This shoe was classified as espresso and really it is not. It is more purple than a rich brown which you would think of when describing espresso, I've never seen a purple cup of coffee

I returned the boots purchased due to the boots being two different colors. I purchased a pair a few years back and they were great so not sure what happened with these.

I love the boots but i rated it one star because it didn't fit my boyfriend foot. He needs an 11 1/2

My son loves his UGGs! And I love that they come a men's size 13! They are very comfortable on his feet. They do run a little wide.

I didn't get it

Water stains on the boots after one week. They looked ruined already. Bought as a birthday present and they already look old and stained

Things aren't that great. The color that I ordered isn't the same as the picture.

I loved my boots when I got them. They were everything that I could ask for. A couple months have gone by and I am noticing that a hole is forming on the sole of the boot by the toe. Very disappointed because I loved these boots but not worth the money in the end.

I still don't have it

Placed an order in November for Christmas gifts for my kids. Still haven't recieved my purchase and customer service keeps giving me the run around!! Very unsatisfied customer and may never order from them again!!!

I do like these for my daughter but when they came they appeared to be crushed leaving lines in the boots that do not look brand new. The box was also crushed making it hard to give as a gift.

Lots of the stitch is showing & I've only worn them one time.

The product fit was too small. Used there automated sizing fit and said my normal size 10 would be a perfect fit. It wasn't. Because of the lambs wool it was very tight. I exchanged them for a size 11 and waiting for exchange.

Other than that the shoe is pretty good quality

The shoes came a little dusty and the fur looked Smashed and worn , I would like to trade them in but the process is too long especially due to COVID

They run extremely small although very cute they just run extremely small, would recommend getting at least two sizes up currently in the process of a exchange

Look way too big on your feet

Ugly.

Has creases like if someone wore them already. Return process is inconvenient for me.
