Ordered these boots for my husband, who is picky and hard to fit. He is kind of a traditionalist when it comes to shoes -- he has a lot of Italian loafers -- so I was surprised by how much he liked these! They are comfortable, a little rugged looking, but not your typical Ugg. Other customers have complained about the fleece at the toe and heel, but it didn't bother him at all. They look great with jeans. Now he swears he is only buying shoes at Zappos!

I have searched for a long time for a boot that functions as well as a dress/work boot and a casual everyday boot. This boot satisfies both with flying colors. While only giving 4 stars for comfort, I don't know if I've ever found a boot/shoe worthy of "perfect" comfort. I wear these every day and love them. I will most likely be buying another color/style very soon.

These shoes are stylish, comfortable, and keep your feet warm however they run a bit large so make sure you order half a size below your size.

Well made and comfortable. They look like they could be resoled fairly easily, which is good because the sole is a very soft rubber and I doubt it will last as long as the uppers. SIZE: These run a full size large. I usually wear an 11 and the 10's are roomy. Overall I am very pleased with the boots.

I was looking for a 3 season boot that was stylish and comfortable. Having purchased Uggs in the past, I knew that the quality and style would be there. Plus Zappos great service almost made this a no brainer. However, I have wide feet and was concerned that the boots might be too narrow. As it turned out, I went a size up and they fit great. I would recommend these for comfort and looks. My one negative comment is that the laces that came with the boot were too long. There length was truly quite odd. That is just a minor point though.

I had been looking for this style of boots for a while. At first I was hesitant to order these since all the other ones I ordered ended up being too wide for my feet. I am glad I ordered these though, they are the most comfortable footwear that I own.

Very cool looking shoes. Great for fall and winter. I have wide feet and my toes have plenty of room. The top of shoe rubbed against my ankles in the beginning but softened after a week or so and doesn't bother me anymore. Related, I think the shoes would benefit with some padding on the inside around the top - it's just thin leather and to make them more comfortable and fit a bit more snugly. But with thicker socks they're good enough.

Amazing shoes very comfortable and well.made. One thing I noticed is they are true to size I wear a 14 in Nike but should've bought my correct size for these which is 13, so mine are a bit on the big side, but still a wonderful and great looking shoe. I've gotten tons of compliments.

I bought these for my loved one for Valentines Day. He is very hard to please. He adores them. They are comfortable sexy and stylish. And quiet.

Been wearing them 3 weeks so far and they are great. Very stylish. Comfortable. Great construction. All leather inside and out with some shearling lining for added warmth or comfort or both I'm not sure. I consider myself to have slightly wide feet (I can't wear a lot of casual sneakers like Tretorns for example), but these fit me great. But I don't know how to measure arch support, so I can't comment on that category. In my opinion, Ugg knocked these out of the park. Would definitely recommend them.

This is the best casual boot I ever had. Surely very comfortable, did not need any breaking in, considering I have a small bunion on my left foot, wide enough to accommodate my left foot problem. The leather is surely amazing, made with natural leather irregularities in texture and smoothness making it a little bit of a distressed look, just enough to make it a little bit "used" looking but not preppy. and of course, the price is very much comparable to same type of shoes in same category. Regarding Zappos, ordering and delivery system, it's fabulously right on time, free shipping too, you cannot beat that! Very friendly staff.

These are absolutely adorable boots from Ugg. They are very comfortable from inside, and classy from outside.

I bought these for my husband. He has a small foot and after reading the previous reviews I ordered a 7 and a 7.5. The 7.5 fit perfect. He really liked them and they were stylish and very comfy. Very happy with the ordering and return process. So easy! Bought these for a trip to Utah!

I normally buy my own shoes, but my wife wanted to do it this time. When she picked these out, I thought "meh, they're not ugly, but not amazing to look at." When they came, i tried them on (a size smaller and true to when fitting Uggs), and was amazed at how perfect they fit. I've worn them every day since getting them, and they feel better and better each time. the leather is great, and the sheep skin at the toes and heel feel great. although they were made in China, I haven't noticed lack of quality, so hopefully they hold true.
