Very strange fit. Calf is huge. Should not of ordered up. Material is not suede. Very fake. Returning.

I wear an 8.5 so I ordered a 9 and they were too big. Not sure if the 8 would have been too small, but I'm not going to bother to find out because they look and feel really cheap. Disappointing.

I found these boots too small and I ordered a 1/2 larger then I wear. Also, they do not look as nice as they do in the photo. Disappointed.

There was a hard piece of something over the top of my right foot. Unwearable

Ordered a size 8. The left boot had plenty of toe room. The right shoe was very tight, felt like a half size smaller.

Material felt and looked really cheap. Soles are more plastic than rubber and seem like they would be slippery. Sadly, these are going back.

Runs very small. I am a true size 9M which is the size I ordered. I couldn't even get my foot in the boot so they are going back. Very light weight. I was looking for a sturdy, comfortable winter boot to walk in and would guess these boots aren't going to keep your feet warm. Hard to tell much about them though since I couldn't get them on.

I was wearing this boots for only a month until I noticed a big tear on a layer of material that sits inside the shoe that creates a layer between the sole and the foot, causing the heel to drop into the crack, making them impossible to ware. Also, even the slightest rain, the water rushes inside.

The fur lining was only at the top for show - was not lined throughout the boot for warmth. These were very stiff and felt very cheap. The top was very wide and gaped. These went right back.

This is a great looking snow boot. But...I could not get my foot into it. I wear a 8 Medium and that was what I bought. This boot was so narrow at the ankle I could not get my foot down into it. I tried barefoot and was able to get it on, but would never be able to wear them with socks. Had to return them.

Ugh these are the worst shoes! I was trying to be really really optimistic about them. The reviews sounded great and the shoes were pretty warm straight out of the box. But then the problems began. The first 2 days that I wore them to work, my soles started hurting. By the time I was returning back home in the evening, my soles were hurting so much that I had to force myself to walk home in pain. I still decided to keep them hoping I could wear them in and the pain would go away. But then on day 3, it snowed here in NYC and the temperature was in the 20s. I wore them out and was trying my best to not slip. The traction is really not good for snow boots. In about 15 minutes of walking outside in the snow, my feet started freezing and I had to enter a restaurant to make my feet warm again. For boots with a description, "Frost bite is a thing of the past", these boots definitely failed to live up to the expectations. My first order from Zappos and I'm returning these right away!
