I really love this oven except that the dials are very hard to read. I have to get out my reading glasses every time and still look closely. Otherwise, the oven would be perfect.

Zappos is great. Mixed review on product. Very good convection oven and broiler. Toasting, however, is a multi-step process unto itself. I am not a big bread eater so I can live with it. If you are a toasting kind of soul, keep looking.

Disappointed in this purchase. The first one I received was put together defectively where wall met floor of oven. Exchanged for another. 2nd one arrived with cosmetic blemishes like scratches and missing finish to metal. Exchanged for 3rd time. Finally got one that was okay. I've had it 2 months and only used it for about 3-4 weeks in January. Went to use it today and it wouldn't heat up - no power light, no heat, nothing. Tried 3 different outlets and no luck. Called Zappos to return it and was told I need to contact manufacturer. So Zappos' return policy didn't apply. I was really disappointed that I couldn't just return it to Zappos. I'm stuck with it now and will try to remedy with KitchenAid. FYI - When the oven was actually working, it did not heat evenly on bake. The back of the oven heated faster than the front. Cookies would brown faster in back half of oven. Toaster was so-so. It's a beautiful appliance on the counter, but overall I would not recommend this oven. It was a lemon from the beginning. I should have bought a Frigidaire or Breville. One last thing. I was highly satisfied with Zappos' customer service when I had to return and exchange the oven in the beginning, but was highly disappointed at the end when I tried to return it.

This is a fantastic addition to my kitchen! We had an older one that had broke and we did not think that we were going to be able to replace it since it was my favorite thing ever. The only complaint that I have is that it is kind of small for a lot of food (my old one was from the '80s and was huge!). But I think that this size is perfect for my husband and me! I use it all the time.

We love the oven - haven't tried toasting yet, but from what I hear, it takes a long time - that's okay, have a great toaster. We used the broiler tonight to broil a steak - turned out wonderful. The only fault I find, as another reader said, the dials are extremely hard to read. I have to use a flashlight to see where I'm at. The oven bakes great - and takes very little time, depending of course on what you are baking -- I would certainly recommend this product and Zappos is the "way to go" - their shipping materials were wonderful.

I am extremely pleased with the KitcheAid oven. It performs as written, and it is a very nice looking appliance. I would certainly recommend it to others. It was well protected when shipped.

After much thought and consideration we decided on this model. I've read the other reviewers concerns about the knobs and while they do take some getting used to, they do not hinder the operation of efficiency of the oven. We love it and would buy it again in a heartbeat!

Very disappointed. Dials hard to read. Toasting is a chore...takes too long. Biggest problem is that the thermostat is off by about 20 degrees. When I called customer service did not get any satisfaction. Tried to tell me that this was acceptable. That the temperatures varies. Would not buy another.
