ever worn. I can wear them all day with no leg aching at end of day and have to look down continually to make sure I do not have my bedroom slippers on. And as usual, Zappos fast service is appreciated. I will be buying these in another color also, but this tan goes with everything. Couldn't be more pleased.

I ordered these in the size I usually wear but had to return them to get the next 1/2 size up. Zappos made that easy and stress-free. I love the shoes and will likely order more in different colors! Great for work. I am in the medical profession and am on my feet most of the day.

These are light weight, and comfortable. I can wear them several hours at a time without any pain.

Exactly what I needed, and fit perfectly. I can take out the inserts and use my full length orthodics.

Very comfortable from the first time I put them on. Almost like wearing slippers. If you need more arch support there is room for your own orthotic. Love how light weight they are!

This is the 2nd pair I've owned of these wonderful shoes! The are extremely comfortable, great arch support, have a small lip on the heel so your heel doesn't come out of the shoe, and they look great with shorts, capris, jeans, and workout clothes. I had my 1st pair for over 6 years and finally just needed to replace them. Great shoe!

I have found these shoes very comfortable since the day I put them on. I am thinking of getting another pair in another color. Easy to slip on and slip off, but do not fall off. Great choice.

I have arthritis in both feet and need a pair of shoes to wear inside. I also need a pair of shoes that can accommodate an orthotic. These shoes fit the bill! They are comfortable and not super spendy. I also have a really narrow foot, and these fit perfectly. I have the shoes in black and they are cute enough to wear outside - I just don't!

These shoes are great! I have been buying them for a few years. This is my second pair of black and I need to order another pair of the navy. I buy them in black, navy, tan and white and switch off daily. I also wear them year round (even in the snowy Chicago winters). When they get dirty I just throw them in the washer and dryer and they come out great! They also have great arch support! I have back problems if I do not wear the right shoes.

I have been looking for this type of shoe for two years and found these to be outstanding. Most have been too narrow in the arch. They are so comfortable and lightweight.

The Easy Spirit Traveltime fits my narrow foot. I ordered a 10N, and it's true to size. Haven't worn it yet, but it is comfortable out of the box.

These shoes are some of the most comfortable I've ever worn. And I love the way they look, too. Might not be dressy enough for work or business. But great for knocking around in. I've already order a second pair.
