These are so great. The most comfortable ballet flats I have ever owned by far. They actually have support. I got the leaf print and it is very unusual and nice. Ran true to size.

I'm usually between an 8.5 and a 9, and the 9 was the better fit for this shoe. Not a lot of support, but there is some padding inside the shoe, which helps with the comfort. These did give me blisters where the top of the shoe hits the back of my heel, but a few days with bandaids should break them in. I'm happy with this purchase.

These are standard ballet flats so there is not a lot of support but there is a bit of cushioning and the leather is decent quality. This is my third pair-I have had two pairs of black.

These are incredible shoes, the most comfortable flats I've ever worn. They don't gap; they don't fall off the heel, and they don't show a toe crease. I'm 71, with bone spurs and arthritis in my somewhat wide feet from decades of running, so finding shoes that I can wear for hours and hours when I have to be on my feet can be a real trial. (And I certainly have the returns to Zappos to prove it.) But these flats are so comfortable I can wear them shopping all day. And contrary to what one reviewer wrote, they do seem to stand up. I bought a silver pair a year ago and wore them all winter. With some silver polish they cleaned up beautifully and look new. I bought a second pair to match a vintage Gucci bag for fall, and was delighted to find this color.

This is a review for the suede (kid) flats. This is my second pair after wearing the first into the ground for YEARS. They do take some breaking in but after that they are my go to shoes when I want to slip something on that looks decent. I ordered a pair with the fabric and didn’t find them as comfortable, though they looked great!

These are my 3rd pair of SE flats, but my first pair of Felicia’s. These were amazingly comfortable straight out of the box for a full day of wear. I have a slightly narrow foot and heel, and these don’t fall off the back. I love the saddle color because it’s a great neutral that matches with everything. I can’t wait to get several years of wear out of these shoes, just as I have my other SE flats. They are a perfect mixture of quality, comfort and style for an affordable price. Love!

I'm reading other reviewers and I'll try to compare my experience with them. I'm a tall person, wear a sz 11 shoe. I have 3 pairs of Sam Edelman Felicia shoes, and I've loved them; I wear them more than one season, but never for what I'd call sturdy outdoor activity. They look nice with summer skirts, or skinny pants in winter. I don't usually wear them during violent weather--I live in a rainy climate, and I have boots for rainy days. I've walked to nearby appointments, several blocks away from my house; my shoes hold up well, I've probably worn them on air flights, which to me is a test, if a shoe hangs with me through an airport, it's good! One notable experience--the first pair I owned was a lovely burgundy suede shoe. I wore it to a charitable event where I was part of a team on a stage; coming home, I stopped to let my daughter off at her car. WE had purchases to trade between our cars, and we got caught in the downpour of the year! My shoes were soaked through. I truthfully thought they were completely ruined. Color stained the inside. I did my best to dry them; I brushed them and I still have them. They've always borne stains from that day, but they were SO pretty, I wore them even in their slightly altered state. I LOVE Felicia shoes--in all their many colors. Keep them coming! (I'm active, volunteer in classrooms, and I find the Felicia hangs with me most days)

I love these shoes! They are so cute and so comfortable. They are true to size and can be worn with jeans and dresses.

Love this shoe! I buy them over and over again in different colors. It's super comfortable and classy. My kids laugh at me and wonder if I'll ever try another shoe. If it ain't broken, why fix it? So, nope! Not switching. Best flat shoe ever!

I am a true narrow width- got these in my usual size and they fit like a glove. A little snug when I put them on but they stretched as I wore them. I got the nude color and it's a great neutral, a classic ballet flat. Great leather and subtle detail. Exactly what I was looking for.

Understand going in that these flats are not designed for tons of walking. They are ideal for the office and light activities and oh, how perfectly they fit that bill! THESE ARE ADORABLE!! I bought my exact size, 7.5 wide, and they fit like a glove. The leather will soften and stretch with use, but not too much. They stay on my feet and the heels don't slip or rub. 10/10 would buy again.

They're *very* informal, with the comfy look and feel of slippers, but I love them. I call them my "pink bunny slippers." As someone who wears a size 4 1/2, it's rare to find a shoe that fits that's not in a basic black or brown or taupe (and not designer expensive) so it's so great to have something fun! They're what used to be called "boudoir shoes," as they're very much for indoors, not really for pavement or a lot of walking around. Although they are comfortable, they feel like you're walking virtually barefoot.

Really cute flats!!! I wear a size 5, and they are perfect. Good foot support on the bottom. I bought the pink pair and I love them.

I love these ballerinas. I wanted to replace my old pair of Audrey Brookes ballerinas, but couldn't locate them. I'm so glad I found these Sam Edelmans! Much more refined and prettier than my Audreys. I normally wear 7M and this was perfect. I also wear a slight ortho heel lift (not too high) and it fits perfectly as well. These are very nicely made and so comfy. Perfect! Thank you!

Love Love Love this shoe. I have very hard to fit Narrow feet. Every flat shoe I order is always either to short or not narrow enough, and I have ordered many many shoes. Thank goodness for Zappo's return policy. I will be ordering more colors. FINALLY I can wear a flat good looking shoe! THANK YOU Sam Edelman for thinking of people like me with hard to fit feet.

Bought this for my mom and she loves it. She said it was very comfortable and light. Only thing was I had to return for a bigger size. Originally ordered a size 8 M width. Had to switch to a 8 1/2 W width. Other than that, it’s a good buy
