Love them! Been looking for brown flats. I have gone through many trying...finally found these.

Best flats I've ever owned! Simple, classic look, and super comfortable. I own multiple colors of the Felicia style and it's well worth the money.

This is a classic ballerina, I owned it in black and wanted a red version. The snake effect on the leather get many compliments and it's a nice deep burnt red. The inner sole has some nice thickness for support, like other shoes from this brand. It's overall very comfortable and I'm sure I'll give it almost as much use in red as I do in black.

Excellent ballet flats -- well made; fit like a glove. Somehow still comfortable even without padding. Of course, not for long-distance talking, but an elegant, packable shoe for all but the most formal occasions.

I'm in love with my ballet slippers. I have bunions and have a hard time finding ballets that will cover it AND still look cute with dresses. These are perfect. I love the little tie with metal endings, the soft flexible leather. And since I did not expect support, I'm not disappointed that they are very flat.

Very happy with this purchase. I wanted to replace my old black Felicias and was happy to find the Black Lizard ones, which have silver trim instead of gold. Plus they are a little dressier.

There was no breaking in period with these shoes. Comfortable from the start. I want one in every color! Highly recommend.

Love, LOVE these shoes. I purchased in two colors, and want more. :) I have slightly wide feet, and find the soft leather to be forgiving. I think these would be adequate for average or slightly wide feet.

Really cute! Very comfortable with a bit more support than other ballets. Unfortunately they hit me at the most tender spot on my foot just below my big toe. I am disappointed since they are so nice looking and they fit perfectly in my narrow heels. Thanks Zappos!

I have difficulty finding shoes to fit properly, especially since I have flat feet. These shoes are not only stylish but also extremely comfortable! I highly recommend them!

My second pair. Comfortable, true to size. Wear with jeans. Not much arch support, but has cushy insides. More comfortable than going barefoot.

My favorite pair of flats ever. So comfy and cute. Definitely worth investing the money rather than buying a new pair of uncomfortable, cheap flats every few months. I wear them all the time, whether it's all day at work or walking around town, and have never had any blisters or rubbing. Seriously, the best.

I love these shoes. They are my "go to" flats. (I have 3 pair!) Cute, comfortable, and easy to pack. There's a bit of elastic at the heel that holds my foot in nicely -- no heel slip. The shoe feels true to size, and stretches a bit after a few wears.

Absolutely love these shoes. Comfortable and tolerable for my plantar fasciitis. Zappos is always great at having them packaged well and delivered quick. It definitely makes shopping so much easier and way more pleasant.

Bought them for my daughter to use in Germany. She says they're great. Very comfy. As is previous reviews runs small so we got the 1/2 size up and it was perfect.

I bought these over a year ago and I'm about to buy my second pair in a different color. I wasn't sure of the fit/comfort so I ordered 3 different flats from different brands. These were by far the best of the three and I can't imagine a more comfortable flat. The elastic in the back allows for movement, a better fit, and is comfortable. I love that my shoes don't flop off my feet because the elastic keeps the heel in place. I also have plenty of toe room. Really, they feel as comfortable as slippers I'd wear at home at night. I have flat feet and was concerned about the lack of support. It hasn't been much of a problem for me during my normal daily outings. There's just enough cushion in the sole (which, by the way, is stitched very well and means it is comfortable and has lasted well) to make them okay for me. I bought these for a trip to the UK because I needed I light-weight, packable, walkable shoe that I could wear with a dress, skirt, or pants. This pair fulfilled my needs. I wore them out one evening and walked through the town on cobblestone streets. Yes, my feet were incredibly tired at the end of the evening, but the shoes looked good for the occasion and I expected to have tired feet at the end of the night. They're not "walking" shoes with a lot of support and cushion. Over the last year my 7 year old has stepped on my toes too many times and the leather on the toe area was peeling off of the shoe. I was afraid I would have to let them go because they looked so worn. However, I went to my local shoe repair shop, found some good shoe glue, tacked the leather to the shoe, finished it off with black shoe polish, and now my shoes look good again. Whew! I didn't want to have to say goodbye to these!

I love these flats. I bought the silver color and they are great with jeans or with a dress. I had foot surgery last year and I was able to wear these pretty quickly. They have good cushioning and little bit of arch support. I have wide feet, high arches and just foot problems overall but I can wear these all day! I really want to get a pair in black, nude and maybe an animal print.

Beautiful and comfy shoe, but it hits right at my bunion. I am going to try the wide in a half size down. I'd go up a half size as they run a bit short.

Soft as a pillow from the first time I stepped in it. I've wear them about 3 times a week to work and I love them. Worth the price.

These shoes are spectacular! They fit well right out of the box. Heads up, these shoes run a bit large -- you might want to buy a size smaller than what you normally wear.

Love! I own these in 5 colors. I can wear them right out if the box like slippers. They don't have too much of an arch but they conform right to your feet like a glove. They run about a half size small. Also, sometimes I've had to order 2 or 3 pair of the same size and color because they fit do differently, but finding the one that fits like a glove is worth it.

These shoes are amazing! The suede is great quality, and they look good with everything. So comfy on the first wear, they didn't need any breaking in at all!
