These shoes are very cute (not matronly) and do feel like slippers when you put them on. However, I wouldn't say they are good for long walking or standing most of the day. There is some padding, but both the padding and soles are thin so very little shock absorption.

Fit super comfy right out of box for walking. The calf hair very pretty. I think the only drawback would be I wouldn't walk on rough streets or a lot of uneven surfaces there is not enough sole thickness for that. I already know I will buy a second pair.

These are too narrow for me. Sadly I have to return them. They are nice looking. With soft leather and nice cushioning inside. They probably would be comfortable for someone with narrow feet.

Cute flat but be mindful if you have high arches as I do...sides of shoe are very narrow and barely cover half of your foot. Looks fine when standing but my arch shows when I'm sitting down, etc. Did feel just a bit narrow, felt like the shoe was stretching when I put it on. Comfortable padding in the sole.

These are really comfortable and the perfect nude color. I am a little afraid of how well they are going to hold up. The leather is very soft and the heels are already showing dirt one week into wearing them. I do walk a lot in my commute each day, so my shoes do take a beating. I would order these in black too based on looks and comfort, but am going to pick another pair due to my concerns about how well they will hold up.

This color shoe (I ordered 2 of them!) does not fit like others (the same shoe, different colors). For some reason, there is no elastic around the sides of the navy ones (I ordered them in black and they were fine!) so therefore it is not a good fit for narrow feet.

Cute shoe for my 14 year old. Fits well (but then 14 year olds have fewer "fit" issues), better quality than most ballet flats in this price range. Would like it better if it had more of a heel and if the heel had some design feature.

Bought these in 2 different colors in my normal Edelman size - one pair is snug, and the other is just too small. I'm going to try a whole size up, but the style of this shoe has changed since last year - the cut is much lower - and I think that may affect the size.

I wanted a comfortable and lightweight shoe for my vacation. I needed something that would not add much weight to my already stufffed suitcase! This pair was excellent. It looked good with dresses, skirts and pants. The leather is soft and conforms to my feet. I don't think they looked the price, but overall they met my requirements. I'd recommend them.

Comfortable, but totally stretch out and stay stretched out. I have the camo colored pair as well which holds its shape much better, but is taking a while to break in. Different leather/material I'm guessing.

While a bit pricey, I decided to keep these shoes because they are so comfortable. I had been buying "cheap" ballet flats, but could not wear them for long periods of time. These are great. Also, I don't know who Sam Edelman is, but he (or she) loves to put their name all over the shoe - it is on the sole, on the inside, on the outside and even initials on the bow detail. Who knew you could emboss your name so many times on a tiny shoe?

It's too small, my original size is 4, i ordered both 4 and 4.5, both of them are too tight. I think it's due to the style of the shoe, the stretch, it might get loose after several wear.

Very comfortable, but comes up unusually high on toes. If you like even a tiny bit of toe cleavage, this is not the shoe for you.

I have been on a long search for comfortable and stylish flats, and was really really hoping to like these. I ordered my normal size, 8, and they were incredibly comfortable. My feet are on the narrow side but I think if they were wider they might have been a little bit tight. Unfortunately I am not in love with the bow, and cannot justify the price for something I don't love. Thanks to Zappos knowing exactly what I'm looking for, it looks like Sam Edelman makes similar shoes without the bow so I am going to take a shot at those!

This could have been a good go to shoe. I own two pairs of SE, so I can say that sizing is always a bit tricky. Although this pair felt almost true to the length, the toe box was a bit narrow. Regarding style, the bow on front is always cute, but the Felicia sports big embroidered SE initials on the heel - some may appreciate the initials, some will not.

I bought this shoe in a 8 W. The toe box was uncomfortably narrow, so I returned it. I would have bought them again in a wide, but the wide was not available in a color I liked. It felt like a good, comfortable ballet flat, except that it was quite narrow in the toe. For reference, I don't usually buy wide shoes.

So excited to find cute flats available in wide! I don't have a wide foot, but am never comfortable in flats. This pair feels like a slipper in a good way. Comfortable right out of the box, and cute!

I have several pairs of the Felicia shoes. I like them and wear them for a nice-looking, everyday shoe. They are not the best quality, but then they are not the cost of a great shoe, either. Comfort level is OK, but I wouldn't wear them to do a lot of walking since there is no padding in the shoe and the sole is very thin. Overall these shoes are cute and won't break the bank.

Got these last night and I'm wearing them today. Absolutely no break-in needed and they feel like slippers. Ah. Not much arch support but everything else is perfect. Soft, cushiony, no rubbing. I went a half size up because my feet are wide and that worked for me. :)

Really cute flats. They run a little small (I upsized) but are a true orange and have a tiny bit of padding on the insole. You wouldn't want to wear them for serious walking, but could comfortably get through a normal day.

These are cute shoes, but just so you know, in the picture it looks like the sides are elasticized, but they are not! I have another pair of Sam Edelman flats that I bought in my usual size 7 and they are just a little bit snug, so I ordered these in 7 1/2 because I thought the elastic would help keep them on my feet, but they are too big! I am returning them. I guess I would say they are true to size, but the picture is not accurate.

I ordered these in leopard print and they felt like good quality, well-made and very stylish flats. The sole was cushiony And flexible. I'm returning them because my double-wide feet just barely fit into the 7W (not in a comfortable way).

I love the neutral color of this shoe. It looks great with skinny jeans in any wash, and looks really good with white, too. Right out of the box, they were a little uncomfortable because I have bunions, but they were broken in after one wearing and feel fine now.

Super-cute shoes, but as others have said, runs about 1/2 size too small. Altho for me, I think the half size up might be too sloppy. Hard to say without trying them on. The gunmetal is a nice, neutral color - the shine isn't obnoxious, just would add a little something to an otherwise blah outfit.
