After the first few days I wore these shoes, I had blisters on each of my pinky toes from the straps. However, now that I have broken them in they fit perfectly and don't bother my feet at all. I bought these shoes because I walk 2 or 3 miles a day and I was starting to have foot pain from the cheap sandals I had been wearing. Since I have started wearing these shoes I don't have pain in my feet at all. I ordered them a half-size smaller than I normally wear because other reviewers recommended it, and they fit well (almost too big, but it doesn't matter since the straps are adjustable). All in all, I am happy with the shoes so far and I would recommend them. They are by far the best sandals I have ever owned, but they are also the most expensive I have tried, so I can't compare them to other shoes in the same price range.

I recently spent a week in Hawaii, hiking, biking, kayaking, rock jumping...I was surprised at how well these shoes served me. I tried Chacos a few years ago and ended up with blisters. These kept my feet mostly blister-free (besides a small one after a 10 mile wet/dry hike). When I got them they had a few threads that were pocking me in the heel, but I was able to clip them off with a nail clipper, and create the most comfortable sandal I have ever owned. The shoes are great for a few reason, 1) they are comfortable, 2) they adjust easily so you can loosen them for long hikes, but tighten them to wear in the water, so they don't fall off. 3) they are more fashionable & better looking then your average sport sandal because of the stream-lined design and thin straps. My only complain is that they could have slightly better traction on wet rocks, but overall the traction is not that bad, but if the traction was as good as my Merrell's, I'd be thrilled. Overall great shoe. I was even able to wear these out at night with cute little sundresses.

Great shoe - very comfortable. Dries quickly. Only downside: the buckle tends to get loose easily.

This shoe was recommend to me by a friend who absolutely loves them. I have a wide foot and wear a size 11. On top of that I have an allergy to neoprene which is commonly used in outdoor sandals, so finding a good hiking/water sports shoe is a challenge. The strapping is nylon and tightens easily in a zig zag pattern over the foot. The only thing I've noticed is the shoe fits a little long, especially in the larger sizes, and you could slip some toes out of the front strap if too loose. Other than that, the foot bed is very comfortable and stable on rocks when hiking. Plus all the shoe elements are pretty water safe, thus perfect for the beach. And let's face it, these Tevas are pretty cute as well. Good for casual day use and moderate hiking/ beach combing.

Cute, feminine sandal. A little on the narrow side but fits my B width just fine. I'm an 8-1/2 and the 8 fits me perfectly. Not as much arch support as Chaco's but sufficient.

Very comfortable and looks good. I just used for a rafting trip & was "rugged" enough for that too. The strap is really long, though.

I bought this sandal to wear on a 3 week trip abroad in hopes that the nasty pain in my left heel would not be as bad as it is on a daily basis. Well folks I'm here to tell you that this is a miracle shoe! I think I walked the entire country and never every had sore feet and my heel never hurt. And on the plus side, I wore them in the water on several occasions and they hold up great. Do not hesitate to buy these, you won't be sorry. And I loved the turquoise color. I did mention that I may have been able to go 1/2 size smaller, but in the heat and with my feet swelling I think they still worked out well, plus the straps adjust from toe to ankle. Love these!

I have wide feet so was pleased to find that the straps on these sandals are fully customizable, and easy to slip on and off. And, they are so comfortable and supportive while looking fairly stylish. Thinking about buying another pair in a different color.

I love love love these sandals! So lightweight and comfortable. They do run large. I ordered two sizes from Zappos because of the previous reviews, and found the perfect size for me. My only problem was that the strap slid over time, so when I found the most comfortable adjustment of the strap, I tacked it down with several stitches. Now it's perfect!

These are great. I usually wear Chaco, but wanted something a little more feminine. They are very lightweight and comfortable with a low and attractive profile. They have moderate support. I have plantar fasciitis and need good support...and these have not caused me any problems. They are much more flattering than my Chacos, which I will never give up, but these are a good alternative. The ankle strap was a little scratchy at first but was fine after a brief wearing. I have a narrow foot so the straps are a little loose but not uncomfortably so. I actually love them.

