You won't win any style awards wearing this shoe, but your feet will thank you anyway. I ordered these right before a trip and took the chance on wearing them to the airport right out of the box. I walked all over the airport and NYC; these shoes were amazingly comfortable. I keep searching for a more stylish shoe that is still this comfortable, but I'm not sure that's attainable. At my age, I'm going with comfort!

Very comfortable shoe. I wear them with pants, as fall/winter dress shoes. Munro is my favorite brand due to comfort and quality. I typically wear orthotics in my shoes. Munro has removable insoles to accommodate them. When I plan on wearing the orthotics, I order a wide instead of the B width.

Although this shoe was not available from Zappos at the time I needed them and ordered them elsewhere I did want to comment about how wonderful and stylish these shoes are. Even though I brought several other pairs of shoes with me on a recent trip to London and Paris I wore these most often and they were winners for the miles and miles we walked each day. Perfect and fashionable with black skirt and black tights, o la la! Will be ordering an extra pair.

Love this shoe. I work retail which means standing on my feet for long hours. This shoe is extremely comfortable. I did put my own "super feet insert" in the shoe, just because I'm used to it. I'm thinking of buying another pair as I'm concerned they may not always carry this shoe. The price seems a lot to spend on one pair of shoes, but these shoes are worth it. No more sore feet at the end of my shift!

These are going back because the heel cup is low and the sides dig painfully into my ankle bones. Also, stiff across the instep which would become painful after wearing for a few hours. Otherwise, nicely made shoe with pretty nice styling if you just need a conservative shoe that doesn't look clunky.

I wanted a stylish walking shoe, and I found the Munro American Traveler. It's a great shoe--comfortable with an understated elegance. It works well with pants and skirts. With my bunions, it's hard to find a comfortable shoe, but this fills the bill!

Awesome shoes! I actually have them on right now. They are like slippers on my feet but the arch support is more than adequate. I was pleasantly surprised as they are not only very nice-looking but they are durable and extremely comfortable. They fit like a glove (which is hard for my feet as they are 10.5AA)! In fact, I also bought the grey/beige ones. I may buy another pair in each color because I am so happy with them just to have them for the future. I am on my feet for 16 hours a day and they are great. My feet are not sore at all at the end of the day. I waited to review them until I had a good chance to try them out for a couple weeks. Thank you Munro for the wonderful shoes and to Zappos for carrying them! I hope you continue to make more of these fashionable, comfortable work shoes.

I am very happy with the comfort of this shoe! I could wear it all day the first day I wore it. Fits like a glove! The sole feels great!

I love my shoes. They were immediately comfortable and look great. They actually minimize the length of my foot.

Another winner from Munro. Need a pair to take with me on a 2 week trip to London and Paris where I know we will be doing lots of walking. Simple but elegant lines that goes well with slacks and skirts with black tights. Very comfortable right out of the box.

I so wanted to love these, but alas I didn't. The top of the shoe around the ankle was too high and hit/nearly hit my ankle which from past experience is a recipe for disaster. I went out and got inserts to lift my heel so it wouldn't rub, but even that didn't make the overall shoe worth keeping. Overall, it could have been a nice shoe if the material was a bit softer and more forgiving and if the heel cup wasn't so high/deep. Bummer!

Just spent all day limping around in a pair of shoes that are supposedly WW. Then I got home and found my new Munro Travelers waiting for me. Unbelievable. Instant comfort, instant fit, instant relief. And the look is great. Munro is expensive, yes, but you get what you pay for - in this case, "shoes for the forgotten feet." I can't recommend these highly enough.

Wow, this shoe is all-around perfect. Comfortable enough to wear all day. Dressy enough for evening with pants. Casual enough with jeans. Cute with tights and a skirt. The stretchy top is super soft on my high instep yet the reinforced sides keep the shape of the shoe. My 3/4-length orthotics fit perfectly as do regular (berry) Superfeet insoles. I usually want to kick off my shoes after 4-5 hours but these I keep on all day and into the evening. Love, love, love.

I love Munro shoes. Because of my narrow size, it is difficult to find attractive shoes. Munro makes high quality, comfortable shoes. Unfortunately, they are very rarely on sale.

I bought a pair of this shoe in black and I can't believe how often I wear them. I wear a size 11 and have trouble finding comfortable, stylish shoes. I can wear these shoes all day, walk miles, and am amazed at the end of the day that my feet feel great. In black, the shoes work well with pants, skirts, and some dresses.

These scream style and quality made! Generally I have to search for narrow shoes so I was thrilled when I saw these Munros in navy and an ‘N’! Unfortunately, for the first time in my experiences, the shoes were TOO narrow! Shipping comment: I was surprised to see $185 shoes come in a box that didn’t appear to be the intended box. It was way too large in length, width, and depth. Appeared to be a box made for a men’s athletic shoes. They were out of the shoebox and tossed around the outer Zappos box during shipping. Also, as I went to try one on I noticed white marks at the entry of the shoe? Doesn’t seem right. Normally all the shoes Zappos sends are pristine and wrapped in the intended box.

Thank you Zappos for carrying this wonderful Munro Traveler. I returned the wrong size 8 and the right size 8 1/2 B came today. Now I have 2 pair of this same shoe, strange as that may sound. The other pair ordered in 2014 is still a great shoe, which is why I wanted to order a 2nd pair...just in case the style changes. It is a B width, but it is cut narrow, however my foot leans toward narrow, especially in the heel and this shoe is stretchy fabric. The fit is snug but even with my often cranky big toe joints and fallen arches, my feet are happy in this shoe. There is a slight heel, but nothing fancy, however the sleek look is flattering and versatile for slacks, jeans, skirts. I've dressed it up with some bling for dressy cruise ship nights. Love this shoe!

These are probably my most favorite shoe of all time (I'm on my 3rd pair). They are definitely my first pick for traveling, and are the perfect shoe for black pants of any length. They are also super comfortable right out of the box. No complaints here - just don't stop making them.

I absolutely love these shoes. I've been living in Crocs for the past few years because I couldn't find a regular shoe that fit me correctly, as I wear a size 12, with an extra wide and extra thick foot. With a little encouragement from my mother, I decided to try on a couple of different Munro American shoes after reading the many positive reviews. The Munro American Traveler fit me like a glove. They are absolutely perfect for wearing with slacks or a skirt and they are oh so comfortable and very attractive. I would definitely recommend them.

Runs large; I needed 1/2 size smaller. Most comfortable shoe I own other than sneakers. The fabric gives without stretching so you can wear them all day, even if your feet swell by the end of the day. These were not available last year, so I was delighted to find them again.

So happy with this shoe! I had looked at them for years, and held off because they are expensive. So glad I finally gave in, as they are comfortable right out of the box. I’ve worn them for miles of walking on uneven streets, and couldn’t be happier with how comfortable they are. I have very sensitive feet, so these are a real find. Most comfortable shoes don’t look good with dresses, but these do. I particularly like the stretch fabric uppers. Highly recommend.

The shoes are very comfortable. Because I have one foot narrower than the other, one of the shoes is a little tight, but it's either that or the other is too loose. Munro knows how to make shoes for narrow feet.

These shoes are wonderful! Stylish, comfortable - good for business wear and casual. I had to return initial pair for sizing. I thought I was an 8 1/2 but really needed a 9. Service was excellent. New shoes arrived very next day.

I liked the shoe but was very disappointed at how quickly the heel wore out. I only had it for about 3 months and wore it mainly indoors. But the rubber on the heel is already through the covering. Heel can’t be replaced. This is very disappointing for such an expensive shoe. (Other Munro products have lasted better
