Love these shoes! I am a very low mileage runner that has had Nike Frees and a New Balance Minimus. Those shoes were okay for cross-fit but not appropriate for running. The Brooks are a perfect fit; comfort, and support compromise. I have wide feet and ordered a half size bigger.

Love these shoes! Got them for zumba and they are amazing. Already looking to get another pair. I was told when looking at these shoes not to dive right into working out in them but to walk in them casually for a couple weeks so that I adjust to the natural stride which I did and have never experienced any calf soreness in them just pure comfort.

These shoes are amazingly comfortable! I am a casual runner, I like to do 1/2 marathons once a year, some 5ks during the year. These shoes are a great introduction to minimal shoes. I usually buy a full size up in my running shoes (I wear a 7 1/2 in regular shoes, I ordered an 8 1/2) and did the same with these. They fit exactly as I wanted them to.

These sneakers are very comfortable and run true to size. I don't wear sneakers other than for workouts, but the color is fashionable so I have worn them with jeans too. I am very happy with this purchase.

Took these shoes with me on a trek through China. Unbelievable! Amazingly comfortable. I never thought about my feet and we hiked, climbed, etc. for 17 days. I ordered up a half size. Am going to order in another color.

These shoes are amazing! They are super comfy, super light and allow your toes to freely articulate while you run. I'm running a marathon in these and have already done two 18 mile runs in them without complaint. I also bought a pair of Brooks PureGrit and they are equally fantastic! Go Brooks!

love these shoes! I have not had a pair of Brooks since I was in high school 30+ years ago. Back then, they felt like a snug hug for my feet, and like I was walking on shoes. The Brooks Pureflow are amazing. I have wide feet but the shoes isn't a wide-foot size. Nevertheless, they feel great, just like the first pair I had, like I was walking on pillows. I recommend these shoes for any woman, whether you're a runner or whether you just want a comfortable pair of shoes.

Incredibly comfortable and supportive sneaks and love, love them. Have received many compliments on the red color/style, too! :) My first pair of Brooks, and I am pumped.

I love these shoes! I was looking for a shoe for boot camp/Crossfit and these are great. They are very flat on the bottom so somewhat of a minimalist shoe, so comfortable. They are also great for jump rope! I would highly recommend these shoes. They are very comfortable and I get tons of compliments on them!

Love these! I bought the white/purple ones for work (on my feet all day) and the red/blue ones to work out in. I've had them for about 1 month now and wear my work ones every day. So comfy. They feel very natural. I put on my old running shoes yesterday -- which I loved -- and they felt like bricks compared to these. For a running shoe I'm between a neutral/cushioning and stability shoe. I love how these have just enough support on the mid to outside part of the sole (the little circle thing on the bottom). Good buy.

These shoes are very light, and the black/bright blue stretchy piece that goes across the shoe helps hold your foot into place. The tongue is attached so it doesn't move around on you. The shoes are cushioned nicely, so it is nice on your knees for pavement running. I would definitely recommend trying these shoes, I love them!

Stylish and comfortable. I wish wide widths were offered. I am afraid they will wear out quickly.

I purchased this shoe because I had wanted a bright red shoe for some time. The color is very misleading as it turned out to be more of a raspberry color with a very pink hue. I kept the shoes because they were very comfortable. They are very light in weight and I walk in them daily.

It turns out that these were not the shoes for me, which I didn't understand until really trying them. They run narrower than New Balances, generally. Too small for my normal-wide-ish foot.

These shoes are great to wear for everyday errands and walking and I've gotten a couple compliments on them. I'm transitioning to more minimal footwear to try to get rid of my shin splints and ankle swelling. Running in these, however, feels just like running in a normal running shoe. I think they have a little too much support in the upper and a bit too much padding for what I'm looking for.

I really wanted to like these shoes, as I love my Brooks Launch! However, the tongue lacks lace holders and slides. It's bothersome for me to have to re-adjust the tongue to keep it centered. Also, I got the makings of a blister on the back of my left foot after 30 minutes of wearing it around the house. I have a neutral gate with a normal arch, and my midfoot area feels achy unlike when I wear my Launch. For the price of these shoes, I'm not willing to overlook these cons. The size does run 1/2 a size small. I normally wear a size 6 in heels and sandals, and I ordered a 6.5 which fit perfectly. Now, for the pros: they are aesthetically pleasing. I love the white and purple colors, and I love the slightly rounded toe. It's a nice change from pointier runners. There's ample room in the toe box, and I liked the overall snugness.

I road-run in the Brooks PureConnect on average 25-30 miles per week, but I am training for a half now. For longer road runs, I wanted to try the PureFlow, which offers more cushioning than the PureConnect but on paper is in every other way an identical shoe -- they both have a 4mm midsole offset, split toe, nav band, center strike pod, Ideal Heel, foot contouring, etc. Having tried the PureFlow on now, I can't believe what a completely different shoe it is. Indeed, it offers much more cushioning, but I feel absolutely no arch support or foot contouring at all. The PureFlow is billed as "reliable cushioning and support," for the neutral to mild over-pronator (which I am), but I would say you almost need to be an under-pronator to feel supported in this shoe. If you need any arch support at all, try the PureConnect, which really does fit like a glove and offers firm arch support, despite being ultra-light and only barely cushioned.

This was my first time purchasing running shoes based on other reviews. I am glad that I went with my gut and let me say these running shoes are the most comfortable shoes that I have ever worn. I felt I was walking on a cloud, I am so happy with my purchase and they are worth the money.

I love the Pureflow by Brooks. Trying to purchase a new pair and they only have a size 5 & 12! That makes me so sad! Please suggest to Brooks to make them again. I have all kinds of foot pain but not with these shoes! At this point, I'm not sure what to replace them with. But I will stick with Zappos. Best online shoe and other items Internet store!

I'm getting ready to buy my 3rd pair of these. I'm in my 30's, workout 4-5 days a week, 40-50 minutes a day. I run, do circuits similar to P90X and Insanity. These shoes are great. They don't need to be broken in at all. They are great out of the box, which is awesome. Also, they support and cushion my bunions which are fairly painful during high impact workouts. My all time favorite athletic shoes!

My first pair of Brooks, and they have a great roomy toe box and slip in to them easy and great cushioning and fits right up to my neutral arch. I will now check out some of the other Brooks Pure line for a light and nice feel right out of the box without break-in time.
