I purchased this bag to use for an upcoming trip in purse in pearl white and ended up returning it. I think I would have liked it a lot better in a different color. I purchased a different Kipling bag for my trip. What I liked about the bag: 1) The long strap was actually long enough for me to use as a cross-body, which I loved bc I am a plus size (1-2x) and often cross-body straps just aren't long enough 2) The long strap was easily adjustable, yet held its position when worn 3) the extra pockets on the front were great 4) It holds LOTS of stuff, which would have been great for my trip. 5) the gorilla is super cute 6) the bag is SO light weight What I didn't like about the bag: 1) the white pearl finish was soiled from pigment transfer from my clothes the very first time I used it (the blue jeans weren't even new!) 2) It is bulky from front-to-back: Since I am plus-sized, it was awkward to wear over the shoulder or as a cross-body and the shorter, handle-style straps were too short for me to use as shoulder straps. 3) My tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1) didn't fit in the bag as well as I would like. The tablet is essentially the same size as the bag. I ended up pushing it against the back wall of the bag which made the bag unbalanced to carry.
