Starting wearing right out of the box! Very comfy foot bed. Looking forward to taking these on vacation.

I love Ecco shoes so the fact I couldn't wear these was a very real disappointment. Although it looks like they can be fully adjusted in 3 places, in reality the range of the adjustment is very small. And, for me, the straps that are not adjustable (the ones w/ the stripes) are extremely loose. But I do have a narrow foot both from side to side and from top to bottom so others may be luckier. I was able to easily insert four fingers from one hand between the non-adjustable strap and my foot! I wear a size 37 and have never had trouble like this w/ an Ecco shoe.

I have very touchy feet and can not go barefoot for a minute without heel pain. These are wonderful. So far, I've used them mainly around the house. I can wear them for outings that don't require hours of walking. For long walks I will wear my Ecco Yucatans (I call them my all-terrain-vehicles) and my Ecco Huaraz hiking shoes. I have happy feet thanks to Zappos! Wear 8.5...bought 8.5 - perfect!

Let me start by saying I kept the shoes. But, even though they are comfortable overall, they do have some quirks. My little toes on both feet stick out somewhat between the two straps on the outermost edges of the shoes. The little toes do not fit underneath either the striped strap or the plain white one. They fit in-between. At first, this was a weird feeling, but the more I wore them, the more I got used to the idea and feel. I adjusted the top strap and it made my feet and toes more secure. I ended up keeping them and have walked in them for miles with no problems. These are some of the most comfortable, secure, and supportive shoes for walking that I own. I bought the white-colored ones in a 8½ (39), my usual size. There was plenty of width.

It is a nice shoe that fits great. The heel is great and the color matches with almost everything. What I like most is the support although it is a little bit heavy.

I was looking for a comfortable walking sandal. I especially liked the look of the thinner straps, but as another reviewer noted, the straps adjust very little. My short, wide feet with high instep float in these sandals. Also, the outside of my foot hangs over the edge of the footbed. Too bad ECCO does not make wide shoes.
