Worth every penny! Super comfortable with or with out socks. First rate quality. A classic boat shoe. Found these shoes run about a 1/2 size big. I normally wear a 11.5 but returned for an 11. Great shoe for dress casual or casual.

I purchased The Sperry Top-Sider Gold Boat to wear during an annual BBQ. I knew I would be on my feet all day. I need shoes with good arch support and a raised heel. Most boat shoes don't fit the bill. These were terrific. Comfortable all day, good looks. I wear them all the time now.

Sperry makes a very comfortable and long-wearing shoe and this Gold Cup shoe is no exception..it is fashionable and yet very durable...get it wet, your feet stay dry and you can still wear it with khakis to dinner out...a little pricey...but what isn't that is quality.

Delicious Amaretto leather outer and nice sheepskin lining. Good support and I found these true to size, needing only a few hours break in to get used to the feel of them. As others have mentioned, if you wear them barefoot sweat will lift the removable insole out when you take them off; I use a no see um sock liner. They look and feel great. There is some speculation on the web about how to match their color with polish I speculate it can be done with a mix of cordovan and dark brown, or perhaps Meltonian s Dusky Brown cr me. So far, I get by with an occasion touch up with Bick 4 conditioner. I wear them often it s hard to keep away from their lush feel and look, even without boat ownership.

I have been wearing Topsiders for 30 years and these are the best that I have worn without any questions! I was debating about the cost, but once I tried them on they just molded to your feet (memory foam is spectacular) they are extremely comfortable! I will be getting another pair in a different color. These are very well crafted shoes! Great job, Sperry!

These are a little pricey for boat shoes, but worth the investment. The Gold Cups stay looking great even after wearing all season. The ASV technology was also comfortable for walking and standing.

I had a strange problem with Zappos. I ordered two pairs of shoes from them and one pair direct from Sperry Topsider. I wanted to return the Sperry shoes and one pair from Zappos. UPS delivered (by their mistake) the Sperry Shoes to Zappos. I called Zappos to track them down and as a courtesy (in a mountain of shoes, they could not track a misdelivered box) gave me the shoes that I wished to return to them for free, crediting my account. The agent was friendly, competent and adaptive to an unusual circumstance. A customer made for life. Different experience with Sperry and UPS. Sperry said not their problem but UPS (true, but left me out in the cold). UPS finally came through with a refund but long process and an incredible conversation with someone who took a long time to understand that returning Sperry shoes to Zappos was not the same as returning Sperry shoes to Sperry, and that delivering to the wrong address still counts even if the misdelivered package went to a return center. This last point was about a five minute conversation with the agent, with my repeated request that she look at the intended address and not focus on the fact that yes, the package was delivered to a shoe return center. UPS also shorted me about nine dollars, since when I filled in their online label, I approximated the declared value. They have an interesting policy: if you cannot provide proof for the value declared, they will mark down what they pay you to the value you can prove, but show proof of a slightly higher value, and they will still mark you down to the declared value. This is like playing house odds. Bottom line: I will use Zappos in the future and UPS when I must. Also noted below that though I ordered two models of the same Sperry brand shoes from Zappos in the same size, the one returned felt narrower than the other model. The model shown is the one I kept, felt fine.
