This was my first purchase from Zappos. I purchased gift cards for Christmas and was very satisfied with the quick confirmation of my purchase. The free shipping was a major plus. I was somewhat concerned about receiving my order in time for Christmas, but was pleasantly surprised when it arrived in plenty of time, putting my worries to rest. I definitely will shop Zappos again!
