Comfortable slipper with great support, but I followed the suggestion of other reviewers and bought a size up and it was too big. Ordering the size that I usually wear would have been a better fit for me. Really like the slipper, just need to get the right size.

Zappos, great as always with timing, packaging and the right product. Good price. They are gorgeous! But as a gift for my husband, he did not like zero arch support. Typically slippers don't have them. But his Crocs do, so alas, I'm returning today.

My third pair of Ugg Neumans over the years. I still get excited when I know a new pair is coming. I live in NH where winters are long and cold. Keep trying other slippers and find that nothing is so warm, comfortable, solid, and stable. Getting into my Uggs takes a little of the bite off the end of summer.

I purchased these for my husband and I swear he hasn't taken them off since they were delivered. His feet finally stay warm. Also being leather he can wear them outside without worry. For him they are true to size.

Wow! These are amazing. I purchased these as indoor shoes per a podiatrist recommendation. We have hardwood floors throughout the house and I as having some foot pain. Even though these are a bit pricey, they are worth every penny. Comfortable, warm and great looking. Do yourself a favor and go get a pair.
