Wanted to love this, but the toe box was too narrow for my small bunions. The footbed was extremely comfy, and I wanted to wear them for a job in which I’ll need to be on my feet all day. But after an hour of wearing them around the house, I could tell that they were going to cause me pain in the ball of my foot. Could work for those without bunions. I have two pair of L’Artiste Spring Step sandals that I love. The footbed is comfy and I get compliments every time I wear them, but I think the sandals gives my toes more room to move.

I ordered this shoe in the largest size possible. I have a large foot and a US size 11 to 11.5 usually fit. This shoe says it fits 11 to size 12. I couldn't get the shoe on my foot... Very disappointing. I think if it fit, the shoe would have been very comfortable.

These are beautiful shoes. They were very comfortable from the first day, and I received a lot of compliments on them. My complaint with these shoes is that they did not last very long. I bought them less than 6 months ago and they already have a hole in the toe. The shoes did get wet during a rain, and I noticed the shoes rapidly came apart almost immediately after. I am tempted to try again because I liked the shoes a lot.

These shoes are cute but feel weird on my feet and give the wearer a rocking sensation. Maybe intentional but it feels awkward. They also run small. I am returning.

these shoes are kind of cute, but definetly short in length. I better stick to my Dansko.

I have been ordering size 39 or 40, depending on the brand. With SpringStep, I had ordered sandals over last summer but they were too small. But who does not love the style? So I have been obsessively searching for comfortable fabulous shoes for the winter. These looked interesting, so I ordered. They are too tight on my instep and a bit tight to get into. They will be returned for sure. I also ordered the Chino open-heel version which are loose.

Loved these shoes but were way too short. I have never worn larger than an 8 and always wear a 38, but these in a 38 were too small. Disappointing because the purple are out of stock now.

Sending these back. I wear a Euro 42 which generally translates to 11 - 11-1/2 in US sizing, except for this shoe with 42 translating to 10-1/12 - 11. My concern was that it might be too short, and it was. Cute though.

Really cute but the fit is not good. Too narrow I take a 6.5 but I purchased a 7 still too narrow. I like the brand of shoe, have others, but not this one.

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever had on my feet, including bedroom slippers. I wore them for more than 12 hours at a time, standing and walking around, three days in a row, and my feet felt like I never left the couch. Totally in love. The only down thing is that the leather on the footbed has come loose. Company is replacing them, and I hope they are perfect.

Very cute shoe. Where a size 11 or 42 and ordered 42. Was way to small. Darn! Have to return them.

Run small - I love the designs Spring Step puts on its shoes and I like the look of this one but it runs tight and a little short - I wear an 8.5, ordered a 9 and it's still too small.

I have never worn an 8 or a 39 shoe. These clogs are suppose to fit a 7 1/2 to 8. My toe is at the top. I’m wondering if they sized them incorrectly. Does this brand tend to run small. I am going to try the next size up and see. Otherwise I really the look and fell of them

I had to return these shoes and order a larger size... I wear a woman's size 8 and ordered the equivalent of a 7.5 - 8.0. I needed the 8.5 - 9. in this shoe.

Hard footbed, stiff shoe. I LOVED the style and am very sad they don't work. They are much cuter than Danskos but far less well made! Not much thought put into the comfort. Too bad. Can't figure out why so many people actually find these comfortable!!!

Very cute style but they felt like they were made of cardboard rather than leather. They werealso too large even after ordering down a size. The insole was actually comfortable and supportive. I sent to Hem back because I thought they would wear out in a few weeks.

bought these in navy and it's a real navy. The shoe is sturdy and well made. These run more than a full size smaller. I normally wear 7 (37) and got these in a 38 based on the previous reviews. Out of the box, they felt fine and I wore them out the first night. Second time I wore them to the office for the day without socks. The toe box is narrow (small toes rub against shoe) and the length and height of the toe box is also a bit short (actually rubbed nail polish off big toe! First time that's ever happened to me). I love the way they look and I'm hoping they will stretch. As they are now, I could not wear heavy socks with them. I will try wearing thin socks to prevent the rubbing next time. I can't say I recommend them because the fit is off

I loved the look however the shoe was very narrow I could not get my foot in.

I ordered this shoe in 39 and 38. This 39 was too long and very WIDE in the toe box. The 3 was so small I couldn't get my foot in it. I guess L'Artiste brand shoes are not meant for me. Both pair are being returned.

These are the cutest shoes! Unfortunately, I couldn't even fit my foot in it to try on. C'mon now- I ordered a 39 and I'm an 8.5. Held them up to my foot and they looked like a size 7. What's with the sizing? Too bad- I liked the stitching and design.

I loved the look of by these but they just didn't hold up. I work in the OR and am on my feet a lot. I only had them for a month and they are falling apart at the seams. Fit good otherwise just very disappointed. Don't last long.

These shoes were absolutely adorable online! However, when I got them I couldn't even get them on my feet! I am an 8W. I ordered an 8.5W, reading other reviews I ordered a larger size. These shoes are very squishy with no support whatsover. I might as well walk on sponges, barefoot. Hope all Spring Step's shoes aren't like this! I ordered Ariat's instead. As always, Zappos is amazing with their shipping and returns! My favorite online shoe retailer!! :)

Burbank clogs so so cute. Wish the sizing were true...wear a true 6 1/2 or 37 and these were too small...at least a full size...tried a 38 but too wide and sloppy. Boo hoo as they are stylish and well made. Ordered in black and brown but alas had to return...and Zappos makes it so easy. Thank you!

This shoe is so stinking cute! I ordered a size up because of previous reviews and my toes still touch the tip of the shoe when I walk. Another size up would be too long. Other than the size, they were very comfortable. I'm so disappointed.
