Felt small. I always buy 8m, I exchanged them for an 8.5m and it's great. Sorry, my order was from Nordstrom.

The Ascot in 9W is more narrow than the Munro American Grace in 9W. The wine color is brown with a touch of burgundy. This is a very stylish shoe.

These shoes are great. They look professional but are low-heeled and comfortable.

Very cute shoe. So far, worn with tights. My custom orthotic works quite well with this shoe - a definite plus!

This is a very cute shoe but I had several fit issues. First, it seemed both smaller and narrower than the 7W I had ordered. I have several other pairs of Munro shoes and that size is always perfect for me. Also, the back of the shoe came up a bit higher on my heel than was comfortable. So sadly these are going back and I am not going to try a larger wider size. I think the high back issue would be the same even in a larger size. If you like the higher back, these shoes would look great with slacks or with a skirt and dark tights.

I needed some comfortable shoes for travel and this pair had the look I wanted. The shoes run narrow so I had to order a 10.5W rather than my usual 10.5M, and then I had to add a heel pad to one shoe to keep my heel from slipping. The shoes look great with jeans or denim trousers as well as with dress pants.

These shoes are great for those of us who've crossed that line - over Size 11 and have trouble finding shoes that fit. Very comfortable shoe. I think Munro is my new brand!

Beautiful shoe. Very comfortable inside. Nicely lined with soft material. For a flat shoe, (which I never wear, but needed for work), it is very nice. Just as pretty as the picture shows. My only complaint is that it is slippery. I thought the sole was rubber and therefore should not be slippery, but it is. Looks great with pants. Does run a bit narrow, but they do have wide width. I have narrow feet and got the 7W and it fits perfect.

Very cute shoe. The other reviews helped me pick a larger size and width than normal. And, I'm very happy that Zappos carries the sizes we can never find in stores.

Beautiful shoe and love the gunmetal contrast. I CANNOT wear my custom orthotics in them because it lifts my heel too high and makes the shoe slip as the back of the shoe is lower than a typical oxford. However, I loved the shoe so much that I ordered a size down and narrower to wear without the orthotics! Usually I have to go longer in a Munro; but this one fits true to size. Very classy shoe

I was hoping these would accomodate my orthotics ... a tall order, to be sure ... and they didn't, and without them there just wasn't the arch support I need. Also, the heel is low and I prefer something at least 1/2 inch higher. But, all that said, they are very classy looking.

These are nice looking shoes and I ordered them for wearing with dresses at work. They were a bit stiff and not as comfortable as I need for standing all day doing sales. Sending these back but what I ordered and will keep is the Dansko Abby Nappa, in a size 40. I ordered the Munro in size 9 W. The Dansko is more comfortable and just as good looking for my work.

These shoes look great! They have an excellent arch support. The width is perfect for me, but they run a little short.

The leather is too hard and hurt the top of my toes and the rim at the top of my heel. I tried this with both heavy and light socks but it still hurt.

I have a very narrow foot and have trouble finding shoes to fit. I read other reviews that these shoes are tight. I thought they might work for me. Turns out, they are extremely narrow (I tried the slims, because in other shoes that size works). They were uncomfortable and I will return them.

Love the style. I wear an 8.5 WW and these feel smaller. The company needs to rethink the insole. I wear these with nylons and the foot odor is awful. I removed the insoles today and replaced with Doctor Scholl's (which wear out). For this price, a closed shoe should come with a high quailty insole that does not absorb foot odor.

I had heard amazing things about Munro shoes so I thought I'd give it a shot. The shoes were very attractive but I really didn't think they were worth the money at all. They didn't seem to be any better made than a $50 shoe and they were certainly not super comfy. Overall, I liked the shoe but thought it wasn't worth the price so I returned it.

I usually love Munros and always wear a 7 in this brand. I'm glad I read reviews before ordering - the 7 in this style was way too small. The 7-1/2 was better, but my heel slipped out no matter how tightly I laced them, while the toe/forefoot area felt uncomfortably narrow - even though I generally have a narrower foot. Don't know what's up with this style, but nothing about it felt right. Not up to the usual Munro standard of fit or comfort. Returned them.

I returned this shoe because it feels unstable/wobbly. If you look closer at the shoe from the side, the forefoot of the shoe doesn't touch ground when the heel is flat on ground.

Should have taken the reviews more seriously. I couldn't even get my foot in the shoe it was so narrow but they are just so gorgeous, I reordered them in a W.

Not very comfortable but very chic. Runs a whole size small and a bit narrow. I have a difficult-to-fit narrow foot, so I ordered the narrow. Even for me it's more like a AAA than a AA. Doubt I'd reorder a bigger size -- too depressing.

I wear a size 9.5AAAA in Munro (9AAAA in other brands) and have been buying Munros for over 10 years. This is the first pair of Munros I have returned because the top of the shoe was cut too low to fit properly around the top of my foot. My older pair of Munro oxford lace-ups fits like a glove. This pair gaps all around when I put it on. I am very disappointed. I need a good walking shoe that would work well with pant suits while walking through an airport, in a city, etc. Very disappointing.
