I love the soft leather Felicia flats. This will be my fifth pair. They are my go to shoe for work and casual wear for a pulled together look.

I wear a size 9 and got that size. They fit perfectly. My foot is about 10 inches long and wider at the toe than the heel. These shoes stay on, they do not gap at the sides, and they are pretty comfortable. Arch support is there, but actually fairly minimal, not quite moderate. They look good with almost anything, which is nice.

please do not suggest a size in the future. I took your advice and ordered a 7.5. That was too big. Reordered a 7 and it fits like a glove??

This is a great shoe. I bought to replace a pair I have had for at least 8 years that I have worn out. I have yet to find a shoe with any sort of heel that is comfortable for my narrow feet. This flat is dressy enough to wear with slacks and look good.

There is no arch support-however, I have added my own -I purchase these online and just past them in and my arches are well supported. The shoes itself are as light as feathers- it is like wearing slippers. I would say the quality and workmanship is average.

I ordered an 8N because I thought the shoe had elastic in the back, but it does not. I've exchanged them for a 7.5N, which seems to fit. Beautiful shoe, very soft leather. If it doesn't slip off my narrow heel after a few wearings, I'll be ordering it in more colors.

So glad I chose these instead of the Lucky Brand flats I usually buy! I will definitely buy these in more colors.

I came upon tis brand 8 years ago and have been a fan ever since! After my pregnancies I have been unable to wear high heels so flats are my go to shoes. The only problem is that I am very petite and always had the same problem of having the back of the flats dig into my heel. Very uncomfortable after walking in them a while always ending up in blisters. So if you are looking for COMFORTABLE shoes this is for you! They feel like you ate barefoot great for travel! The mold to your feet stretch out with use NO more hurt heel!!! I literally have 20 pairs for all year I have bought 4 black leather pairs in this time because of course they wear out after a long time! I definitely recommend these!
