They are the most comfortable shoe I have ever used, and I always buy comfortable shoes, over fashion. They are also perfect in cold weather, they keep you warm, and never get smelly. The biggest and may be the only con is that they wear out incredibly fast, mine are 3 months and they look like 3 years old, for a shoe this expensive you expect more. This may only apply to black.

Too small, not an actual size 11. I have purchased 2 other size 11's and they fit perfectly.

I have several pairs of Ugg boots and ordered two other pairs with this pair. The sheep skin in this pair is much thinner than I am used to and the fur side is not as soft. Perhaps it is your new approach to adding wool. It definitely does not work for me. I would have returned them but wore them before looking closely and feeling the inside.

I wish they had them in GREY!!

I'm still waiting to get my money back so that I can pick something else out as this was my birthday present.

I have many pairs of uggs, however when I opened the box to these ones they looked worn and faded. What an upset for the price paid.

These shoes may look gave me the absolute worst experience ever! The first day I used them I got many compliments, however the bows fell off! You'd think that for the price off the shoe and the brand that they would be stitched but they weren't. Then about a week later I put my foot in the shoe and the leather tore. I did not man-handle the shoes nor would I and I don't have wide arches. You're better off buying short classic shoes and putting on bows yourself.

My pre-teen daughter wears ladies size 6-6.5. Based on the reviews we ordered Kids size 5. They came in and are too small, now size 6 is out of stock. This was the ONE item she really wanted for the holidays this year, needless to say we are very disappointed!

Its a great looking boot but I would buy a half size up because they run small other wise they are very comfortable

These are so cute!! I really would buy them if it wouldn't be for the size.. Can you please do these in women's size? I would be very grateful.

These are extremely adorable and my daughter gets compliments all the time. However, we all know that Uggs get dirty. I've owned Uggs for years and have always used the UGG cleaning care system. The cleaning care system failed me as well as customer service as I have not heard back from a customer service rep and it has been nearly a week. The color transfers immediately. I brought the shoes into Von Maur, the store I purchased them from and they agreed that the discoloration was not right. I'll try UGG customer service, again.

Most major retailers offer free shipping and free returns. Ugg Closet purchases do not offer this and that is a big NO NO as far as I'm concerned.

I thought I was purchasing an adult shoe size 7 when the shoe came I called customer service she said nope you bought children shoe size , no exact words toddlers, She did not help me how I can rectify or get woman size I wouldn't of mind to pay more, your customer service should have saved that sale.

When I got my boots the fur looked different than other people's boots at my school. The fur looks fake and cheap. This is very disappointing since I paid a lot for these boots and most of your products are made very well.

Really cute boot, fits well. I am size 7 normally but ordered the 6 and fit close to perfect.. very warm and comfy. Arrived damaged due to very poor packaging. Cleaner kit ordered was placed inside the box with the boot. The corner of kit box took a chunk of the suede out of the middle of one of the boots. Looks awful and waiting for replacement still.......See delivery comments, awful!

This is the second time I have received damaged merchandise from UGG. The boots appear to have been worn and areas of the boot are faded. They look as if they have gotten wet.

Sizing is not true to size; my granddaughter wears an 8 in all of her shoes so we ordered an 8. They are way too big and returning them has not been a smooth process. As it turns out she likely will need a 7, so your sizing is not good. Customer Service for exchange of a product that does not fit is the worst I have ever experienced with any company and I do a lot of on-line purchases. I personally will never purchase your product again; I can't speak for my granddaughter but she certainly won't get the funds from me to do it. I have zero tolerance for poor customer service and your company's is the worst I have ever experienced.

Company bad

This was by far the worst experience I have had ordering anything online. I received the boots with a tear in the left boot and therefore sent them back for an exchange. I did not hear anything back for almost two weeks and then it turns out that they processed this as a return and not an exchange. When I spoke with an agent, I was informed that I would have to pay full price if I wanted the boots even though I purchased them while they were on sale. I am very disappointed as this was suppose to be a Christmas gift. I will NOT purchase UGGS ever again in any capacity.
