Too big in the hips for me. I probably should buy men's jeans because women's jeans are always a problem in the hips and seat.

I ordered the Pixie wash and it's a great color. But I'm returning 'em. I'm usually between a 6 or an 8 in Levi's, depending on the fit. These ran crazy small. I ordered a 6 and an 8, and could barely get the 6's over my hips. Okay, no problem, I'll try the 8's. Except they were so snug I had to struggle with the zipper! I purchased a size 6 of these in a different wash at a local store, and the 6 was really roomy. So be ready for inconsistent sizing. So glad Zappos has an easy return policy!

I bought 3 pair of Levi's - 2 pair were manufactured in Egypt and one pair was manufactured in Vietnam. There is a red "Levi's" tag on each pair but the word "Levi" is not on the tag. I was going to return them because I was under the impression that Levi's are an American product. My fault I didn't check them out closer. I know a lot of clothing and shoes are imported but Levi's? I will keep these as a reminder to look for American made jeans. The material is very light weight - good for summer I guess but I don't have seasonal jeans. My jeans need to take me through all four seasons.

I have worn Levi's for a long time. Could always order my size with no problems. These were not the same denim or fit ( a bit big and sloppy) I was used to. The fabric is soft for denim and gets sloppy looking when worn. I kept them and only wear them to ride my horse. I will try another style before giving up on Levi.

They are great fakes, but clearly fakes. I own a pair of these, purchased at the Levi store so it is pretty easy to see the fake labeling...but, the Levi store no longer carries these. All they have are super skinny Jeagging things...so I guess I will take a fake until they start producing the real thing again.

While I love Levi's jeans, and the 505's in particular, I REALLY dislike the bright silvery design on the back pockets. Pretty tacky looking. On a side note, of all the colors I have tried in the 505's, the "Always agreed" are by far the softest jeans (have a few pair).

I love these jeans but beware. I found a small fray mark that will soon be a hole right under the knee. I didn't notice it until after I had washed and worn them. I feel I paid good money for lower quality than I had expected.

The cut of these jeans is similar to my old 505's but the waistband is ridiculously big and stretchy; in fact, the fabric is altogether too stretchy given it's supposed to be only 1% elastane. I'm sending them back.

Lovely style and size 8 long is a perfect fit for me, at 5'9" and 140 lbs. BUT the fabric is anything but 99% cotton. It feels like 60/40 cotton/fiberglass blend--horribly scratchy. And the seam thread is equally harsh on the skin; feels like sandpaper. I had to remove every remnant of tags too. The quality is 99% less than what it was a decade ago. And why must Levis add that nasty stretch filler-fabric to all its women's jeans? Personally, I don't understand the compulsion of adding stretch to jeans--they just sag and droop after a few washes and weeks. How come guys still get the real deal in 100% cotton? (Or is that just what it says on the men's labels?) And as the quality plummets, prices keep rising.

I'm returning these. These are stretch and not at all like what anyone who knows 505 Levis expects. The material is not kind of denim that Levi's was known for. They are 99 % cotton and 1% elastane. These are not going to wear and wear like the old Levis did where you can have them for 10 years. They're made in Mexico. The fit didn't flatter me. They fit just fine, but with the way styles have changed, they look baggy.

This item is sized VERY small. I own these jeans in three other colors, and they all fit rather loosely. These jeans were an entire size too small, despite the stated size.

These jeans are terrible. I ordered four different Levi's styles and colors, and I kept these because they were 99% cotton (unlike the others) and I figured they had the best chance of not stretching out, as so many jeans now do. Out of the bag, they fit great. Then I washed them and wore them. After a fairly short time (an hour? less?), they stretched and bagged around the seat and crotch. I'm very disappointed and can t believe Levi's would put their name on these jeans. But now I'm stuck.

A very frustrating order. First I ordered the 8S which is the same size as another pr of the same exact 505s that I have that fit. Well these 8S didn't fit at all so returned for 10S. Those didn't fit either and didn't really seem any bigger. So I got out my original 8S that do fit me and compared side-by-side w/ these and the 8S were bigger in the waist then the 10S so no wonder they didn't fit. It wasn't by much but the 8S was bigger. Not for me to explain or understand, just very frustrating how designers must/can change the specs or something. So off to return again and I'm totally giving up on these which is a shame b/c they are really cute, hence the 4 stars only for the "style".

I just bought two pair of womens Levi's, I'm so unhappy with them after I wear them for 2 hours they have stretched so much they are baggy. The denim is so thin I paid quite a bit for two pair that I probably won't wear.

I ordered 2 pair of 505 6short. This pair is 2" shorter than the other pair and too small in the waist. I'm so glad I checked before packing them in my suitcase. What a drag! What happened to quality control?

The denim used in these jeans is very thin and does not retain its shape at all. If you scratch the surface of the denim, bits of the material [Pilling? Lint? Not sure of the appropriate term] come away! After only two washings, I was unable to to continue wearing the jeans as they had "stretched out" to such a degree that the crotch was 6" lower than where it had started and the bunching at the ankles ran up about as many inches up the leg! I have two other pair of 505 Straight Legs that I purchased years ago from a bricks-and-mortar that are of much better quality. Not sure why these are so markedly different; but now that I do know that there is a difference, I won't buy sight unseen again.
