I was a little unsure about ordering on line as my trip was just a week away. My son had recommended them so took a chance with Zappos. From the minute customer service answered the phone I was hooked. I even ordered a second pair of shoes while chatting with her. I expected to get my shoes three days later and wow they were at my door the next afternoon. It is obvious that at he management team at Zappos is doing it right. Keep up the great work. I am a customer for as long as I have to wear shoes. Connie.

I have small, very narrow feet-- 6.5 AA. Finding shoes is a real hassle. Also, I really need a shoe that holds my foot. My foot is so flexible, it falls off slides and the like. I have a high arch, a narrow heel and need a good toe box. These shoes fit perfectly and the small rim at the back, holds my foot nicely. I liked them so well, I bought them in black. I wore the black ones on a trip where I did a ton of walking and they were great, even on uneven surfaces. You can wear them with low cut peds or barefoot for a no-sock look, or with socks if you prefer. They will be a staple in my wardrobe. I recommend them highly. All the comfort of a sneaker, without the bulky sneaker look. Sign me and hard To fit.

Love these shoes! Now have four pairs different colors and will probably order more. Zappos is tops also. Would not order anywhere else. Actually saw these just a bit cheaper elsewhere, but ordered from Zappos because I trust them and love their service!

Are you facing a LONG plane ride and want something comfortable, but you also want some arch and heel support? Are you looking for a shoe that is comfortable the first minute you put it on? How about something that is easy to get on and off at airport security checkpoints and can be worn with or without socks? This is the shoe you are looking for. This shoe runs true to size but has some give to it so I marked it as "wide" for the width. I wear a B shoe but usually have pinched toes in high heels. This shoe's soft material allows you to wear it bare foot or with a thin sock without any trouble. I've worn it in dry desert climates and hot humid rainforest locations. It is comfortable in both. I like slip-on shoes but I didn't want another backless clog without any heel support and was glad to find this style. I was traveling into locations on some small planes and luggage was extremely limited. This shoe is decent enough looking (I know, I know, it's not necessarily "cute" but at least it's not a lace up tennis shoe) that if you want to wear it with a skirt for travel, you won't feel like a total goon. 4 stars on style as compared to other shoes in this category.

I love these sneakers. They are comfortable and true to size; and the convenience of being slip on is terrific. Lots of slip on sneakers irritate the heel of my foot, but not these. I now have them in brown, black and white. Couldn't be happier. As always, Zappos customer service is top notch. My sneakers arrived within 24 hours. Zappos, you are awesome.

This is the best pair of shoes I have ever purchased! The size was accurate, very comfortable, no break in time. My only regret is I did not purchase these sooner. Try them you will love them.

My cousin is a faithful user of Zappos and when she was here visiting from Virginia she directed me to the website. I found the shoes I had been looking for for months. The right size, right color, and the right brand! I was thrilled! I ordered them, they came right away. It's exactly what I wanted. I'm now a confirmed customer of Zappos. I don't buy shoes too often, but when I need them I'll be heading to Zappos website. Oh, the price was great, too.

I love the shoes. They fit as a 8 narrow should fit. Very comfortable. I have thought about getting another pair in another color.

They are the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned! I have arthritis in my toes and these shoes feel wonderful, I will be ordering another pair soon! I am so glad Zappos has the wide shoes!

I have a pair that is very similar and have loved them. I had foot surgery the end of January, and as a result I have not worn these too much. I must say, though, so far so good. I find Easy Spirit hard to beat. I did buy my regular size and with foot swelling feel they run a little big which was good in my case.

These shoes are very comfortable and they are the only shoes I\'ve found that I can stand in all day. The fact that they are slides make them really easy, comfortable and cool.

The Easy Spirit Traveltime is comfortable and stays on your foot. My orthotics fit fine on top of footbed pad with a little trimming in heel area of the shoes pad. That said the shoe could use a thicker pad for more comfort. This is my all day indoor shoe, which is great outside, too. I have a narrow foot and this 9N was true to size. If I hadn't put my orthotic in I would have needed a thick pad for a truly perfect fit.

I tried on 9, count 'em, nine pairs of shoes before I found these Traveltimes. I have wide feet, and I stand on my feet all day at work. Finding comfortable shoes that fit is often a nightmare (nine pairs of shoes I sent back to Zappos). These Traveltimes might be the most comfortable shoes, ever. They have ample support, they don't rub me anywhere, they're incredibly light. I am thrilled! Zappos is the best. My coworkers were amused with this whole shopping for shoes online, but I kept emphasizing how the shipping was free both ways. I know several of them are going to give Zappos a whirl.

Love these shoes-the only slip-on athletic available in a narrow width. Not enough support for all day wear, but great for around the house and short errands.

I hope they never stop making Easy Spirit Traveltime. Comfort is the single but way to describe these shoes. My first pair of these shoes I bought four-five years ago and still wear them around the house. My husband keeps telling me it's time to trash them but I cannot part with them. I have two more pairs, different colors, which I wear the most out of all my shoes. They not only feel good but look great too. I have a huge problem finding the right shoe that will give me support and comfort and these hit the mark on both accounts. Very pleased in Maryland

This is a great shoe for walking. Provides the same comfort and support as a tennis shoe but is a bit more stylish.

I love these shoes. I have wide feet, and one foot has a huge bump on the side, so the shoes accomodate that. They don't slip and look great. Would recommend them in a second. In fact, plan to get another pair in a different color!

These shoes are so very comfortable I wear them everywhere. They are spacious but don't flop around on my feet like most clogs do. They look good with my jeans and dockers and show off my hand-knit socks very well. They're also easy to slip on when I need to run out, no laces to worry about with my arthritic hands. I'd buy them again in a heart beat. I have the white and will be getting the blue. They are just as comfortable in the evening as they are in the morning when I put them on.

Great shoes! I\'ve purchased a second pair! Bought them, put them on and wore them on a three-day walking tour. I didn\'t have to break them in! They\'re comfortable, give my feet a lot of support, and my feet didn\'t get tired with all of the walking! It\'s so rare I can find a pair of shoes that I don\'t have to break in--these are wonderful!

I love this shoe. Bought a pair in beige, navy and the black with patent trim. Wish the bottoms were the same color as the shoe instead of white and wish it came in chocolate brown.

This is such a comfortable shoe! I love this shoe. The footbed is flexible and soft enough to be really comfortable when walking, but firm enough to give some support. I bought them because at work I am walking on cement floors a lot. These are perfect. The liner is removable so if you needed to insert orthotics you could. They do have half decent arch support though.

I have three pairs of Easy Spirit sneakers which I love. I wear a narrow size and they are so comfortable that I wear them all the time. I get compliments on them all the time.

Best shoes I could get after having foot surgery. I have several pair as they fit so well. Feet feel good at the end of the day.
