This bag is a mom's dream come true. At least this mom. It is soft, light, roomy, organized. I can shove jackets into it but still find my keys and phone. I can even fit a water bottle into the side pocket. The shoulder strap is soft and adjustable. Love it! It's "the bag" I've been looking for.

Looks better in person than in the photo; classy, hip and functional, think of it as a horizontal backpack. I can never find anything in my backpack, but in this, everything has its own little pocket and I'm not combing blindly through piles of stuff in my bag, because it's all neat and organized. Worth every dime, this bag rocks.

I looked everywhere (even the Kipling site) for this bag in this color (very rich brown) and finally thought I'd try Zappos--sure enough there it was and I got it the very next day! Love the fact that it's so lightweight and roomy that I can really stuff-it-up.

I bought this bag years ago and let it sit for over a year, but then I used it for a trip and loved it and have been using it everyday since. Lots of pockets to keep us organized and it is lightweight. Wish it came in red----love this bag!

Awesome! I have had and used this bag for over 4 1/2 years every day, and it looks the same as when I first bought it. I use this bag, I don't baby it and it has held up great. I'm thinking of buying another one, just to put away in case this one ever falls apart.

Really the perfect everyday bag. Very well laid out. I do not have any problem finding any item in the Kipling Europa. I purchased it in Espresso (the tag itself says "Barclay Brown") and it is a richly toned and neutral coffee color. Really sophisticated in natural daylight. This bag offers a spacious main compartment. You can put a tablet and a light sweater in it, and more. Watch the model (April?) opening up the compartment, it's amazingly roomy. I hate having to rummage through cramped bags, but I can rummage to my heart's delight with so much room. It is not boxy like the pictures suggest, it slouches more like a hobo style so it lays nicely against the body. My cell stays in the smallest outer compartment. There is an organizational middle pocket with a key fob for pens, sketchbook and glasses. The pocket facing the body is a perfect place to keep passport, tickets and money. The side pockets won't contain a bottle of water (unless it's a squat bottle), those dollar-bottles of water will just topple out. Side pockets will hold all sorts of gadgets/cables or hand sanitizer/lotions you don't want leaking elsewhere. The zippers are so amazingly smooth. I am very tempted to pick up a matching wallet, the Kipling Brownie.

I searched high and low for the perfect bag and found it. It's light, ergonomic, organized, spacious, and easy to use. I carried it everyday on a long trip to a faraway land (for me) and it had a pocket for everything...a dedicated pocket in the back where I put my full sized wallet safely against my body, small pockets on both sides for hand sanitizer, soap, and pony tail holders, a perfect zip pocket on the front for my iPhone, a bigger zip pocket behind it for pens, bandaids, subway tickets, and a big main pocket for glasses, sunglasses, camera, video camera, and even water bottle. yes, it held it all easily with room to spare and i always knew where everything was, which made my trip oh so much more enjoyable. Thank you, Kipling. One of the best things about it was that the zippers were so pleasant to use and never scratch my skin as I reach in the bag. The wide, easily adjustable strap was perfect.

I was looking for a messenger bag, but the only one from Kipling at that time was more of a school/computer style bag, so I took a chance on this bag. Wow, did that gamble pay off. I have carried this bag EVERYDAY for over 11 years. It has absolutely everything that I want and need in a bag, pockets for keeping organized, an easy adjustable shoulder strap, and it holds up great! I won't carry anything else. I've been lucky to get this bag in different colors, but the Europa is for me.??????

I LOVE this bag. Light, organized, soft, and comfortable. I love that there are so many pockets that I can dedicate one for my phone, one for my wipes, one for my wallet...and then there is another pocket with awesome organizational pockets for pens, key hook, lipstick, and another pocket for a jacket, big things, etc. I can take out my phone without digging and I don't worry that I pulled out and dropped something in the process. It can be full or it can be mostly empty - but it is ALWAYS organized. Thank you, Kipling, for thinking this one through so well!

I love this bag! It is roomy, has lots of pockets and a very cool industrial look. I have had it for about 2 years, it is very durable. It comes out of the wash looking brand new!

