Delivery was as expected. Normally wear a size 8 - but able to wear size 7 in Uggs.

The sizing on the UGG website is incorrect- the sizes are small. I had to check other universal size websites in order to ensure I was ordering the correct size. If I had not done so then the boots would have been a size too small.
The one boot is more difficult to put on than the other as well... This is visibly evident as one boot has been knitted more tightly than the other...

Thanks UGG!!! Excellent customer service. My daughter received these as a gift. She wore them for a winter season and then put them away for months. After getting them out again this fall she quickly noticed some tearing at the point of the bows. Probably due to her pulling them on from there. I sent them back and a new pair came within two weeks. All I paid was shipping. She's very happy with her new pair and is very conscientious of how she pulls them up now. This is all she wears during our MN winters.

I bought these boots for my 13 year old daughter as a gift. She loves them! She already has Uggs but I noticed how much she was trying to wear MY black Bailey Button Uggs so I bought her some of her own! Hers are very cute on; I especially love the Bailey Bows on her.

My granddaughter loves these boots! She had the exact same ones and when she outgrew them she want another pair! She is 9 and they look so cute on her and are so comfortable and warm, but she even likes to wear them when it's not cold. I have loved getting these for her!

This is my daughter's second pair of Uggs after having a couple pairs of Bear Paws or other no-name boots. She likes the Uggs much better. Yes, they are more expensive, but she got 3 years out of the Uggs vs 1 winter from the others. Not always, but sometimes you get what you pay for. Uggs seem to be worth it.

I can't emphasize enough the high integrity of the authentic Ugg brand. This company stands behind their product. I was astounded and impressed when they exchanged my nearly 1 year old boots with a brand new pair due to a tear in the sheepskin. You simply get what you pay for and they are absolutely worth the investment.

I wear these every day since I got them, however when I got them I noticed there was a spot on the top that was cut. Not too happy to pay So much for some boots that have a cut in them. I am not sure if I can do a return after I've worn them.
