This belt broke the first time I wore it. It separated where the belt reverses. Loved the look of it, but I'm not going to pay this much for a belt that will likely break.

The picture does not do this belt justice. It is absolutely beautiful, shiny black on one side, and the buckle can be turned to wear with chocolate side showing. It has a very classy look with detailed carvings on a sturdy buckle, and smooth but strong leather. I have owned one for years and it is the one belt I take on trips because is so versatile. I like it so much that I bought a second one tonight. Some of my favorite shoes/belts/bras and such that wear well for a long time are replaced with the newest fad and cannot be found years later. This is a classic beauty! It matches my purse, shoes, etc perfectly in brown or black.

I love Brighton to begin with. I own several purses, watches and other jewelry pieces. The reversible belt is great quality just as their reversible watches are. I was a bit concerned when I saw the size of the belt buckle, however it is not uncomfortable and the leather is nice and soft.

This is a beautiful belt. The buckle scared me a little when I first saw it. It is a little ornate but when worn it is not at all over the top. The detail on the buckle becomes just the right touch with slacks or jeans!

I love Brighton belts because of the unique style of their buckles and this one didn't disappoint, it's beautiful! I didn't buy this belt because it's reversible as I don't wear colors that go with brown (would have preferred gray on reverse side) However my one compliant is that the leather isn't very supple, a little stiff and I hope with wear it becomes more pliable. I have a 28" waist and the 30" fit perfectly! I also have a few Brighton purses and a pair of their sunglasses... Brighton's style is Awesome!!

I loved and wore this belt a lot. Then about 18 months after I bought it, it broke. It separated at the place the belt reverses, just like others have said. That was so disappointing, and I am outside of the return policy so there is nothing that Zappos can do.

Liked it when I got in April 2015. Wore it probably 3 days/week, since then. Never on the last hole of the belt, either. VERY disappointed in late November when the buckle fell off! Local shoe repair man says it is not fixable, he can mend it so it will work but it will only be functional (repair will show on edges of buckle where he replaces pin). It will still work to prevent my trousers from falling down, but can no longer tuck in my shirts! NOT worth what I paid, in my opinion.

Like others who have reviewed this belt - I absolutely loved it! But - mine too broke at the spot where the buckle reverses. So disappointed. Would not recommend buying this belt.

As others have said, the belt and buckle are beautiful and it was my most favorite belt but the buckle broke where it turns to reverse the belt. I've worn it probably 5 times. Very disappointed.
