These booties are fabulous; I have them in several colors. The size 8 fits me perfectly, and that is my usual size. They're very comfortable; the heel height is perfect for long walks. And I must say that Zappos' service is beyond wonderful!

I sized up as per the reviews but they were too big so returning for my usual size. The style was exactly what I wanted. I have a narrow foot and the size up was wide as well.

I have bad feet, but these are so comfortable! I highly recommend!

I needed a wider sized bootie, and these are perfect. If you need arch support, though, you might need to add inserts.

Extremely pleased with these cute boots. I got the black suede and I really like the look. I wear a wide size normally and this ended up true to the size I normally buy. While there is decent arch support I need extra help so I code to put a half insole support and that made them even more comfortable. They dress up nicely for business casual and are fun for casual looks too. I’ve worn them 3 times so far and am pleased with my purchase and the extraordinary service I got when I needed to exchange for a different size. Zappos gave me a super fast exchange - beyond pleased!!

These are beautiful but a bit narrow even in the wide size!

absolutely love these. have one worn out pair in black and a new black to replace. ordered the putty color. very nice but decided to keep a different style in a light color to change up the style a bit. really great bootie tho

Loved these booties! Unfortunately, they were flawed. Had steaks on one of the boots. Fit as expected. Super comfy. I have them in black and want them in every color.

These boots are very comfortable and I really thought the leather looked high quality, however my 6 1/2 size foot looked like I was wearing skis and so back they went even though they were super comfortable to wear.

Love then! Bought the taupe pair last year so decided I needed the black this year!

I am very pleased with these boots. I wear a 11 1/2 Narrow shoe and these fit PERFECT! I'm very glad there are online stores now where you can purchase shoes and boots in hard to find sizes that you cannot find in the brick and mortar stores.

These run HUGE! Super cute though, and excited to get my exchange.

These are really cute and moderately comfortable. I ordered a half size larger than I normally wear and was glad I did. I think my normal size would have pinched my toes. I got the grey leopard color and love it!

This is the prettiest brown boot I have found. It fit perfectly; not too big around the leg either. The leather is so soft, and it is even soft on the inside. Do buy!

I am on my feet 12-14 hours a day at work and have to dress business casual. It is SO hard to find cute shoes that fit the bill and that are comfortable. THESE ARE IT! By far the best work shoe I have ever owned, so cute and stylish, and my feet are happy. I have 4 pairs and will buy more as soon as my size comes back in stock! Love love love!

You can dress them up or down. You can wear them every day and wear them to work. And they are comfortable! Style AND comfort!?! Yes, please!

Great style and look in a bootie. I'm 5'3" and did not want a "tall" bootie. I am appreciative of Zappos wonderful shipping and return policy as I had to try this in 3 sizes. I need a wide width and ended up with my "true to size" 7.5W. I often have to size up to an 8 so I'd guess this runs a half size small.
