I am between sizes in Wolky. These shoes are lovely in Cognac and looked like they would be very comfortable, but the 42 was too short and the 43 too long, and both were a bit too wide. (I have a very shallow foot profile that is hard to fit.)

I have a hard time finding shoes that will give me the proper support to keep my hips from hurting. If the shoe isn't supportive enough, I have chronic muscle pan in my thigh and hip area. From the moment I tried these on, I knew I had found the perfect shoe. I am a culinary arts teacher and am on my feet all day and so far, so good! The style is such that I can wear them with leggings or my chef pants and they look great.

Comfortable right out of the box! No break-in time needed. I got a 40 and it fits great. My usual size is either a 39 or 40, depending on the brand. I have other Wolkys in a 39, so ordered up as suggested in the item description. The leather is soft and there is plenty of support for my achy arches. I love them and hope to order another pair in a different color. Wish they were a little sexier, but comfort comes first.

I love my new shoes. They arrived a couple of days after I ordered them. I will definitely order another pair in the spring. They are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. Although I'm only 54 I have many problems with my feet. I feel like these shoes look "funky" and not like some of the shoes that are available for those of us with foot problems. Thank you Wolky for making such a great product.

Follow the recommendation; order one size up. I love these shoes! They are, by far, the most comfortable pair of clogs I have ever worn. As advertised, they are designed for walking. The strap across the top of the foot holds the foot firmly in place. The back strap, keeps the foot from sliding out. There is no sliding of the foot forward or backwards typical in clogs. The toe box is ample; lots of wiggle room for toes. The first day wearing these shoes, I thought the arch was going to be too high for my medium arched foot, but by day two, the memory gel combo cork bed formed perfectly to my feet. I can stand all day on cement floors in total comfort. The thick synthetic sole keeps feet from feeling the cold floor and bumps and cracks of uneven sidewalks. The leather upper and lining is soft and of a high quality. These shoes are well worth the money; I highly recommend them.

I'm a retail manager and am on my feet all day long on hardwood floor. I wear these shoes every single day. I do not ever get blisters and my feet to not hurt like they used to after my ten hour shifts. Fantastic. While they may be pricey, they are certainly worth it.

These shoes were immediately comfortable, sturdy and evan a little "hip" for orthotic-friendly shoes. I am a larger woman with size 9 foot. I did not need my orthotics in these shoes as the one supplied is sufficient.

Wolky makes beautiful shoes, and this one is included. My foot has changed considerably and thus it is my foot, not the shoe that presents the problem.

I have been wearing this shoe for many years, best walking shoe in the world. The last few years their sizing has not been consistent, some fit others narrow or too tight and some of my favorite colors have been discontinued. This pair was just too tight.

I have the brown and black. They do look good with pants (unlike what a previous reviewer indicated). I have horrible scars from massive surgeries on my ankles/feet. I have a lot of swelling, and the adjustable strap helps me keep my feet comfy! I normally wear a 37, and the 37 fits perfectly! Have a wide (swollen) foot, so I had to stick the shoe stretcher in, and in a couple of hours, fits nicely. The arch support is fabulous! They don't have much bend, though, very similar to a Dansko, so if you are concerned with the noise your shoe makes on the floor (like you're a sneaky gal!), this isn't your shoe. But I'm a teacher, and I love all of my Wolkys!

It’s comfortable, but runs wide. The style looks wonky. I have to return it, just does not look good with my feet in them.

These are very comfortable and far cuter in person than in the photo. They've got a bit of a hippie thing going on, soft leather and they easily break in to fit your foot. Based on the comments, I ordered my regular size (39) and one size up (40) to try them on. The 39 fits without socks, which is what I wanted these for right now. It fits so perfectly, that even thin socks wouldn't fit underneath. I would buy a second pair to wear with socks, but the 40 is enormous. I don't know what is up with the trend of not making half sizes, but it's absurd to think that all women will fit into shoes with such a huge variation between sizes. I've been having a terrible time finding clogs recently because one size is too small and the next size is too large. I end up returning, so if the companies think they're saving money, they should think again; we're simply unable to wear many of their products.

I am a pharmacist and stand 9 hours a day... I need comfortable shoes. These are great immediately! There is no breaking in period at all. The only problem, and it is a big one, the bed of the foot has a medal bar running through the middle of it. How do I know this? Because they crack at the bottom right where my arch is. I have had THREE pairs do this! I have finally given up on them. They are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn, but enough is enough!

I have a high arch and the front of the clog cuts into to top of my foot. I'm looking for a replacement on the stitch clogs of which I own 4 pair. I haven't found anything comparable in comfort. Darn it! Bring back the stitch clog.

I have many Wolkies. I am the original Wolky girl (well, woman). This shoe is incredibly disappointing and I don't know what to do with them. Give new $200 dollar shoes away? And it's only Friday...The footbed is so flat at the toe end it might work for people with flat toes, but not for PEOPLE WITH NORMAL TOES.I even tried to have the toe end stretched, but it was too risky and didn't help AT ALL. Bah. I hate when I know you know what to do, and you DON'T DO IT.

The shoes were beautiful but they were much too narrow. Usually Wolky shoes fit perfectly but lately they don't. I might need a C width in general.

I've owned a pair of these before at a size 38. Now I've needed to go up to a size 39, which is looser than my previous pair. It just seems the shoe has been redesigned to be little smaller overall. Also, the leather is now smooth as opposed to textured.

Incredible footbed and arch support for fallen arches, tendon issues, metatarsalgia & plantar fasciitis. Wish Wolky would put this footbed in more shoes.

This is my second pair. The first pair lasted years until the rubber sole split and the staples started to come out. Extremely comfortable shoes.

I really like this shoe - very comfortable, padded and supportive. I purchased it in the size 40 as I wear that size in other Wolky shoes. This one fits just a slight bit too small. It could be because my other Wolkys are sandals and this one is a closed toe. In any case, I will likely return this one and order in a size 41. It is perfect with jeans. It looks cute with socks too.

It fir great, looked great, felt great and I would have kept them but I thought they were brown. The curry ones are the color of the spice, yellow.
