The Ugg Leighton was true to size, not the most comfortable boot that I have worn, but not that bad,i ordered the boot in leather in case of bad weather, overall a nice looking boot.

This is my first pair of Uggs. I like them. They are comfortable and look great. They do not seem to have much arch support. I have high arches and normally no support would bother me, but it does not with these boots. They have a wide base so it is almost as though you are walking barefoot.

I bought these for my husband as a christmas gift. He loved them. He is normally a size 11W narrow feet. He is particular about shoes and requires comfort. 10½ fit perfectly and he says they are very comfortable. These were a great buy. Also, Zappos' service was great as always. Perfect timing. Thank you!

These boots look great. They are not uncomfortable, but they're not sneakers either. Come with two insoles, one of which has fluffy wool in the toe. Might be better with a slightly thicker insole, but I'm making do with the original to give me more space in the toe box. I don't mind trading a little comfort for excellent style.

My husband was looking for some nice looking, winter worthy boots. He does not like taller boots, as the shafts often rub on his ankles and are irritating. He also has issues with shoes that are too warm. He wears custom orthotics, and finding shoes which are work appropriate and fit the orthotics can be a challenge. These shoes caught his eye at Nordstroms, but he didn't buy them right then (he is very picky about where he spends his money). Of course, he couldn't stop thinking about them, and when the weather got cold again, I told him he should just get the shoes. I finally had to order them for him. These have a lovely, weathered look, without having that scuffed-all-over or broken-in look with artificially "worn" areas. He has to wear them for work, so they have to look good. His usual work attire (more casual version) is a dark wash pair of 7s with a slim-fit dress shirt, possibly with cashmere sweater and/or Chesterfield coat if it's cold. He wears a 12 or 13 depending on brand, but had already tried the 12s at the store so he knew what to order. They fit perfect, and the orthotics fit as well. He is able to put the orthotics under the insert and his foot just fits (with a thinner sock). They are just what he was looking for.

Another pair of Uggs I own and just as happy as the last few. These are very comfortable and stylish and using Zappos is always super easy.

Ordered these boots for my husband, who is picky and hard to fit. He is kind of a traditionalist when it comes to shoes -- he has a lot of Italian loafers -- so I was surprised by how much he liked these! They are comfortable, a little rugged looking, but not your typical Ugg. Other customers have complained about the fleece at the toe and heel, but it didn't bother him at all. They look great with jeans. Now he swears he is only buying shoes at Zappos!

I have searched for a long time for a boot that functions as well as a dress/work boot and a casual everyday boot. This boot satisfies both with flying colors. While only giving 4 stars for comfort, I don't know if I've ever found a boot/shoe worthy of "perfect" comfort. I wear these every day and love them. I will most likely be buying another color/style very soon.

These shoes are stylish, comfortable, and keep your feet warm however they run a bit large so make sure you order half a size below your size.
