10.5 wide shoe seems a little narrower than most wides that I have tried from Munro, but because the shoe is stretch fabric it loosens up as you walk. Rather plain style but will be perfect for lots of walking at scientific conference.

I put an orthotic in the shoes to give me more arch support and the shoes are very comfortable and stylish!

Wish I could give 5 stars overall but there was something weird with the fit. Ordered two pairs of my regular size, at two different times, and both pairs fit perfectly on left foot but right shoe was way too big. Have never experienced this before with any brand, including countless pairs of Munros. I even tried a size smaller but they were way too small. I would love to buy these shoes but they must of course fit. Any ideas?

I bought these to help with foot pain. They are so comfortable. I have very narrow feet and Munro American fits my foot beautifully. Zappos service is amazing!

These shoes were not as comfortable as I expected them to be given the other reviews that I read. I have wide feet and I have purchased other Munro styles in the past which fit much better. I found that while the toe box is wide, the actual height of the toe area is not and after a long day of walking the tops of some of my toes were sore from rubbing against the shoes. They do look good.

I have a wide foot, a morton's neuroma and a predisposed to getting plantar's fasciitis. I can wear these shoes comfortably with no problems. I don't however understand why they are so expensive. I hope they last.

Really sad these didn't work. Could wear with skirt or slacks. But even the 9 and 1/2 w was too big and not as comfortable as I thought they would be. My daughter has a pair and loves them. I have a bunion and that's usually my problem. They're going back! Bummer, will try another style. Zappos return is amazing, and the shipping, so quick.

This shoe is very comfortable. I have a very long foot, average width across the front and very narrow at the heel. I chose a medium width. This shoe fits well, and is very comfortable, although it slips a little at the heel. I wish this shoe were made in a totally flat version with the same flexible sole, because I really need a totally flat shoe. I would buy enough pairs to wear for the rest of my life!

Like another reviewer, I found the heel cup rather high around my ankle. I put in an insole and that lifted my heel out enough. It seems an odd problem -- I've never had that happen before, and almost all my shoes are from Munro. These were comfortable enough for walking around a normal amount -- if you're on your feet a lot in an office, for example, they'd be perfect -- but not for a full day of extensive walking, such as you do when traveling. There's not enough support or cushioning for a full day. The sole is rather thin. I like that I can wear them with tights and a straight skirt (and I have enormous feet). It's unusual to find a comfortable flat that doesn't make me look as if I'm wearing snowshoes. They were perfect for a half-day of sightseeing and knowing that I would be able to go into restaurants without looking like a typical tourist in white puffy walking shoes. If you normally order a medium but sometimes are dismayed by the toes being too squishy (but a wide is too wide), these will be good. The stretchy upper provides a little more room without any breaking in.

Tried many shoes to find the one most likely to be comfortable on cobblestones and hills of London. Surprised to find my narrow foot needed a M in this one but think I've finally found the shoe I need.

I have duck feet…normal width forefoot, very narrow heel. Sadly, the heel slips too much on these. They seem like they’d be very comfortable for someone with a more normal heel size. Unfortunately need to return.

Uncomfortable to walk in them. Sturdy sole. And n o flexibility under the heel.

Nice shoe but was not my style and left shoe slide up and down on my foot.

The front of shoe was comfortable however needs more sole as not enough cushioning. The heel was too wide and slips.

The 6.5 size was MUCH too small for my 6.5 LOVE THE STYLE. Was so looking forward to having these for traveling.

My feet must’ve grown since the last time I had this style of Munro. Love the shoes but my normal size of 6.5 M no longer works with these.

I ordered size 6 1/2 medium. However, I need size 6 1/2 WIDE.

I ordered the Munro TRAVELER in an 8N. It was so narrow I could not even get my foot in the shoe so I have no idea how comfortable/or not it would have been.

I wanted to love this shoe. I really did. I needed a shoe for travelling that was water resistant and super comfortable for lots of walking, and cute enough to dress up or down. But I could barely get my foot into the shoe. Back it went.

MY higher instep did not work for this style of show. I was disappointed because this shoe offered the correct height heel.

I loved the shoe, but even though the length seemed good, the width was too narrow. I really think I need a wide width even though I have a small foot. I ordered a 4.5 thinking the length would allow for the width but it didn't and it was just too tight. I have not had any luck finding a shoe I really like but in a size 4 wide or 4.5 wide.

The fit was a little snug. The shoe is meant for traveling, but I don't feel it is fashionable enough to be versatile.

sadly I had o return these. the back is too long (my finger fits between the back of my foot and the shoe)and slides when i walk but the toes fit well so getting a shorter size would squish my toes. they would be very comfortable shoes if they were the same shape my foot is

These weren't very comfy. They are my second pair from this shoe brand that seemed hard.
