Bought my normal size, even though reviews said buy smaller. And, indeed, they were way too big, so returned for half-size smaller (which I have not worn in decades). Length is OK, but much too tight across toe box; they are going back, too. Come on AK, get the sizing right on these shoes! Really wish I could wear them.

I love these shoes. I have narrow heels, so it is often difficult to find styles that do not slip in the back. They are so comfortable, and great for work or casual. The copper color patent leather toe gives the shoe interest. I wear these with either brown or black dress slacks, and the shoes really complete the outfit.

These shoes were uber comfy from the first wear. Perfect height for dress pants or jeans. I would highly recommend these shoes to anyone. Anne Klein shoes have been a staple in my wardrobe for years. Good stuff.

These shows are very nice, however, they were slightly uncomfortable at the toe for me. I gave them to my sister, who loves them. Nice shoes, just disappointed.

This my third pair of Anne K Shevanie. If they made more colors I'd buy them.Extremely comfortable & chic.

Sweet little number, works well with casual skirts and with jeans or slacks. Easy go to shoe. Like the height.

Great looking shoe but comfortable at all. I always wear a Medium width but these are not true to size. Very uncomfortable shoes, although they look great. Too bad as I thought they would be great. Disappointing.

I have mixed emotions about these shoes. I bought two pair, one smaller than usual due to the previous reviews, and one in my size. The smaller size was definitely too small and while, with an insole inserted the one in my usual size seemed fine, after wearing around the house for a while I found that it rubbed on the joint above my big toe. Back they go to Zappos....too bad.

Very comfortable and sleek. Fits great. I am not a high heel person, the wedge heel helps me a lot. I like the classy black - grey combination. Great buy.

Run slightly large and I got a size down from what I usually get in AK shoes. The sizing of this brand seems to be very inconsistent, some shoes I'm an 8.5, others an 8. I got these in an 8 and they feel slightly big, and I have another pair of shoes in an 8 which feel too small...

I hate these shoes for one reason - I can't wear them with slacks/trousers...the detail on the heel catches on the hem or lining of my slacks and rips out the hem. They're okay with a skirt, of course, but not as stylish.

How can something so cute be so uncomfortable? I'm bummed! Bought the animal print in size 6 after reading all the reviews that said this ran big and they were so tight. So exchanged for the snake skin print size 6.5. Wore them around the office for part of the day and they seemed fine, but holy cow, when I wore them all day, my feet were screaming after just a couple of hours (had to kick them off under my desk)...couldn't wait to get home and take these shoes off. The toes are tight and hard and there isn't much padding inside. I do love the heel height though and the shoe is really adorable, but guess I'll just wear them out for lunch or to church, but not for an all day event, no way!

I love this shoe. Comfortable and true to size. I am a stylish, early 40s professional and this shoe does not look frumpy. I have the pewter and it goes beautifully with gray pants, and I have worn it with black pinstriped pants. I love it so much I just ordered the black patten. I wish there was a leather upper in black, navy and brown...I think I would buy them all.

Gorgeous shoe. I had been looking for a black/white shoe for many months. This is a great looking shoe and comfortable too. I did have to put some foot petals in the front toe area to keep them from slipping off the back of my foot, but with the petals they are very comfortable.

Stylish and comfortable almost out of the box! Being made of patent leather, its a little stiff but I think all I need is to break it in and wear those stocking-type liners while I do. I finally have comfy and stylish shoes that I can wear with skirts and slacks! Shipping is amazing! I got my shoes less than 48 hours after I ordered it and I chose standard shipping! As for size, Im normally a 7.5. I half-sized down as suggested by other reviewers.

I have high arches, and this shoe is very comfortable. I like that it has a little lift from regular flat. Toe is shiny black so "spiffs" the shoe up.

I bought these to be a cute but reasonable summer business option (especially when traveling). They are definitely cute, and go with both cool neutrals and warm ones. They fit fine, but I got raw spots on the backs of my heels the first day I wore them. I have unusual heels (spurs from calcium deposits), so it's not unusual for shoes to do this. A little moleskin lining inside the back of the shoe and all is well. These will definitely be a staple in my work wardrobe.

Comfortable and cute. Great work shoe! Some reviews said the shoe runs big, so I got a 1/2 size smaller and had to return them for my actual size. Put a non slip heel thingy in and they are great!

These shoes look good, but after about three hours my feet began to hurt. By the end of the work day, my feet were hurting extremely badly. If the option was offered, I would them zero for comfort.

I absolutely love these shoes! As soon as I tried them on, they were comfortable from the start and did not need to be broken in. I love the style of this shoe. I purchased the animal print pattern which looks awesome with black or brown outfits. Zappos is a fantastic company and offers the finest customer service that I have ever encountered!

Hands down most comfortable shoe ever. I am plus sized and have always found it difficult to find comfortable shoes with some sort of heel. Supporting extra weight tends to take its toll on our feet and shoes. I have had no problem with this shoe. I love it. I can wear it all day at work and not think twice about wanting to take them off as soon as I get home. I have even worn them out at a wedding and danced all night with no problem. Seriously, the most comfortable, fashionable shoe I ever owned. Wished they came in red.
