We decided to try Rimowa after several recent disappointments with Samsonite. They are excellent quality all round as well as looking good. My husband in particular travels a lot so needs sturdy luggage - so far the Rimowas (we have the 26" too) have passed all the tests.

In terms of service, Zappos was spot-on. As for the bag, it certainly looks nice and is quite light, but after just two flights (Delta, with Fragile stickers), huge dents & gashes covered the most of bag. Nevertheless, everything inside was pretty safe and undamaged. Bringing it along was easy as well with its four wheels and sturdy handles (pull, top, and side).