There is a place for everything! There is one main compartment that is roomy with a zippered area. On the outside there are five different zippered pockets each a different size. I now have a precise spot for things like my keys, my glasses, all sorts of different lip balms, my phone, my checkbook and even an extra pen. Everything in its place! The bag is comfortable to wear both with a short and long strap. It is not a great looking bag but it is cute and is definitely practical and perfect for a busy mother of three boys! Now I want the brown one.

I like Kipling’s bags. They’re sturdy and somewhat fashionable. The Erica crossbody bag probably would work for most people, but for meit was a bit too big, looked clunky and had too many pockets, so I ended up returning it. This bag has at least six or seven pockets. The bagatelle bag I have now has a similar abundance of pockets, and I find it doesn ‘t work for someone like me. I’m not organized enough to remember to put everything in a particular pocket, so I often have a hard time finding what I’m looking for. Although I liked the Erica bag more, it was not enough to put up with the pockets.

I read a review that says the smaller pockets aren't big enough for a smartphone but the small front pocket fits my Pixel 2 with a thin case perfectly.

The size of this bag is just right. Everything fits beautifully and there are enough pockets to stay organized and to find things quickly. The cross body strap is the right length. I have several Kipling bags and I just love them!

This is a great bag: it is light weight to start with, so is only as heavy as what you put into it. It has many zippered pockets for organizing "stuff." It is big enough to carry a lot, but not so big that it looks like a travel bag. And the True Blue is dark navy so basically goes with everything. Very happy with this bag, and I have many purses/bags!

Awesome bag! I am only returning it because I wanted to use it as a travel bag, complete with camera, but it was a bit crowded for that.

This bag is just great. Crinkle fabric is wonderful and durable. If it gets dirty, throw it in the wash and you are all set to go again. I have had this bag for over five years now and it looks just like new. Perfect amount of pockets to keep your stuff organized. Great thing about this bag is if you need to, you can put a lot of stuff in here, which is wonderful for those shopping trips when you have a bunch of little stuff, or you need to stash your lightweight jacket.

This is the best bag ever! I love the crinkle nylon fabric - it is super lightweight, durable and easy to clean. I do not keep it too full, but I appreciate having the extra room if necessary. So many pockets make things very convenient to locate. Soft, comfortable, adjustable strap. I love the key fob. Who does not love the happy monkey keychain?! Kipling is the best. Zappos' service is awesome as usual!

Bought this bag for an upcoming trip to Europe. Exactly what I wanted. Large enough to hold a day's worth of travel essentials but not so structured that it looks huge. Squishes together to give a thin silhouette if you don't have it full. Great, long cross body strap that works even for someone like me that often find those straps too short to be comfortable. Can't wait to use it. Nice deep navy which was the color I absolutely had to have and couldn't find in my other go to brands like Baggellini. Kipling will now be one of my go to's.

This is the BEST bag ever. I previously purchased the black one a few years ago but really really love this gray color. It works so well for both daily use as well as for travel with the many zippered compartments and varied strap length (to wear short or cross body). It's roomy enough without being too big and items are easily accessible. The Kipling quality never fails with its super strong durable nylon material and smooth zippers. This is probably my 8th Kipling bag and they always get better and better. The grey color has a super cute lining as well!

I was sad when my Guess bag had to be thrown away from my using it so much. Well, I came to my favorite place to shop, Zappos, and low & behold I found this awesome bag. Guess what? I actually prefer it over my "deceased" Guess bag! This Kipling Europa is so lightweight, soft, and very roomy. I'm nuts about all of the pockets and it's so easy to organize & find what I need. I love the gray color. I'm happy that I found this bag and I will definitely keep Kipling in mind down the road. I have a gut feeling that this bag will actually last a lot longer than my Guess.

This is one of the best bags I have purchased. It is lightweight and spacious with many useful zippered compartments. I love the design of the top zipper, which allows me to fit items into the bag without difficulty. If it weren't for the cost, I would certainly own another one! I am a practical person and do not shop a lot for handbags or care about the designer. The quality is the most important factor and it really shows with this bag.

Love it! It's less bulky than it appears in the photo. Perfect for everyday. Nice long adjustable strap to wear on your shoulder or as across body. And it's super light even with all my stuff in it! Excellent price, too! Thanks Zappos!
