Great, comfortable boot that I will be thankful I splurged on once the northeast winter hits!

I would buy this product again but not from the website. You can buy them much cheaper from the chain stores.

Bought the Jade style for the heel and comfort. They are waaayy!!! more than I thought they would be. Feel just as comfy as the basic flat ugg boot. Great shoes. Love the style and comfort. They go with almost everything casual

Upsetting to me that Ugg would not refund me the difference from the "full price"I paid for Bailey Bow boots, when 12 days later I received an email from Ugg that my boots were now on sale! Disappointed with their customer service to say the least...unhappy customer!

One boot had a defect. Never happened before. Very disappointed. Too late for return, had to ship as Christmas present.

I wear them to work

Boots are so cute and comfortable. Perfect for a night out, but probably not the best in rainy weather or lots of snow.

I tend to wear my Ugg boots alot when the weather do turn cold & I'm never disappointed that I do.

These boots are so cute! I love the little bows on the back. The only thing I did notice is they are a tad tight when trying to get them on and off but I think once you break them in a little it'll become easier to work with. They are the same quality and comfort you can expect from UGG.

Great product my daughter has had 3 pairs.

i have to admit i never let myself become a fan of uggs- partly because i feared they were too trendy but mostly because they were really expensive. but i finally tried them on recently and WOW. i couldn't believe how comfortable and warm they were. my feet tend to get cold a lot, so my husband insisted on getting them for me as an early christmas gift. i was hesitant but then relented. boy am i glad i did! i practically haven't taken them off since.. they are SO cozy and soft, it's like my feet are in a little cocoon. the bows are a nice little upgrade, but i think all the classic plain uggs are just as cute without being too trendy. i must say that i really enjoy wearing these.

I love uggh-I had numerous pairs and always wear a size 6. I ordered this style, and they are way too small

I purchase these for my daughter for Christmas and I had no problem with receiving them on time and no problem with the actual size she worn in regular shoe size. Thanks, Zappos!

I paid full price for these and they were 20% off the day I received them. I should get some money back.
