Zappos is the best, but I give up on flats. None of them fit my foot. Size 5 and a half size too big. Ridiculous. Not sure why it's so hard to find one for small feet but I'm done trying. wide toe box on this and a little long. Okay looking. Nothing special.

These shoes are extremely comfortable, with the exception that they do not have much arch support at all.

These shoes are very comfortable and cute. Be warned, though, that you may have to order a half size up. Every other shoe in my closet is an 8, but I needed the 8 1/2 in this shoe.

Based on other reviews, I bought a 6.5, but it flops off of my foot. I think it will be ok with some heel inserts, but a 6 probably would have fit perfectly. The shoes are pretty comfortable, good arch support and don't scrape on the heels. They're not the cutest shoes I own, but they work for a long day walking around on cement floors (I'm a middle school teacher). They are worth the buy, but there may be something better out there.

I bought these shoes to wear to work. I am on my feet for hours and they are very comfortable and have more support than most flats I have worn. They fit true to size and are very well made.

Liked the shoes very much. I have not worn them yet as they are a winter shoes so I don't know how comfortable they are. I ordered wide width but felt these are not as wide as I hoped. all in all I thought I made a great purchase.

I have been looking for dark brown leather flats that don't look geriatric for more than a year! Even the super expensive ones were ugly or sometimes not real leather or a weird color. Finally I found these and gave them a try. They're just what I wanted! look great, great color, moderate arch support and for the most part are really comfortable. On the right shoe only, where the decorative button is sewn, the stitching rubs my little toe until the warmth of my foot heats the leather. Then it's fine. I would recommend these!

I have a fairly long bus commute to and from work, and with that plus just walking around the office I usually walk the equivalent of about 5 miles a day. These shoes look great, and still feel as good at the end of the day as they do when I first put them on. I have a narrow heel and often have trouble finding flats that I can wear without my foot coming out of them when I walk. These shoes slip just a tiny bit, and I found it worked better for me to wear them without those tiny liner socks for flats.

My size was out of stock so I tried a half size smaller - would have been all right in a wide, but just couldn't quite convince myself to keep them. Very cute and would have loved to have kept them!

Very unique and cute design. Sizing is a bit off. I'm normally a 10, but had to exchange for a 9. 9 is a little tight, but 9.5 would have been too big.

These are very cute shoes and seem durable. I am, however, surprised at how much of a break-in period there is. I've worn them four times (for most or all of a day) and gotten multiple blisters each time. Also, the top edge just seems tight and cuts in on my foot. They are the right size and I have narrow feet. I guess I just anticipated a Dr. Scholl's product to be more comfortable right out of the gate. I'll keep working to break them in. Maybe more wear with hose or thin socks would be a good idea.

These are okay, fairly uncomfortable. Toe box is tight, and I ordered up a half size from what I normally wear. I have the Navy/Gardenia Beach color, and the primary problem that I have with these shoes is that the fabric material picks up dirt extremely easily. So after wearing them once they had a blackish smudge on them that makes them look dingy. After a few weeks and perhaps wearing them 10 times, they have picked up many more-just not worth the price.

These shoes are so cute and I'm disappointed that I have to return them. The soles are very flexible and offer no support.

I am returning this pair. They are attractive and the foot bed is comfortable but the top of the shoe falls at a bone on my foot and it's too uncomfortable to keep. Not worth trying to tolerate.

I have wide feet so it's hard to tell which size to get. I have that in between foot - not really a 6.5 not really a 7. Somewhere in between...anyhow the customer service was amazing - so helpful. I traded in my 7's for a 6.5 and it was a smooth process. The only thing is the shoes themselves, they're Dr. Scholls so I expected them to be very comfortable but they're not. I don't know if it's my type of feet, small but wide. I have worn nearly every day hoping that I just needed to break them in but they rub the side of feet so bad that I have a bunion like thing now.

These shoes are cute, but they were cuter in the picture. They were a little small, so my feet were scrunched. I'm trying to decide if I want to order up a size. The buttons actually have DrScholl's inscribed on them, and the band across the top looks a little awkward in real life.

I really wanted to like these shoes. I have the Dr. Scholl's Joliet as well as some sneakers, and hoped that these would be almost as comfortable as the Joliet (another flat). They seem to have decent padding, but I found them very stiff. As I walked around the house in them they would bend in a weird stiff way every time I lifted my foot from a step. Sadly, these are being returned. I don't think the stiffness would go away in time, and I'm worried it would make the shoe crack. They are really cute. Not as comfy as the Joliet, but probably would have been decent.

I bought a size 6.5 in the medium and they fit. However the left shoes is rubbing at the top of my feet while the right foot feels comfortable. They are very soft inside though. Not sure if to exchange for a wide width to prevent the rubbing.

These are super cute, but they are minimally supportive of a foot in need of at least a little bit of support. The label said memory sole, but not much foam or cushioning to have a memory! Unless the goal is to get you to buy Dr. Scholl's inserts!

Pretty cute, a little too stiff. Shoe cuts into feet a bit. Not as good as the Dr. Scholl Joliet shoe.

Bummer! I really love the style of these shoes, however, the 9.5 (my usual size) was very small. I could barely get my foot in it. I returned them and ordered a 10, only to find the 10 huge on my feet. Not even close. Too bad, really cute shoes.

I have wide feet and hoped that this flat would work out for me. The wide size is definitely big enough for my feet, however, they are extremely uncomfortable if you wear them for more than a couple of hours. The material is stiff and cuts into the top of my foot and back heel. I had hoped the Dr. Scholls brand would be an affordable, comfortable brand to purchase from, but I will not buy them again.

One word comes to mind to describe these shoes: pain. I was looking forward to a comfort shoe and instead got the opposite. The back rubs against the heel The front rubs against the pinky toe and big toe areas. The only plus is that the footbed is really good. Too bad the rest of the shoe wasn't given the same care.

Since I wear a size 10, I find it challenging to buy seemingly simple ballet flats. They never seem to fit, but after reading the mostly positive reviews on this pair, I decided to try one more pair. It has now been over a month since I began the ordeal of trying to break in these shoes, or more like break in my feet to fit the shoes. They pinch in several different places. They don't flex enough, so they rub my heels. I have tried stretching them by wearing them with thick socks, but they continue to kill my poor big feet. I don't know who Dr. Scholl is, but I bet he is a quack. These shoes are terrible! (Ever so cute, but terrible!)

I was very disappointed as these were so adorable but they did not run true to size. I ordered wide and they were more narrow than a normal width shoe.
