I wear an 11 N and finding flats that fit is proving to be a huge challenge! Despite the fact that these don’t come in N width, I decided to take chance on the M width. These are incredibly soft and comfy. I liked them even more the 2nd time I tried them. They are a little short, but they don’t come in 11-1/2, so I may go ahead and try them. There is no slippage on my heels. There is no arch support and the sole and heel are very thin, so I’m afraid they won’t last long, but at this point, I’m willing to try them. I am a little uncomfortable keeping them due to the price, since I have a couple of concerns, but I’m going to try at least one pair. Also bought in black.

Too narrow even though I bought the wide. I have many pairs of San Edelman heels in wide that fit great but these flats were too tight

I ordered 8.5 wide. Fits perfectly on my right foot and is very comfortable. I have bunions, larger on the left than the right. The shoe rubs my left bunion and feels tight there. But I’m keeping them since I really like the color (white/black/tan leopard) and the style/details, which are exactly what I was looking for. Will try to stretch the left one where my bunion is.

I ordered these in my usual size and the were too small. I typically wear a 7.5 W or WW. I ordered the 8 W and they were perfect.

I'm reading reviews, and as a person who has bought at least 3-4 pairs of the Felicia, I thought I could weigh in. The shoe has little support, and in my opinion, it is not made to use for extensive walking. I LOVE the flats, and I like that they come in various colors. This is how I wear mine: all day, caring for grandkids, which means I may walk to the park, walk the dog, go to a playground, shop for groceries, and in general run errands. I wear the flats to social events, dinner with friends, going to movies, and definitely to shop. I like the appearance of the flat with tight jeans, and I do not wear them on super rainy days, (that's what boots are for) I find the shoes moderately durable (I use mine for at least one season, maybe 2, depending on the color and how often I wear it) I would not try orthotics in the flats--they are too small and wouldn't accommodate the orthotics I have. I have worn the flat to an auction sale, when I was on my feet all day long; one time I got caught in torrential rain, and the color of my suede burgundy shoe ran like crazy and spoiled the look of the inside of the shoe. I dried them, brushed them, and wore them for another season. LOVE them, but they have some limitations.

These shoes look great. I received a lot of compliments on them. I did notice by the end of the day i was feeling a slight pinch by the toes where the elastic is at. In addition, you can feel the square heel every time you step. If these shoes had a better cushion on the bottom i would have rated it a 5?

These do not wear well, unfortunately. The material just doesn’t last. I’ve had them less than a year and only wore them for 1 season and the leather is peeling away. For the price point, in disappointed. They Run a little small. I’m usually an 8 or 8.5, and in these the 8.5 was a little tight but I kept them.

The Felicia ballet flat is a favorite of mine! I have them in every color. Unfortunately, this pair is too tight…WAY too tight. I can’t even wear them. It’s the same size I have in every color. I don’t get it.

These are cute shoes but they don't wear well. I've had them less than 6 months and the leather is already chipping away. For the price, I would have expected them to hold up for at least a year.

No arch support and little cushion.

I ordered the suede in bright blue. It pops!! Love it. Shoe is a ballet flat - which means there is ZERO arch support. But the shoe makes up for that in overall fit. True-to-size and comfortable. The only thing that I dislike about the shoe is that the construction of the shoe over-extends the heel. Consequently, just above the heel at the bottom on the rear seam tends to get dirty very quickly - especially if you drive or do a lot of outdoor walking.

I don't know what has happened to all the Sam Edelman Felicia ballet flats. I loved this shoe because the elastic made it fit my foot perfectly without being too tight. I have two older pairs and need a replacement! I have searched far and wide but the last two places I have ordered (Nordstrom and Zappos) have sent me shoes that show elastic in their pictures but do not have elastic in the pair they send me. If you look at the photo here on Zappos, the black Felicia looks like the elastic is there but the pair they sent does not have it. I walk right out of the heel. Darn. I have to return yet again. Does anyone know about this or have you noticed it too? I already shipped the return or I would include my photo.
