Ordering was easy and delivery fast. Getting product info by phone worked best. Chat, you can wait days and person I connected with did not know info I needed. Emailing did not work at all.

I'm an UGGs fan. This is my 4th pair of boots + 1 pair of shoes. Really 2 callouts: - Out of the box, the leather smells skunky. Hopefully that will wear off with time. - My other boots are all size 9. Order these in a 9 and my toes were crushed. Returned them immediately. Ordered a 10 and they fit well, but I think I could have even gone with an 11 for a little extra wiggle-room. I'm not sure if the manufacturing is inconsistent since many reviews say these run large. I guarantee that was not my experience. Thank goodness Zappos is awesome with returns.
