I have bought UGGs for my wife for many years and have always been jealous of how nice they look and how great they seem to feel. I finally thought I would treat myself to a nice pair of slippers but unfortunately being a triple E width, these proved to be too narrow and no matter how hard I've tried to wear them they just hurt my feet too much. The material is fabulous the souls are exactly what I was looking for and my negative review is in no way pertinent to what this company provides it's just a matter of my feet being too wide. I will continue to purchase UGGs for my wife because they make her very happy and I'm very happy with the product.Unfortunately I believe I'm past the point of returning them with no packing slip or box to send them back.

I was really looking forward to these. I've another brand for the last few years and was looking to upgrade to Uggs. The fur inside is really much nicer than the other slippers. I ordered my normal size. They were too short. I upgraded to the next size and they were still too small. I ordered my normal size in the other brand and they fit with room to spare. Oh well... no Uggs again this time. They're going back. Such a shame.

I wish these slippers had a back. The sole is great, for occasional strips to get newspaper, but the lack of a back with such a heavy sole is disappointing.

I love how these feel - super comfy and warm! But they make whatever room I have left them in smell like I'm raising skunks in the basement. I'll walk into a room and think "What is that smell?! " And then I remember- oh, it's just my new slippers. And I've had them for a few weeks. Hope the smell goes away at some point!

The width of the shoe is too narrow for my foot and hurts to wear them for too long. Love the shoes, but wish I could order them in the right width like I can all my other shoes.

I have had these for about a year and a half now and the lining inside is worn out already at the heel and they do shed a lot. I probably would not buy these again. They are not worth the money.

Your people were great especially Briten Perez in customer service. Unfortunately your delivery service is horrible. It took six days for a two day delivery. The driver scanned several times. One time he said it was too late to deliver. When it was finally delivered it was scanned two times that it was delivered. Once at 3:30 then actual at 10:40pm.
Unfortunately after all that they were too small and you were out of that style

Let me start by saying the slippers are very high quality. After twelve hours outside working on construction sites in the cold they are a welcome relief. I originally had orde re d Tasmans. I loved the style but the edge banding around the top cut off the circulation to my foot. I really wish that edging was bigger because if it was I would never wear another slipper again. I returned them because of the problem and tried the neumans. They are good but my only gripe is that the heel back is very short and the slipper feels like it is always going to fall off. Its a great slipper but I think I am a little let down by that slipping off feeling.

Loved the indoor/outdoor sole. Wish they had been wider. I ordered men's hoping that they would accomodate my feet when wearing wool socks. I could only get my feet in half way. And I am not that big a person--I just have wide feet! Loved them. Wish I could have kept them.

The product arrived ahead of schedule. They are very nice and well built. I didn't like the low height of the heal,it was more like a half flip flop. If you like that style then these Are great.If they made this model with a full heal I would buy it, but I exchanged this for a different style.

I have not had a chance to wear these slippers. The slippers did not fit properly. When I attempted to wear the slippers would slip off my heels resulting in me walking on the back of the slippers. Returned and waiting for a replacement shoe.

I returned these since the soles are very thick for indoor use. I went with the Ugg Ascot instead. Also, definitely order 1 size up.

The product is not a "right" fit when it is a low heel rider for a guy's foot. It seemed to be under cut where he stepped onto the heel lip when walking. The quality is definitely there but remember size: with the top of the slipper high on the foot, it leaves little room for error.

I was so patient in my search for slippers for my husband. These looked extremely promising, so I finally took the plunge. The price tag stings a little, but worth it if they turn out to be great. They were delivered quickly and wrapped in lovely packaging. They fit perfectly and looked great...for about half a day. The top seam is coated and began peeling after few hours of wear. He's worn them around the house for about a week and they look completely brown down. Needless to say, it will probably be our last Ugg purchase.

I received these as a gift and was thrilled to have a pair of ugg
slippers which i could wear in every situation. Unfortunately, when
i tried them on i kept walking out of them. The back is too low and
they wouldn't stay on. so disappointing as they are so comfortable
however they just don't work if i can't walk in them. it seems it would be better to be flat like a scuff but they're just a little higher.
I have narrow heels but i don't have any problems with other slippers.
If the back of the shoe were just a tad bit higher to hold the heel in
i would have bought another pair..

the shoes pretty comfortable considering that I can't wear that many shoes but I can't wear these either because I need a wide. why don't uggs come in wide sizes? there are many many people whose feet are not so slim! make wide ugg sizes and you'll make much more money.

Do not order black...my feet and toe nails were stained grew and it took a month to fade and months for toe nails to grow out. At first I had no problem, but a few months later after they go wet once they started to bleed and it only got worse and worse. I read online forums looking for a fix and nothing worked. It only got more and more worse. They are made in China and there is no information on what is in the dyes that your foot is truly absorbing. I decided it was not only gross but potentially a health hazard that my feet were absorbing so much dye. I do not have sweaty feet either - I imagine it would be worse if you do. The real straw was that no one wanted to look at my feet because they looked dead due to greyness and black nails. When I visited a friend's house on vacation she did not want my feet in her new sheets...returning for undyed - but I should also not that the fur rubbed off at the heel in two months - not an issue for comfort, but wack. That said they are comfortable! I am a wide 9w, and 8m in this model.