I tried on several shoes for our river rafting trip and these were the most comfortable! Couldn't have been happier...worked great for river rafting and short hikes. Thanks Zappos!

Nearly perfect! These sandals are awesome. I was shopping for sandals that would be my everyday comfy shoes during the summer, and also "water shoes". The only issue i've had so far, is that when in water, the strap does loosen. But not a big deal, they stayed on. Other than that they rock. They fit perfectly, are comfortable right out of the box, adjust easily and are an adorable red color. Buy them!

I just got these sandals (approximately 23 hours from clicking "submit," I might add), and they're fantastic! I love the arch support, the simplistic design, and overall comfort. I plan to wear them at the Crossfit Games in LA this weekend, and they should keep me happy through long hours of standing. Always love the great service here on Zappos!

Because I didn't understand the other reviewers, you must order 1.5 to 2 whole sizes smaller. I only did half sizes and they were still too big. They're very cute, but by the time I got them in the correct size, the straps were too tight and uncomfortable for me.

These sandals are the most comfortable sandals I've had in a long time. Yes, they are a little pricey but they're worth it.

I usually wear a 7½ but went down to a 7 after reading other reviews and overall the fit was great. These are very cute sandals but I have a high instep and just could not get the strap around the ankle/instep comfortable. So, sadly I am returning them.

Bought the Zirra because I hate flip flops with anything in between my toes. As a middle aged person, I was attracted to these because they are not so crazy scrappy like most Tevas. The fit was good - I did order the size down as other reviewers suggested and I too would echo that recommendation. All of that being said - the catch for the buckle is poorly designed. It needs to be a small snap in or an adjustable with holes. The slide in is not ideal for ease of use. Come on, Teva - evolve.

Cute shoe but didn't work for me. I needed a little more support in the arch and a little more stabilization in terms of the straps.

So cute and comfortable. It may run slightly large as I have only worn them one day and I find the strap a little long. Hard to get it tight enough. I think I am going to be happy with them though.

I've recently purchased 19 pairs of sandals from Zappos, and returned or will return most of them. I m including this intro in all my reviews. First of all, thanks Zappos for your free shipping and free returns that allow me to have the equivalent of a personal shoe store. Second, I ve discovered that my feet have become very sensitive, and I can t tolerate anything except shoes that are perfectly comfortable from almost the moment I first put them on. My left foot seems to be more sensitive than the right foot, especially to any lumps in the footbed. Third, and related to #2, even though I think thong sandals look great, I just can t handle the thong unless it s extremely soft. I consistently take a size 10M, my feet are what you d call medium volume, and I have low arches. Teva Zirra - These were exactly what I was looking for, an extremely lightweight, strappy, casual sandal. Unfortunately I would adjust the strap so it was comfortable, then as I walked around it would move and pull against the top of my foot. I didn't want to return it but knew that it wouldn't work on my overly sensitive feet. The overall size was fine.

These were very awkward to put on because the buckle loosens but does not undo. Then the buckle was poking my ankle bone. Otherwise I really found them cute and comfortable. But I will not be keeping them.

I bought these for a trip to Hawaii. They are cute, comfortable and held up nicely on jungle hikes and slippery rocks. They do however, make rubbery squeaking sounds when you walk, as the straps are stretching and rubbing against the sole.

Love the appearance of the narrower strap. However it is too short. Takes both hands to get my foot into the shoe when the strap is at full length. Too difficult to buckle and unbuckle.

These are so comfortable. The strap rubbed the tops of my feet on the sides for a day or two and then were broken in. I have a high instep so I did not have enough strap to tighten or loosen, so they are a bit tough to get them on, but once I get them on they are incredibly comfortable. I walked miles in them each day while on vacation and they were great!
