I love this boot! Super comfortable, and I work on my feet, so that matters. Too many combat style boots for women are overly femme, styled too delicately -- but this one is about as butch as I've seen while still being a women's boot. Nice height with skinny jeans when worn up.

I bought them for my wife as a gift. The boots were of good quality. They were not quite as thick as I had expected but otherwise I was happy. Despite earlier reviews she found the sizing to be right on the money. No need to order a size up as was suggested. She loves them as do my two teenage daughters. Thankfully they all wear the same size shoes or I would be buying two more pairs as opposed to the one more that I will probably have to buy.

I just got these yesterday and I'm in love. They are super adorable, well made, and very comfortable, as I've come to find out with palladium (I own another pair in a different color). I love the diversity of styles they have and for different types of conditions. These aren't necessarily listed as waterproof however I wore them in the pouring rain yesterday and the water just rolled right off of them. The only thing I've noticed is that the bottoms have no traction on slippery floors. I work in a restaurant and bought these to wear all day (which I did, with NO foot aches or anything, and I hadn't even broken them in yet!) and noticed that on the slippery kitchen floor I was sliding. I'm going to scuff up the bottoms of the shoes and maybe add some anti slip grip things, but other than that these shoes are so beautiful and perfect for me. I love that you can switch between the styles. I am very happy with my purchase and will continue to buy palladiums in the future. These are extremely well made and will last you a long time. Well worth the money. :)

I almost always order boots a half size larger than my usual size since I may want to wear thick socks with them. After reading the reviews on this boot, I decided to order two different sizes and return the ones that I didn't want. I ended up keeping the half size larger pair. LOVE these boots! They are stylish without being bulky or "clompy" looking. I love that I can wear them two ways, flap down or up. They look great with skinny jeans and dresses and they are extremely comfortable. They will be great to wear when the weather is wet here in Texas.

These are the best boots that I have ever owned. They look adorable with pants and skirts/tights, and have a combat boot look without being too chunky or trendy. Also, talk about versatile; I have gone hiking in these.

I think there's a message already that these boots run a 1/2 size big, I found that was accurate. I love the laces because I wanted a boot I could wear over leggings/skinny jeans or under work pants. These boots are sleek and just a tiny bit combat-y style, but they're also classic and I can see myself wearing them for multiple years.

I really love these boots. First of all, they arrived at my house the day after I ordered them which is the amazing speed of Zappos for you! These boots are comfortable enough to walk in for many hours and they don't get dirty. I think they are perfect because they can fold down or go up so you kind of get two boots in one. I am very happy with these and would recommend them to everyone.

Got these as fashion boots, but were so comfortable that I ended up wearing them to work (where I'm standing 7-8 hours at a time). I am usually a 6.5 but they were sold out at the time, bought the 6 expecting them to be too small. But they didn't feel tight when I first put them on, and they have molded to the shape of my foot since. Super comfortable and I get compliments on them all the time! Great to wear over skinny jeans or to contrast against a flowery/girly skirt or dress.

I really like these boots! They are comfortable and I can wear them for long hours without any pain or discomfort. I normally wear them as high boots rather than folded down, just my preference. There is nothing wrong with them folded down but I just like them high. They look really good with tights, leggings, and jeans. I have not tried them with a dress yet but since spring is around the corner, I probably will get a chance now. I wore them a lot while it was raining and my socks did not get wet so they protect really well. The material is soft leather in material and is able to adjust to one's feet.

As a lover of combat-style boots, I'm really pleased with these boots. They have the design of some of the leather military boots I've owned, but are more lightweight and comfortable than most, which makes them a better choice for folks who walk a lot. The rubber reinforcement over the toe helps prevent nicks and scratches. It's cute that the leather is soft enough to fold over (as shown in the picture). I switch back and forth between folding them over and lacing them all the way up, depending on my outfit.

I just got these shoes in chinchilla and they are fantastic. They are extremely comfortable, zero break-in time, and my feet feel warm and supported all day. The leather is supple and soft, seems like it will scuff but I think that will just add to the style factor of the shoes. They look great up or down, with dresses, tucked in leggings, under bootcut jeans... Basically any casual outfit I can think of, they work. In person, the chinchilla color is a very nice neutral, lighter and greener than it looks in the photo. In the video and photos the shoes look a bit punk for my style, but in fact they are more subdued and classic. I am very happy with the quality for the price. I am sure the canvas model from Palladium is great too, but these leather ones feel like they are going to last forever. The only downside I can think of is that they smell a bit, but that is normal and I think it will go away.

Just got my pair! The size is pretty generous, I have to wear gel cushion orthotics, so it was great to still be my basic size with little adjustment. These boots look great with jeans or skirts. Also,these are excellent with military and police uniform, something I'm frequently costumed in (I work in film and television productions). As well as being on my feet for hours at a time. The brand also makes this with a side zipper for easy on and off (which my pair has). Something to ask about when ordering. For overall comfort and fit...love 'em!

I love these shoes, I'm a hairdresser and I can totally work in them all day! I get lots of compliments on them. They do run a little big, at least in size 11. I would have been fine with a 10 or 10.5. I would get them again.

I bought this boot after a major foot surgery and needed a stylish, sturdy boot to get me through the winter and recovery. This one did the trick. Roomy foot box, soft leather, good traction on sole. I will continue to use the boot. One lament, there is absolutely no arch support. The boot is wide open. This can be supplemented with an insert, but a bit more cushion and support would probably be welcomed by all. Overall, a good purchase. Edgy and functional.

Great combat boots. They definitely have a hint of green depending on lighting.

I think that these are cute boots...a bit masculine...but cute....the problem is that they aren't as winterized as I would have wanted. If you want a fall bootie with no warmth for the winter months ahead and a a bit macho...then these boots are for you! Also...they run a little large.

I must say I was disappointed. I returned these. The reviews were great - so I gave them a try. But without the great service Zappos offers, I never would have even done that. I ordered on a Saturday and received them Monday! Thank you Zappos. Fit - several people mentioned ordering a size down. I don't agree with that at all. I say a bit generous. But with this boot, I wanted to wear a bit heavier sock. I couldn't - and I ordered my normal size. Comfort - not so sure as I didn't keep them but I expected soft leather. These aren't as soft as I thought they would be. Some reviews said no break in - I'm not sure I agree with that. Style - I did like. On Width - didn't see much on this but I'd say if anything they run a bit narrow. Nothing major - maybe just a bit.

I really love the look and feel of this shoe, but it just does not have the same resilience I've come to expect from some of the other Palladium shoes I've bought. The leather is comfortable but very thin, and I saw some thin layers starting to peel off after about a few weeks, and after a few months the seams around my pinkie toe had split. They might be a great shoe for occasional light wear, but as someone who walks a lot in an urban area, the price tag doesn't justify the quality of this shoe for me. Stick with the canvas Baggy!
