these shoes are adorable and go with everything but ultimately they do not fit. they dig into the sides of my little toe and cause a blister. i have since sized up and still found no relief.

Tried 6 1/2 and 7 Narrow.Unfortunately a size 10 was enclosed in the 7 Narrow box but Zappos quickly sent replacement. Unfortunately neither sizes worked with my narrow and shallow feet.

These shoes are SUPER cute. But they run small. Very small. I am usually between a 6.5 and a 7. These are a 7 and they weren't just a little snug.

These are such cute ballet flats. I was sorry to return them, but I just couldn't justify keeping them as they feel like slippers on. There is no arch support or really any support in this shoe. I also felt like the velvet material on the navy shoe I got would not hold up well to regular wear and walking. So pretty, so feminine but not good for my lifestyle.

These look cute with a lot of different outfits. The problem is they wear out pretty quickly and start looking very used after a few months of wearing them about twice a week.

Cute enough but nothing to them.

These are NOT sized correctly! I tried the shoe on and immediately checked for the label, and they're marked as my size, but there is just no way. They look like they would be comfortable, but I would definitely recommend ordering a full size up! I'm glad Zappos makes it easy to do returns!

The body is actually not narrow, perhaps true to the size. However, the bottom piece is just too narrow that I can feel the edges when I walk.

Odd color, odd fit.

You expect ballerina flats to be flat, but these were like walking without shoes. For $100, I expect SOME support. Plus, these were very narrow for wide shoes.

External area around toes "wrinkled" because there isn't enough substance to hold the material up. No real support to the shoe itself.

These are beautiful flats that go with just about everything. For my wide feet, they fit wonderfully/ However, plan on going up at least half a size, and don't plan on walking in these for long distances or cobbled streets. Your feet will be screaming in pain and you'll be running home hoping to throw these off so you can soak you feet in some warm water.

Nice shoe - fits true to size. Soft leather. Ordered the 'red' but more like an orange/red. Sorry, but returning as wanted a true red.

I ordered a size 9.5 - a check of the invoice included confirmed this. A size 8 pair of the shoes arrived - not even close ??? I didn't love the material either.

Did not meet up to the reviews...I'm returning for a 1/2 size larger and different color!

adorable comfortable shoes - until you walk in them. I have plantar fascia problems. high instep and wide foot. My size 9 1/2 W fit almost great - just a tad tight across the top edge but it should stretch out. I'm returning them because if I have to do any walking in them, the sole is too thin and there is no arch support so my plantar fasciitis will flare up.

Flats very rarely work out for me but these have been much more wearable than other flats I've tried.

I think these shoes are very cute and I would have kept them except I couldn't get the sizing right. I ordered my normal size 8 and the were too snug. My toe was touching the end. I exchanged them for an 8.5 but they kept slipping off my heel. I felt like they would be comfortable if they would have fit correctly.

Love the look, too narrow. Have have a few shoes in same brand and this one is very narrow and overall smaller than my others. I love the look and bummed. Not sure if I will try the size up.

I really do love, love the comfort and style of this shoe. I broke my foot 18 months ago and could not find anything that I could wear that was comfortable on my foot that did not look orthopedic. These fit the bill for the comfort I needed and style I wanted. As much as I love the comfort and cute style, I hate that I pay a pretty high price for shoes that only last for a few months. I have had two pair of black, one pair of white, one pair of beige and one pair of navy in 18 months. I will have to replace the white, beige and black again soon. But, because of the comfort of this shoe, I will likely buy them again. A 25% off might help ease the wallet discomfort.

I felt like Cinderella trying to squeeze my foot into this shoe. Seems narrow and tight at the toe area. Cute but not right for me. Returning these.

This shoe fit small. I have the same exact style in a different color and this pair fit 1/2 size too small. My toes were right at the end, and the shoe felt narrow.

I already have this shoe in a different color. I ordered the same style & size but it does not fit the same. It's too small!

These are rather narrow, so if you have wide feet, they will hurt. Also, the logo on the inside of the sole left a greenish-brassy stamp on my feet. They felt cheaply made to me, sole (inside and out) in particular.
