The material is definitely far from scratch-resistant. As soon as you bump into anything the material scratches immediately. I've worn them three times so far and received them only a week ago. Not happy at all.

These shoes were sooo uncomfortable. I purchased an 8.5 but they barely fit! My pinky toes were squished. Have to return. The shoes look great and were perfect for what I needed too :(

So cute but so uncomfortable. Only for those with the tiniest of toes.

Loved the look but had to return due to the extremely small toe box. Ouch.

This is an update to a previous post. I really wanted these shoes to work, so after returning the 8 (my normal size), which I couldn't fit my foot into, I tried the 8.5. I was able to squeeze my foot in, but with much effort and immediate pain. I've never worn a 8.5 in my life. I fluctuate between a 7.5 and 8. I'm scratching my head as to how others report this shoe true to size. Well, back to the drawing board.

I love the way these look, but they run about a half size small. I ordered a 6.5, which is my normal size & they're quite tight. The platform is non existent so I can't imagine these being very comfortable to wear for a night out. Sadly, I will be returning these.

These are super cute shoes, however they are SO uncomfortable. I owned these for a few years, wearing them on multiple occasions, and even after breaking them in, I would end up with bruises, swollen feet, and bleeding toes. With that being said, I ended up throwing them away recently, which is too bad because they are classy, adorable heels that go with almost any outfit!

So far I've purchased 3 pairs of JS Calie. The rubber sole is perfect for walking confidently on smooth floors without slipping, the heel is a great, sexy height and comfortable enough for seasoned heel wearers, style is beautiful but they're very poorly made. They rip on the inner seam just where the foot bends. Every shoe ripped. They're a steal at $49 but you're going to wish they put in a bit more effort in putting these cuties together.

I got the black patent leather years ago. It's the most uncomfortable heels I've ever tried. I would not recommend it. Even putting gels to make your foot comfortable doesn't work.

These pumps are so cute, but super uncomfortable although I'm used to high heels. I wish those heels are half inch lower... I've got to send them back. :(

Super uncomfortable. I wore them for a wedding and removed them immediately following the (short) ceremony. Had to go bearfoot between pictures and wore backups for the reception. Only stars are for appearance.

These shoes are super cute but unfortunately not the best quality which surprises me because I have purchased several JS shoes and love them all. I had to return the first pair of patent leather on the first day of receiving them because the right shoe was cut completely different than the left. I immediately received a replacement, wore them mostly at the office for two months (didn't take them outdoors much because Boston streets damage thin heels) however the patent leather ripped on the right shoe where the foot/shoe creases. I then got them in black leather sometime in July and I'm already noticing the leather is peeling off on the right shoe where the seams meet. I'm disappointed but they were inexpensive enough where I am just going to deal with the damage and lightly wear them around the carpeted office. They're super cute though - just wish they wouldn't fall apart so quickly.

Not comfortable at all. I normally wear much higher heels. Returning.

These shoes are so uncomfortable. I have other Calie Pumps that fit awesome, but these felt like if they were made wrong. The side supports are defective.

I have have always loved JS pumps and they have been my go to shoe for work and play for years. Sadly, this particular pair did not live up to my expectations. The comfort level wasn't near what it has been with my other pairs that are very similar in style. Additionally the inside seam on both shoes tore after only having them for a month. Thankfully Zappos is awesome and swapped them out for a different shoe, not JS brand. This is a gorgeous pair of shoes but I can't help but feel that the quality isn't what it used to be, sad day!

These are beautiful shoes, but between the heel height and the thin stiletto, they're extremely difficult to walk in. They put a ton of strain on the bridge of your foot, and there's virtually no padding. My knee started to ache within a few minutes of walking around my house. Also, if you have high arches, your arch will show on the side, since they're cut low - not the best look. On the bright side, my calves looked amazing! Maybe if you just wanted to wear them to an event where you were sitting a lot and walking from the car to the table and back. Otherwise, they're not worth the risk of a broken ankle.

I love Jessica Simpson pumps for the comfort; however, I have only had these shoes for 3 weeks and have worn this pair only about 7-9 times and they are starting to crack. Where the toe part bends into the foot portion to go up towards the heel. I am disappointed, but would tell you that I can still wear them for now... but these shoes will be worn out sooner than later. Bummer.

I have worn these shoes twice. The first time I wore them for one hour and couldn't take the pain any longer. The second time I wore them for several hours at church. I had blisters on the top part of my feet where the shoes rubbed my skin raw and the balls of my feet felt bruised. I almost cried when I had to put them back on for the evening. My feet were throbbing the entire day after I wore these. These are not shoes, they are torture devices. It's unfortunate because they are very stylish and looked great with my outfit. It's too bad I can't withstand the pain involved in order to wear them again.

I have the Calie in Black leather and it is so comfortable. When I decided to wear the nude patent leather Calie, I didn't try them on. I made the mistake of assuming (yes, I know) that they would fit similar to the black leather pair. After 10 seconds, I had to check to see if I ordered the right width because they felt narrow. They were the right size and width but they are so dreadfully uncomfortable. I can't return them because I wore them in the office. For the price point, they look good, heel height is work appropriate, great color just really uncomfortable.

These are pretty shoes. They are tight around the toes and offer no support on the pads of your feet making walking in them painful. The shoe is easily scuffed and even ripped open on one side. I would not buy these again and am replacing them with an entirely different shoe.

These shoes have a very short toe bed and are extremely uncomfortable. Wore them to dinner and my toes fell asleep while sitting down! Very cute shoe, but not wearable.

These shoes are super cute and sexy but hurt like no other! I'm used to wearing heals all day - every day; so that's not the problem. They are incredibly narrow to the point of pain (I don't have wide feet). I wore them to work and the walk from my car to my office was more than I could handle. I was barefoot the rest of the day.

These shoes were so painful, I couldn't even walk in them. So I ended up wearing something else. Do not buy these shoes. Spend more money and get a better quality shoe.
