I wear 7/5 shoe and the size 8 fit perfectly. There is enough room in the toe box and the slight elastic sides help the shoe stay on my foot which is wider at front and narrower at back. These are the best flats I have found. (Bought Tieks about a month ago and they murdered my toes by the compressed slope at the front. I wore them many times and my big toes still feel bruised and sore.) The Sam Edelman are amazing in comparison. I have added a silicon arch support in them which supports my high arch. I have worn them quite a bit now and my feet feel comfy even in this hot California weather, my feet are not sweating or uncomfortable which surprised me. I just wish Sam Edelman would make the exact same show without the bow as another option. The bow is fine, but sometimes you really just want plain. I have found the hush puppies chaste ballet flat for that at Zappos, but wish Sam would make that as an option too.

The Felicia is the perfect ballerina flat. I have it in 6 colors! Dress up or down. These have no support at all, but I use my own insole and they're perfect. I normally wear a 7.5 and wear an 8 in these. I love these red ones and always get compliments when I wear them.

I own 7 pairs of these shoes. They are padded enough so I can walk through the mall on marble floors, they don't pinch, there are no irritable threads scratching from the inside. I changed to flats about 10 years ago and I've had every brand, all prices, but none were as comfortable as these shoes. They are a perfect ballet flat, not cut too high on the instep but not too low so they flip off the foot. I recommend this shoe, I am an 8 1/2 and they fit me true to size.

They run approximately one half size too big. These flats are extremely comfortable. I love them because they are cut more generously on the sides so your feet do not look like they are falling out of the shoe. Also, the shoes cover your toe cleavage completely. I marked that the shoes had no arch support because they are ballet flats, not running sneakers. What would anyone expect from flats?! I would love to buy another pair once they restock sizes.

I was looking for silver ballet flats because they go with everything. I tried about 10 different pairs and was just about to give up when I saw these. The elastic is a great help in keeping the sides from gapping out. The shoes are comfortable and very cute. I highly recommend them. I would suggest ordering half a size up.

This shoe is even more beautiful in person (I got the coral); it fit me true to size and I have about medium to wide feet. Very soft, nicely padded and comfortable.

These are good shoes! I needed basic black flats for work travel and conference particpation. These are perfect - nothing fancy, but comfortable and stylish and affordable.

I have narrow feet and finding narrow shoes that are actually narrow and don’t slip on the heel is tough. I originally bought these in nude and saddle. They fit better than any flat I’ve owned, so I bought a backup pair in both colors plus black. While they don’t offer a lot of arch support (I’ve yet to find a flat that does), these are quite cushioned unlike most other flats. They were a little snug for the first couple of wearings, but the leather is soft and they now fit perfectly. I’m able to wear them all day at work, but I’m not standing or walking for long periods of time. They perform like any other brand of flat when standing and walking for long periods of time, but at least they are comfortable.

Ordered these as a replacement pair for same shoe. Loved the originals—wore them constantly. Found them very comfortable for shopping, etc. even though as flats there is little support. Five star for originals. However—after only two days wearing, the leather on the new pair is visibly pealing away. After two years of rough use, the old ones look better—Huh? The leather is far too thin for a quality shoe. Very disappointed as I’d added an additional pair in black to my last order. Not sure how long either will last before looking shoddy.
