My new pair is a replacement pair for a previous pair that a part of the heel came off. I like the shoes so I hope these new ones stay together and that the previous one just had a bad batch of glue.

Aesthetically a wonderful shoe. Walking wise, a very poor shoe choice. No arch support meaning very minimal foot comfort. Buying foot support is highly recommended (gels, cushion, etc). Not a boot intended to use as such. Can be used in wet weather but not advised. Good in cold weather due to locations of fur within shoe that keep vital areas warm. Unfortunately, due to absolutely no arch support or any in that matter, the fur is virtually useless. The sole is very solid, after multiple uses it still retains a rugged look that it originally looked like but unfortunately it is a thin sole for a boot, and a bad choice to wear on slippery occasions due to the flatness of the sole. It is good for normal use such as going to the movies, special events, or anything that does not require you to walk or stand for the majority of the time. The quality of the shoe material is one above most similar to this design. Care of the material is not difficult but if not tended to, it will definitely show. Overall an exceptionally handsome looking boot but ultimately sacrifices comfort and durability for that. With some form of foot support placed inside of it, these boots are wonderful, but not a must.

I have ordered wide width before, these are much too wide for me.

I purchased the Leighten Botts a few months ago..while very comforable and perfect fit...the boot was horrible to the elements. The bottom of the boot is like a sponge when exposed to water...making your feet almost instantly wet. Nice show cheap cheap bottom...

Be careful when wearing these out, I love the look and feel of the shoe, however they are terrible in wet weather, the soles are like sponges and soak up water, the bottom of your socks WILL GET WET!

The shoes do not come with Twinsoles as advertised. Instead of an interchangeable Ugg wool sole, it comes with a strip of Ugg wool attached to the heel of the shoe and a patch of wool on the toe area. It comes with a set of regular dress soles that can replace the soles it comes with (with the patch of wool on the toe area), but there isn't much difference in keeping your feet warm, if that's what you're going for. You cannot wear these sockless, like standard Ugg boots. That's the main reason my wife got them for me, so that I can wear the Twinsoles with wool without socks to keep my feet toasty and warm. Too bad, since the shoe itself is of good quality. I also think the rubber bottom soles would look much better if they were black...it's kind of odd-looking when you get these shoes in black.

I really liked the look of these boots and they were great for keeping my feet warm. Unfortunately, this only lasted for the ~10 times I was able to wear them before the sole started to rip off. This was very unexpected given the price and quality I perceived from the Ugg brand and other reviews. Maybe I got a defective pair? Either way, I was looking forward to wearing these boots for a long time but am now returning in exchange for something that will last longer.

I've owned a pair of these boots for years and they're still super comfortable and look great. I decided to get another pair, but went with the wide version. I used the width guide on the site and it recommended I go with a wide width. Unfortunately, I should have gone with my instinct because they were too wide. I decided to exchange them for the regular width. I thought the exchange program seemed pretty slick because I could print off the label, send them back, and the new pair would be on its way. Not the case. I dropped the wide boots in the mail on October 23, 2018. I've been tracking them because I wondered what was taking so long to get my new boots and I see that just today, November 6, a full 3 weeks later, the wide boots have finally arrived at the returns department. However, the return still hasn't been processed. Who knows how long that will take. Then I still will have to wait probably another 1-2 weeks for the new boots. Perhaps UGG should warn customers that their super slick exchange program means you have to wait over a month for the right boots. I would have happily bought the new pair of boots so I could have them right away and just wait to get my refund from the wide boots. Not a fun experience. Seriously, in watching the path my wide boots took, it's like they went on a road trip to see how many states they could hit just for fun. My boots left Minnesota, landed in Illinois, then went to Kentucky, followed by Texas, before finally ending up in California. Very sad considering I like the boots and just want to wear them.

Shoes didn't fit and the toe box was much rounder than anticipated.

I sent my order back to exchange 1 month ago,but I don't have anything back, that process take so long!

i paid close to $700 for 4 pairs of boots only to find out that they were all made in China!!!!!! You say in your advertising that they are imported but you don't say from where!!! Last pair I buy from UGGS the great boot maker from China!!!!!!

Talk about a bad product. Couldn't be more disappointed in these shoes. First of all, not comfortable and the shoe laces have been replaced not once but twice. For the amount of money you will spend, but yourself some Timberlands and take your spouse/friend out to dinner.

I've trying to return a gifted UGG pair of slippers for 2 years finally I've been able to talk to the chat team who are helpful but when they try to escalate to management my request is never answered. the poor front line guys are doing the best they can but they have not UGG upper support to satisfy the customer. I've want to exchange, the shoes have never been wore, I'll pay the difference or take a lesser pair but UGG management is ignoring the satisfaction agreement. Horrible experence.

After using it 3 times, sole began was detached. they are not cheap, UGG could invest some of that money in costumer service. The process of changing them has been horrible: in the store they can't be changed because I dont have the box (i thought they would be good quality shoes,then I threw it), by phone i waited 35 minutes with no answer, in the chat they tell me I have to pay for the shipping to get the shoes "inspected". it looks like they dont understand It is UGG's FAULT that I have to return them.
