This shoe is so comfortable, I love it. One word of advice to buyers: Ugg shoes typically run a size larger than marked in US sizes, so if you wear a 10 then a 9 will probably be best to order. Otherwise these shoes are a great fit in more than one sense of the word.

I bought these for my loved one for Valentines Day. He is very hard to please. He adores them. They are comfortable sexy and stylish. And quiet.

There are horrible. There is absolutely no cushioning, arch support, etc. They rub against my leg and irritate the heck out of me. I absolutely hate this shoe, and am more annoyed that I paid so much for a good looking, but poorly functional boot. I expect more from such a well know and popular brand. I'm really bummed and could not more admittedly suggest you look elsewhere..

Absurdly wide boot, I am a size 15 normal width and they're the widest shoes i've ever had. Not very comfortable either, the part where the top of the boot joins with the laces presses into the foot.

Been wearing them 3 weeks so far and they are great. Very stylish. Comfortable. Great construction. All leather inside and out with some shearling lining for added warmth or comfort or both I'm not sure. I consider myself to have slightly wide feet (I can't wear a lot of casual sneakers like Tretorns for example), but these fit me great. But I don't know how to measure arch support, so I can't comment on that category. In my opinion, Ugg knocked these out of the park. Would definitely recommend them.

Bought these for my husband for his birthday due to the reviews that stated how comfortable they were without a breaking in period. So far, the shoe has lived up to expectations.

BEWARE, the rubber/gum sole separated from the toe area after 1 week of normal office wear. Also, after the first time of wear I had to wear a band aid due to a poor finish on stitching at upper rear of boot cutting through sock and skin. I filed the rough area out with an file and now have to find a local shoe repair shop for glue repair of the rubber sole. This is extremely poor quality for a man's boot for the price! NEVER AGAIN FOR UGG!

This is the best casual boot I ever had. Surely very comfortable, did not need any breaking in, considering I have a small bunion on my left foot, wide enough to accommodate my left foot problem. The leather is surely amazing, made with natural leather irregularities in texture and smoothness making it a little bit of a distressed look, just enough to make it a little bit "used" looking but not preppy. and of course, the price is very much comparable to same type of shoes in same category. Regarding Zappos, ordering and delivery system, it's fabulously right on time, free shipping too, you cannot beat that! Very friendly staff.

These are absolutely adorable boots from Ugg. They are very comfortable from inside, and classy from outside.

I bought these for my husband. He has a small foot and after reading the previous reviews I ordered a 7 and a 7.5. The 7.5 fit perfect. He really liked them and they were stylish and very comfy. Very happy with the ordering and return process. So easy! Bought these for a trip to Utah!

I normally buy my own shoes, but my wife wanted to do it this time. When she picked these out, I thought "meh, they're not ugly, but not amazing to look at." When they came, i tried them on (a size smaller and true to when fitting Uggs), and was amazed at how perfect they fit. I've worn them every day since getting them, and they feel better and better each time. the leather is great, and the sheep skin at the toes and heel feel great. although they were made in China, I haven't noticed lack of quality, so hopefully they hold true.

I was so pleased with the fit and comfort of the brown leathers (and the size was spot on my normal size) that I just ordered the suedes! Great shoe offering! Thanks Zappos for all your kind help.

Awesome shoe! Hard to articulate the high quality of the leather and the comfort. Some times chukkas and stiff and uncomfortable, while these are comfortable out of the box. The size is spot on! If you like chukkas, you definitely will like these. I got the browns and beautiful, rich, leather. Thanks Zappos and all the fine staff there, too!

I love this UGG boots, they are very comfortable. They have a rubber-like sole that feels very soft. I am a size 11 and I ordered them in 10.5 and they feel perfect.

These shoes are very comfy and stylish. I was pleased when I got them. The only thing I would say is just that they are a little to pricey.
