I have 3 old pairs (size 6) and I loved them but the straps on the new pair don't hit my foot around little toe area and it hurts my toe so I can't wear it. (Right shoe hurts,Left shoe is fine). It I would still recommend this shoe to others!

I couldn't get my foot even past the first set of straps on this flip flop. Unfortunately, I spent $25 on these unusable flip flops and missed the window to return them. I'll have to find a SUPER NARROW footed friend to give them to

I have a narrow foot and this sandal cut into my sides of my toes, especially the pinkie toe. I honestly can't believe there wasn't enough attention paid to this detail when scores of people were no doubt involved in the designing and engineering of this sandal.

There is absolutely no arch support. If I had seen them in person I would not have considered buying them. They are just like any other cheap sandals but for lots more money. The online photo is deceiving.

I purchased a pair of these same sandals about 12 years ago- they have been my long time favorites and something I have loved using every summer. They finally couldn't last another wearing and so I ordered this new pair to promptly replace them. The quality has suffered significantly in that time frame- the materials feel cheap and the fit is all off- I couldn't even get the left shoe on. So sad and disappointed.

My feet stick to the sole after a few minutes of wear, made my feet black too... so loud and embarrassing! They look nice though that's the only good part.

Go back to original platform wedge material, was more of a platform & material was more dense. Those lasted for years!
These are mush!!! Your words.
These have no support.

I've always gotten the sandle with the slightly higher wedge but those come in few patterns so thought I'd try these. I find them inflexible and really uncomfortable. :(

Don't waste your money. These should cost 2.99 not $20+. Cheap and flimsy, definitely not worth the price

I bought these in a 8, I wear a 81/2. I'm disappointed since they don't fit. I wish I could exchange them but can't find my receipt.

The straps are very uneven. The toe straps are nearly impossible to get into. Have an old pair of the same style which were fine.

I previously had these and loved them. They were amazing for around 4-5 years when they finally broke, so I bought another 2 pair. In the previous years, the fit has changed and they aren't the same. The new ones are slimmer and smaller and far less comfy.
Worse though, is the fact that my order arrived missing one of the pairs I'd paid for. I did the online chat feature to get refunded for the pair I didn't get.
It took 39 minutes and 2 customer service reps before this was done. It took anywhere from 5-12 minutes for the rep to respond, and at one point, 30 minutes in, I guess she just left the convo and someone else had to pick it up. Customer service is outsourced and incredibly lacking. Overall incredibly disappointing experience buying a pair of uncomfortable flip flops.

This shoe doesn't hold a candle to the Teva's I've owned in the past. Flimsy, cheap, doesn't make my foot feel cradled like the old ones. The logo was a big giveaway. They used to be screened on and now it's just a cheap shadow of it's former self. Please make these the way you used to. The shape is even screwey. It used to meld to my foot after while.

Good looking flip flop..... but I was NOT prepared to have all the top straps rubber bands/bungee cord/ stretchy 'material'. You cannot tell by the photo that the straps on top are these 'stretchy things'. All the 'straps' cut into your feet and I have a normal width foot. Not secure and not safe to wear. Too bad... because I love the look of them.

I couldn't tell in the picture that they weren't slides. I don't want them to have a strap between or around my toes!

I was hoping to wear these to an outdoor wedding but the straps feel too thin and tight across the toes. Typically I wear a wider shoe so that may have been that problem

I've worn this style of flip flops for 20 years (buy a new pair every other year) and the last 2 times I've bought them, they're straight up uncomfortable. The stitching between the toes is consistently scratchy and hurts too much. The first time, I sucked it up and "broke them in" but it took too long and I said never again.

Very scratchy, uncomfortable material. Divider between the two toes "dug" into the middle of my toes as soon as I tried them on. Maybe for someone else it wouldn't hurt so much - my feet are sensitive. I purchased on sale at a reduced price with a second pair in another style from the Teva web. With that in mind not worth the trouble to return. Kept the other style and donated this pair to charity.
