This is a very cute shoe! I can wear these shoes all day without much of a problem. I ordered a size 6.5 (my usual size) as well as a size 7 based on others reviews. In the end I went with the 7 because the toe box is fairly narrow and I could barely squash my feet into the 6.5. My heel slides around a bit but it's really based on what socks I wear. Also since it is a nice soft leather it does stretch out a bit to accommodate the toes better over time.

Loved the shoes. The left one was tighter. I wear size ten and bought the 10.5-11 and my toes touched at the end. Had to return them.

This is my second pair of this shoe. I am returning the first pair because they squeaked when I walked and rated the shoe 4 stars overall for this reason. I ordered this pair a size larger (40). I am typically a size 8. I had read previous reviews that stated this shoe ran small so I ordered the first pair a size larger (39 European, 8.5 U.S.). It was a perfect fit with bare feet and with a thin sock. I prefer a roomier fit in my clogs (I wear Dansko and Sanita at work) so the second pair I ordered in 40. Much more comfortable without being a sloppy fit and they feel secure on my foot. I'll have to wear them around the house for the weekend and see if the squeaking resolves. It's quite noticeable. I hope they work out as I was considering ordering a second pair in the blue. Fingers crossed.

A very cute looking shoe. Just got these but am exchanging them as they squeak when I walk. I read the other reviews that these tend to run small and ordered the 39 (8.5) when I typically wear an 8. The 39 were a perfect fit with a thin sock. Also runs narrower than most clogs so would only accommodate a thin sock. I'll consider exchanging for a 40 for more wiggle room. They were very comfortable with a soft cushiony insole but not much of an arch support.

Been on the hunt for fall shoes, since getting planters fasciitis last fall. I wore sneakers all winter, then once summer came found Vionic and Birkenstock (thank god!). So back to the hunt...I've been looking for cute clogs that are comfortable and think I found them. They are even cuter in person than the pictures. Thinking about ordering the brown too (bought them in navy). They'll even fit an orthotic if my planters flares up! Now all I need to do is find cute shoes I can use as slippers in the house.

Shipping was amazing fast! Ordered one afternoon, had the shoes the next day! I have always loved Zappos! Unfortunately, this style was a whole size too small. It is even more cute in person, but runs really small. The shoe insert is super soft though!

There is too much variation in how these are made within this model let alone this line of shoes. Pity, because they are pretty cute and could be comfortable, but the fit is too variable each shoe even within this model fits differently. Not worth trying these anymore. Too bad.

I had a pair of these shoes that I wore daily a few years ago in my teaching job. They do feel tight when you first get them but they soften up considerably. Something has changed, however. These new shoes were really uncomfortable for me and I had to return them. Looks like they've made some changes to the inner support and it just didn't work for my feet.

So cute! Even more darling in person, but dang, they are tight! I ordered a half size up and could barely get them on. They are super tight across the top. I’ll be having to return them, and sadly the next size up is unavailable. Absolutely crushed.

I ordered this shoe in two styles and colors, I wore one. They are adorable shoes and fairly comfortable, but my wide foot was uncomfortable after just a couple of hours.

Iusually wear a 39 in European sizes but I took the advice and ordered a size up to a 40. Even they were too small. They were touch short, on the narrow side and very difficult to get on. Are usually wear a size 8 1/2 in shoes and my feet are slightly wider than normal. I don’t normally have to wear a wide, especially if the sizing is European. Of note, the fit feels off. When I did get them on my feet they gave me a weird rocking gait. This is such a shame because these are absolutely beautiful shoes. They just did not work for me.

These are very nice tooled leather. Unfortunately, these did not fit. I suggest ordering a size or half size up. Especially if you might want to wear socks. I had to return them.

So strange - just a year ago, I ordered L'Artiste Toolie in size 37. They fit wonderfully and I'm still happily wearing them. I just ordered this Burbank pair in 38, having read that they run small. Wow - even too small in a 38. I've just reordered in 39; let's hope they fit. My regular shoe size is 7. Spring Step, you need to work on consistency in your shoe sizing! Otherwise, I love Spring Step styles. I always get compliments when I wear my Toolies.

These shoes are so cute! Sadly, they did not fit. I ordered a 37, which is my normal (and often somewhat too large) size, and these shoes were TINY. They felt like a size 6. The footbed was nice and squashy, and they felt a little wider than a regular medium width, but definitely run super small.

Cute shoes, nice leather, way too small. Don't even begin to think you can wear these in your usual size. They are at least a full size too small.

Loved the look of the shoe but the fit was strange. I always wear a 38, but my toes were poking the end of these shoes which was odd considering they felt wide. I considered trying to keep them but they also have a squeaking sound when you walk AND there is a louder "crinkling" sound whenever I would step on the right foot. In the end it was just too much to worry about.

These are really cute shoes. I found the arch support to be low to moderate for me. The gray color is actually taupe/brown, with the elastic gore part being a true gray. I do not know of the other colors of this shoe. The sole is very "cushy", and adds a bounce to your step. The heel height is below 2", but higher than 1 3/4". They run very small, so order a whole size up. I wear a 38 and ordered in 39 and the fit was good. I had to return, as the arch support was not high enough for me, and I didn't like the non-gray color. Thank you Zappos.

Cute shoes! I ordered the Gray, and they were actually medium brown, with the elastic on top of the shoe gray in color. I read that they run small, so ordered one size up, and the fit was good. There is little to no arch support. The sole is very "spongy/cushioned", which would be comfortable. The heel height is less than 2". I am returning because they are brown, not gray, and the arch support is poor. Thank you Zappos! I tried to downloada jpg photos and Zappos said it was not a jpg. Sorry I can't get the photos here.

I ordered the gray in these shoes, and other than the stretchy part on top, they were brown. At first I thought that I had been sent the wrong color, but it said GRA on the inside...not gray at all. I reordered them in the black, and they are an excellent shoe.

I think the brand, altho very cute and I would love to have a pair.. The sizing is not right for my feet

Comfortable at first but then when wearing longer pinched toes. Also, black isn’t truly black, it’s dark brown and tan stitching makes it look even browner. I returned them.
