The Traveler and the Jolie are my go to shoes. No breaking in needed like most styles; comfy just right out of the box. I'm in my late 50s, wear size 10 W, have an high arch and instep, and heel problems-these two styles are for me! Munro, do not change styles or discontinue them. I want to buy more! only thing you need 2 add is more colors; I will buy in each color!

Munro shoes are wonderfully comfortable and this one was no exception. They are perfect right out of the box and accommodate those of us with minor foot problems. The only thing that is as good as these shoes is the amazing service provided by Zappos.

The first time I wore them they were comfortable, no need to break them in. Wore them all over Israel without a problem. Great shoes.

I ordered half size smaller and it fit well. WW was a good width for me. I didn't need any heel insert and I have a narrow heel. Wore all day, very comfortable. Wish they had it in Navy. Love all the Munro wide wide shoes.

These shoes are very comfortable. I was able to wear them right away...no breaking in. They look nice, too. I wear an 11WW, and I have a lot of trouble finding decent shoes. The price is high, but for me it is worth it.

I bought these in a gray-beige-taupe color, and wear them with beige or gray or cream pants and the color serves well for all: it is like having three pairs of shoes for the price (albeit high price) of one! I also like them with jeans, as people think I am wearing boots! Today I am going to order these in black. Asa high school teacher I am on my feet all day and often into the evening and these shoes fit well and are very comfortable. I also like the heel height as they are not so flat like ballet slippers but not so tall that my feet get tired. I am sold! Would not wear with a skirt, however.

These are wonderful shoes. They are very good looking and extremely comfortable. I can wear an 8W or an 8½W but these felt best in the 8½. I love Zappos' customer service and great return service. When shopping for any shoes I try to buy from Zappos whenever possible. I saw these cheaper in another catalog but with Zappos' free shipping the other shoes were more expensive. So figure out the actual cost before buying from someone else.

When I first tried on the narrow, they seemed really tight, but after about 20 minutes they fit like a dream. I love the shoes. They are so comfortable and classy looking. I wish they came in other colors, particularly navy, which I see elsewhere but not here, and not in 13N.

The most comfortable shoes I own. From the first time I tried them on I could wear them all day. I had to reorder a half size smaller since I know that fabric shoes tend to stretch out quickly.

Extremely comfortable and supportive. Plan to purchase in other colors. Travel frequently and these shoes are perfect for wearing all day.

The Munroe Traveler fits true to size. I walked 5 miles a day in NYC and they were comfortable, attractive, and everything I wanted. I bought the 8.5 Narrow and it's perfect with enough support. They look fashionable with jeans or tailored pant suit.

These shoes are great, I can remove the insert and put in my own orthotics as well as a lift in one shoe. They are so comfortable, I'm planning to buy a spare. Look good with jeans and with dress pants.

I can't believe how comfortable they are! I have lots of trouble with my feet--painful corns. I'm currently on a walking trip in Europe and my feet feel better than they ever have! Also, I have a narrow foot (size 7N) and have an especially difficult time finding shoes that fit properly and these shoes work!

This is an expensive shoe for me, and I almost returned it because I found another similar (cheaper) style. In the end, I kept both. This shoe is just too comfortable to send back. I have a hard time finding wide shoes for my very wide foot, so when I find one that works, I have trouble imagining I'll find another. My last pairs of Munros lasted over 10 years with very regular use. Great company.

These have been extremely comfortable and long-wearing. I wore them on a 6-week trip to Europe and since then I have walked to work in them, about 8-10 km a day over a few months. They have been more versatile and better-wearing than the Munro lace-ups which I previously used for travel (Venture and Pace and others), which go out of shape and whose hollow soles wear through quite quickly. They have an advantage over some of the dress shoes (Luna and Carrie, for example), in that the soles don't separate from the shoe at the front, even after a lot of wear.

Love this shoe! The only problem was the lack of an arch, which I remedied with a paste-in arch from the Dr. Scholl's counter. Plenty of room in the toe box, no slippage in the heel, and overall very comfortable.

I will definitely order through Zappos again. The entire process from shopping to delivery was seamless and really worked! Moreover, my new Munro American shoes are just right -- they fit and were comfortable from the first time I wore them.

I bought this brand on the recommendation of a 'little old lady'. They are stylish enough for my mid-sixties age, and have been comfortable right out of the box. I got them with a trip to Europe in mind, and I think they will be just fine. While the fit is fine, they seem to be a bit long and I do have to pick up my feet a bit more sometimes. I also wear an orthotic, and these shoes accomdate them well.

I have wide, squarish feet with a bone spur on one baby toe and diabetic neuropathy to boot. Not easy to fit! I've tried so many shoes that disappointed. These shoes are a great find despite the price. The WW width fits me and the shoe is comfortable for up to 10 hours at work. The style works well with properly hemmed slacks, is not too casual to wear to a "dress well" office and is lined so no hose is required. With the high throat of this shoe, you can't tell I don't have hose on. The first time I wore these shoes, they were a bit hard to put on -- the edges around the top curled under. However, this problem was gone after about an hour and has not recurred. I think the shoe "learns" your fit without losing shape. I will buy these again, I know and I would also like to find a shoe like this with a very slightly higher heel. As usual the Zappos customer service was superb.

These shoes look much more elegant on than they appear in the photo. I ordered them in black. They are as comfortable as tennis shoes, nice with slacks and with black tights it is the perfect look for a short winter skirt. I had to return the first pair I ordered for half a size smaller than my usual size. The last of this shoe seems wider in the heel in proportion to the width across the ball of the foot than some but now that I have the correct length my heel does not slip too much. They are comfortable and good looking making a winning combination in my book!

This is a really comfortable shoe! It fits true to size. I have had some Muntoe shoes fit too snugly across my instep, but these are perfect.

Very nice shoe! Runs long. The 8.5 M was plenty long and comfortably snug, even though I am a standard size 9M. But the 9M was way too long and a little wide, so it felt sloppy when I walked. The fabric construction and fabric innersole were what I wanted for a light summer shoe to wear without socks. Very comfortable! I am now ordering a second pair in black, size 8.5 M again.

The Traveler is stylish and very comfortable, but I did have to go up a 1/2 size for the best fit.

A great shoe! My first order with Zappos, too. These fit great, look nice and are a perfect walking shoe for travel.
